The people that I dealt with were certainly nice, but couldn’t even balance new tires and had my truck all day. I had an appointment for 8am, which I made a week prior because I was going to wait with the truck. Upon arrival I was told that they had a huge backlog because many cars were towed in last night and there were only two mechanics on duty. While that should not affect my appointment, I took care of getting a ride home and returned at 4pm - they had not even touched the truck. I waited and the was taken in soon thereafter.Ultimately, the mechanic told me that I had 4 new “bad” tires that could not be balanced and brought me into the bay. I disagreed with how he was using the machine and told him to remove the old weight that I came in with and then balance them. He was supposed to remove the weights and balance as best as he could, and he told me that he did. When he finished I was told it was no charge because they couldn’t balance the tires. Confused, I thanked them and left. However, no attempt was made to balance the tires!!! My steering wheel still had a shimmy. I called Hunter and they agreed that the mechanic was not using their machine properly. I made an appointment and went to VanMeter in Mantua and in 1hr I left with 4 properly balanced tires and no more shimmy. To say that they were less than complimentary about the service from AAA would be an understatement. The NJ trainer for Hunter summed it up by saying that this was a textbook example of how not to balance tires.I think this place is doomed. Of the two mechanics, one is going to leave. The two service writers up front were having their last day, and commented that in 7mos they didn’t have any interviews to hire more mechanics. If their best guy can’t even balance some tires... I’m thinking this location has big problems. I hope they figure it out because the facility looked well equipped and clean, but I’ll avoid them after this experience.

Broke down almost 2.5 hours from home. Thought we needed a belt, turned out the a/c compressor locked up. Everyone here was the nicest and most helpful i have ever seen in my life. I had worked in automotive for almost 5 years and the service here blew my mind. I am in awe how fast, kind, helpful and knowledgeable everyone in the building was. Top notch and I highly recommend coming here for automotive help. Great people.

Mechanics know there stuff here. 2 other places told me my battery was bad... they tested it at a remote battery post rather than at the battery itself and got an inaccurate reading. The mechanic here tested it right at the battery an extra step because you had to remove a module on top of it but when he did it tested good and saved me having to replace.

Called yo return to have 2 tire pressure sensors installed earlier in the month at AAA Marlton. Had appointment that nobody seemed to remember even though called to make the appointment 3 days earlier. Told by manager that the programmer which did not function initially now could only pick up one sensor although 2 were installed earlier in the month. Was told I should bring the vehicle to a dealer to have the sensors programmed that AAA installed. Really? Moral of the story dont go yo AAA automotive. They said they were under new management from in between the two visits.

Absolutely poor service. Would give negative stars if I could. 1st and last time there. Waited the told 1.5 hours and came back to find my car wasnt even started. Then told the part wasnt in but surprise when I said I was leaving the part became magically available but it would be another 3 hours. Took my car down the street and got better service and cheaper price for the same job. Run away!!!!!

Im a member and I took my car into get an oil change and check to see if I need brakes. Service guy say to me I need brakes & rotors for front. I said okay do the job. I get home my 2015 Camaro is missing the tire caps. I had 3 on there saying Camaro. THE SAD PART IS THAT THEY REPLACED IT WITH SOMEONE ELSE CAPS.The Service guy Service me mentioned to me his wife drives the same car like me . So he told on himself. I WANT MY TIRE CAPS PLEASE!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEY CANT BE TRUSTED!!!! . BAD BAD BUSINESS.

First experience here and it was a positive one. I only had an oil change done, so it obviously wasnt a full view of the services. However I can say the staff was very accommodating and professional.

Came in for a simple oil change. Few weeks later my car was leaking oil all over my garage. Took it back they said it was just a bad plug or ring. Claimed they fixed it the issue. Few days later same oil leaks. After the 3rd visit I was informed that it was now caused by the oi pan gasket and required 10+ hours of labor which they could not preform due to the complexity of the job. It was recommended that I take it somewhere else. No refund was issued...Took it to another place and they informed me that the gasket was fine and in fact it was a botched oil change that was causing the leaks. They changed my oil and I have had no issues with leaks for months now.If you cant do a simple oil change (with 3 attempts) these guys should not be in the car care business....

Dropped off my 2005 Chrysler to have them refinish the headlight lens which were very cloudy, and check one of the lights which was out.The lenses came out great, and they also managed to fix the wiring to the light.Will definitely be taking back for future repairs.

I always receive great service from the AAA Marlton auto service department. Repair and maintenance pricing is very reasonable. They do advise me of other work my car could use, but they dont pressure me into unnecessary work. In fact, the auto service department has actually saved me money twice, by accurately diagnosing an engine problem that I thought was going to be a much bigger repair. Definitely a great place to use for auto maintenance and repairs.

I came to this location for both vehicle service and for trip information (I am an AAA member). All of the staff I encountered were friendly, professional, and helpful. Allison at travel services was great in creating a Triptik for me, with all of the destinations I plan to visit on my upcoming vacation. Glenn at the vehicle service desk was professional and friendly as he explained to me how my car was doing, without any upsell pressure to fix other items. And they are within walking distance of my office! I will continue to come to thisocation for all of my general vehicle maintenance needs. Great shop; thank you.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. I spoke with Bruce who was very friendly and set me up for later the same day. Eric was my service tech. He was great. He explained all of the issues that were found with the vehicle without pushing extra services. The rest of the staff were also helpful and accommodating. Sorry, I didnt get everyones name. Overall, a great service experience

I went to this new Marlton AAA location on June 8th, and had a very positive experience. First of all, I am a AAA South Jersey member, and I did not initially realize that this location was a different AAA club (Mid-Atlantic Club.) Nonetheless, all of the people who worked there were extremely helpful to me. I had many detailed questions about my auto insurance policy, and Pauline sat with me for over an hour patiently answering them. She also called over to my club (South Jersey) for anything she could not directly help me with. I also requested information about roadside assistance, and asked for some maps. Everyone was helpful, polite and overall created a great experience for me!

I have an old 2000 Chevy Venture that I cant decide to keep or get rid of, but with the terrific pricing and service that I have received, not once, but THREE TIMES at this Service Center, it may last forever, lol. I am very, very hard on Auto Service Providers, with high expectations, and my recommending these guys is a real stretch for me, but they absolutely deserve it. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to family and friends.

Walked out of the LA fitness to a flat tire. Thankfully they are in the same shopping center. The staff was friendly, they fixed my car right away. Rusty razor in the tire. They patched it up and I was on my way. So thankful for them today! But I was later told that where the puncture was, it should of never been patched up. It was slow leaking for about a month until I got new tires somewhere else.

Extremely dissