I really love the look and layout of this target. Everything is well stocked and they seem to carry a lot more unique items that usually you have to buy online. They are updating and working on the outside of the building so theres no sign, but its still easy to find. Very clean store and well organized. The staff I did come across were super friendly. This store is out of my way, but I really enjoyed it so Ill be back plenty of times.

I want to give five stars for the team member Christina who helped me at the order pick up desk on Friday. She was so polite and friendly and saw that I had a lot of stuff in my hands (I bought a huge box of diapers and a bunch of other heavy items) and she offered to help me as I was leaving which was very appreciated that she noticed. She’s the perfect person for customer service. Thank you Christina!!! Also this store has been very clean and very organized every time I’ve gone.

This is hands down the best Target I have ever been to. They have everything I need and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It can get a little crowded during certain parts of the day, but thats alright with me. I really like this place.

They’re clean as a whistle, especially their ladies room. They have some African American hair products. However they should definitely stock up on more supplies. They lose a star for lack of African American hair products. They’re still one of my favorites so keep doing a great job Target!

This Target is so relaxing and calm. Staff is very nice and helpful. It is a much better environment than all the other Targets I have visited, especially in Philly and Cherry Hill. Very clean, neat, easy to find everything. Parking on the side of the building is empty and super close, so I parked there and ran along the wall to the entrance so the rain didnt get me. Best Target.

Do not, I repeat do not sign up for anything with the at&t reps at any target store. They’re apparently outsourced so if anything happens like with what happened to me (got scammed) target cannot do anything. I’ve spoken to numerous target employees and all of them said that they get complaints all the time with the employees from at&t. It has been over 3weeks with no follow from Cheryl with target corporate. No one is taking accountability. Unfortunately target signed a contract with them and allows them to scam customers inside their store and takes 0 accountability. Just horrible. Update.. talked to At&t corporate and they even told me to never buy a phone through the At&t vendor because they are not the same as the stand alone stores. Even tho they represent At&t when something happens they cannot do anything because they’re separate.

People are nice☺️ and it has alot of amazing things that you cant imagine😊🙌🏻 I order cake pops from Starbucks and I give 10/10 it was so delicious😋🙌🏻 I recommend it here

Customer service exceptional- Mason was the rep - very professional and interested in helping me. I purchased a GREAT pair of earrings and didnt have them in the bag when I returned home. I contacted customer service, Mason searched inventory and held a pair for me - no charge and I could pick them up anytime within 5 days. Who does that? I was very impressed as I hung up the phone and found them in the trunk of my car! Thank you, Mason- sorry for the false alarm!

I’ve made 3 target drive up orders in the last two days and have actively been using the Drive up feature during the pandemic. The drive up team is exceptional. They are always respectful of covid procedures, greet you with a smile, and wish you a good day. They should be recognized for their outstanding service.

I love Target, but some of the people working at this Target are extremely rude (specifically the people at the customer service counter). It’s honestly making me think about canceling my Red Card so I don’t have to deal with these people anymore.

Customer service is always friendly and if there is a line it moves fast. This is a smaller target but it is clean and well stocked. Sometimes the grocery aisles get a bit congested with carts full of new items being stocked by several workers. It is crowded but usually staffed appropriately. Convenient location to route 73 and more shopping across the street. Marshalls and Rastellis to name a few.

Target has the best pick up system out of all of the stores I’ve tried. Orders are gathered within the specified time, the website is accurate regarding in stock items, the pick up is always quick and easy.

I came to this target last night & has a very weird experience w/ security. I sat in my car no more than 5 min texting & when I got out there were two security guards who were approaching me & immediately turned around when we made eye contact. One of the guys followed me throughout my entire trip in the store. If you’re going to racially profile black people in 2021, (as previously stated in past reviews) don’t make it so blatantly obvious. I usually come to this target so it was an unfortunate & uncomfortable situation.

Online shopping is mostly accurate, unlike other stores. Also the staff is consistent and the facilities are clean.

Store security is very rude especially Bob Blart. My child and I waited outside in the cold to purchase Pokemon Cards at opening. Bob Blart came out and without greeting anyone, he began to puff his chest and refused to let anyone inside the store who was waiting outside ahead of store opening (there was about 10-20 people waiting). Despite having other shopping to do Bob Blart blocked the door way to the store and refused to let anyone in. We will not be shopping at this location anymore until this clown is removed.

Not all Targets are created equal. The staff at this location isnt as friendly as other places, and the aisles are constantly packed with them unloading product, especially in the grocery section. Isnt it supposed to happen before the store opens?

Trash store and disrespectful customer service. They punish collectors who want to PAY them for Pokémon cards by limiting you buy a pitiful amount. They take the fun out of collecting. Go elsewhere

This was my first time going to target here in Marlton, since I am new to the area. I did find it odd that google map takes you to a completely different location where target does not exist. I want to thank the staff in target who helped me navigate patiently on phone and helping me reach the correct location.

Picked up an online order. Was quick and efficient and cut time instore down . Employees were nice. There wasnt much Selection of clothing in my size though. Only real disappointment honestly. But wasnt there for myself anyways.

Usually have everything I need. Lynne in customer service was delightful. It was a great way to start my trip by getting what I ordered for pick up in store.

I love the drive-up option here. Sometimes youll have issue with damage or missing items, but its rare and the staff are always able to resolve it satisfactorily. Very good staff and customer service.

I searched the Deptford NJ store for Diet Canada Dry Gingerale Lemonade. It showed that the store had this in stock. I made a special trip to buy the same day I searched. No Soda!! This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. i feel the online inventory of a product needs to match what the store has.

I would give you a zero star if I could. Im a toy collector and you never have the 4 inch size figures in stock. When I ask a rep they say theres no way to send a request. Inwoukd love to spend my money but you are not buying the inventory I want and you leave no process to get it. You used to be such a great place to shop too.

This store is my favorite Target location. Always clean, bright, vibrant displays, fun layout. You always have what Im looking for. I live closer to Voorhees, and work right around the corner. This one is miles better. Worth the extra drive.

Process for using their various services lack any coherence. Shipping, pickup at store and curbside service all require separate apps and websites. Where three buttons could have brought ease they choose disorganization. Their competitors all have superior interfaces with customers. My one attempt at ordering has ended with 10 separate e-card refunds. Shop somewhere else during the quarantine.

I’ve been here many times since moving to the area and I’ve always had a good experience. The customer service, and cashiers are always friendly and helpful, even at the self checkout. This location is also clean, and well stocked/organized when I’ve been there.

This target is good accept for the racial profiling. I have been going to this location at least 4 days a week for the past 3 years, and spend hundreds a month. You would think they would recognize me by now. Security followed me around the store until I left. It got to the point where I almost grabbed one of them by the collar and confronted them.

I love this place they have a good variety. The only thing I wish I could get and have been trying since before Christmas is Nitendo switch, but none of the stores have them.

This Target is good if you actually go into the store. If you do their drive-up service, check your items before you drive away. They charged me the full amount but left out two of my items. I am at home with a brand new baby and dont have time to go back to the store, but apparently the only way I can get a refund is if I either go there or call corporate. Terrible.

I went to my favorite go-to store to purchase a pool float, there was only 1!!!! The Marlton store is large and usually has inventory! My usual store is Voorhees, I dont think that I will go the extra miles next time!

Love this store! Always clean and stocked for the most part. The older woman who does returns is great! Also had a middle aged woman check me out at 12p on 4/16. I bought at least 12 coffee mugs and she made sure each mug was wrapped perfectly so they wouldn’t break. Her name started with an S, she had shorter brown hair and glasses. Such a sweetheart! Hope she gets credit for this! :)

Nice and friendly staff, clean, bright and good clearance prices. Things are usually in stock. Busy place but if you go late, its pretty quiet and calm. Returns are very customer friendly!

I shopped at Target today, which I had not done in about 1 year. I was SO disappointed with how high their prices are, particularly on clothing, shoes and accessories. For the prices they are charging, I couldve bought way better quality at the mall. In fact, I could have bought better quality at the mall for LESS than what Target is charging since most, if not all, stores at the mall offer coupons which can be combined with sale prices for maximum savings. Not to mention, as I said, your getting much better brands and quality at the mall too!!I will say when it comes to toiletries, food and household goods, Targets prices werent terrible. In the end, I wouldnt have purchased any clothes at all had it not been for the fact that I had a gift certificate, and off the clearance rack at that!Overall, Im very disappointed with what I saw today. Targets prices on these items have always been somewhat higher than say Wal-Mart, but only marginally so in the past, and the difference in quality was enough to be worthwhile; that is obviously no longer the case, however. I doubt Ill be shopping at Target again any time soon, unless I happen to receive another gift card!!

Went in the other day to pick up some basic grocery items. Had to leave to go to Walmart because the shelves werent stocked. Completely empty shelves!! No peanut butter!! How does that happen?? It was a Wednesday morning. It looked like they were trying to stock the shelves, but there were only a couple employees. What kind of management only has a few people working when there are that many empty shelves?? It wasnt just the grocery section either. Employees are usually great and as helpful as they can be. Management needs to do better.

I really LOVE Target!! But the main reason I put only 4 stars is because their are not many cashiers open, also they are a little slow. But after all I love Target!!

I HATE Cartwheel. It is inconvenient to have to rely on it in the store. Why do I have to choose a category or item while I am shopping and then add it to my cartwheel? It is most frustrating, especially if I want to buy a few things and get out in a timely fashion. I get to the checkout and forget to choose all the items on sale in the cartwheel. I have a Target debit card. Please link all your sale items with my card. So not necessary. I just may take my shopping list elsewhere. Seriously get rid of it.

Prefer this store over some of the other departments stores in the area. Its clean, no clutter in the aisles. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable regarding store inventory and location in the store.

It was quick, efficient & easy! There was no wait. The clerk took less than a minute to retrieve my order. She was pleasant.

Very disorganized. Terrible selection for mens clothes. Very disappointed in my experience with this subpar target. In self checkout I rang the help button and sat there for 10 minutes before I solved the problem myself.... to the Sunday manager and whoever does the stocking for mens clothes... get it together

Everyone who works here is so friendly, there are lots of great sales and i can get everything i need in one store.

When I entered I was greeted by Maureen who helped me get a cart, the first one I tried was stuck to another cart and wouldnt come apart. After my purchase when the clerk took the security thing off the Dyson vacuum the box pooed open. The tape had been cut. I asked for a different one to be sure it was ok. I got sent to the service desk where I met Maureen again and she got some one to bring a new vacuum. I just wanted to be sure it was ok because the box wouldnt stay shut. Maureen was super nice and helpful about all of this.

Website told me that comforter I wanted was there, it was not. Decided to go with my second choice. According to the website the price was different and target employees told me they could not adjust. And it was for another deal about to happen when thats not true.Had to purchase product via mobile device and pick it up at the same store for the price listed on the site. So frustrating to create an account, forgot I made an account, password reset and then buy the product from the parking lot. Meanwhile I couldve just purchased it at the cashier with a manager to override. Wont be shopping here anymore.

This is a review for the Starbucks inside if the Target. The girls at the counter are so sweet and friendly. It is a shame that they cant accept tips per Target Policy. 5 star service from the girls every time.

Much like any other target. This one is clean, well lit, spacious, and had a big parking lot. Easy to get to by car right off of route 73.Every time I have been there, the registers were properly staffed and the lines were short. A good experience.

This Target is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I’m an employee at Target and upon Target hiring me I was given a temporary employee discount card and never gave a permanent one, when checking out I asked for the manager since they can’t put my discount in for some reason and I was hounded and question how long have I worked in Target, where’s my card as if I don’t work there at ALL! I was treated VERY poorly and me personally I would NEVER treat a guest let alone another target employee like how I was treated. I was not treated kind AT ALL. I will continue to shop at the store I work at only! And hope my team leads don’t treat other guest or employees as such.

Absolutely trash. So disorganized and full carts in every isle in your way. Some employees working but most just hanging out socializing. Since the upgrade there are no labels so you can’t find anything. 4 locations to buy shoes? Really?If this is the new target I’m done. Walmart seems like high class compared to what I just experienced.

Since this store was remodeled I have hated it. Move to Marlton in 2015 and am located close to Target. I was so thrilled and shopped there all the time until it was remodeled. Now I hate to go there.Stopped to pick up a couple of things especially looking for J&J sheer strip band aids one size. They hardly had any and it is not the first time. Finding things is difficult.I have given up and will now shop at Walmart.

Hi, I was in Target store today to find my kids some toys. Both of my kids picked out some random toys like shopkins building lego blocks, my daughter loved the toy and picked it out. When I went to check out, the cashier gave me attitude and told me that the price on the toy is not matching the price system. Its not my fault that the price sticker says one thing and the register says another thing, whos fault is that, why false advertising. I was so disappointed and all for $5 extra which is no big deal but what pushed me to the limit is that the cashier told me that you sure the sticker was there? Let me go look, she made me feel as if I put a fake sticker on with a different price, are you kidding me. When I told her to speak to her supervisor, she said that the sticker says 1 price, on the system says another but we have to take whats on the computer and kinda saying the same thing as the cashier, no solving anything or being polite and apologetic about the whole thing and how she accused me for changing the sticker price. I had the worst experience in my life, the staff not nice or professional, and the supervisor needs people skills. Im never coming here back again. I shouldve thrown the toys in her face but kept my composer

Quality of service, selection and price.

I went to this target tonight, around 8pm. The customer service was beyond horrible. The cashier at customer service was in lala land and would talk to other people while in conversation with me and I found that extremely rude. We ordered a scooter online and were supposed to pick it up there by Sunday. We went Saturday to get it and the manager bob who was EXTREMELY nice and understanding helped us out and told us that someone the night before accidentally sold it. He gave us the scooter half off so I was not mad about it at all. Bob was very professional and understanding to the inconvenience that it caused. He acted how I would assume at the time any manager would act. So he said to come back Monday and it would be there. This time we called first on Monday. Again. They accidentally sold it. So this time bob had another manager drive to another store and get it and held it in the office. I went tonight to get the scooter and the cashier was horrible. The manager at the time seemed so annoyed with me and acted like I was a complete bother. She was rolling her eyes and huffing under her breath and was very unprofessional. I would honestly not be surprised being treated like that by a cashier, but the manager? Im so displeased. There are no words to describe my anger with this lady. I will never return to that store and I will advise everyone to avoid that target. The customer service (besides bob) is beyond horrible. I gave my 1 star just because of bob, if not for him there would be no stars.

Remodel of store is great and found exactly what I was looking for.

Major issues with not regularly stocking and too small grocery section in this store. Entire shelves decimated and not restocked with sufficient regularity. Same true for common items like light bulbs. Meanwhile there are huge areas for cosmetics so there’s plenty of space. Shop at the one on 38 much better configured and managed. Also, there payment options are limited. No Apple Pay and often card readers don’t read chip cards. Note: I’ve internally worked with management to address these issues to no avail.

The store was clean and renovations look nice. They had good stock of Amys meals which are a lifesaver for people like me (vegetarian who is forced to eat gluten-free). So that was very much appreciated. Unfortunately the store was out of stock of a few other things I needed in the grocery area but at least they had good stock of specialty gluten-free items, although id really like to see more items in that section. My main issue is that the line for order pickup was very long. There was only one cashier/rep assisting the customers for returns/exchanges, registry, AND order pickups. So I ended up standing in line forever behind several returns with my frozen food melting while waiting to pick up the order that I had placed online the night before. The rep did radio for help since the line was so long (long enough that we were backed up blocking the entrance and people walking in had to keep cutting through), but nobody showed up for a long time and I was already being helped by her by then. The convenience of using order pick up is null & void if you have to wait behind a long @ss returns line to get your stuff. :/

The layout of this Target is a NIGHTMARE. I dont know why its different from all the other Targets but i felt personally attacked in a place that I usually enjoy going.
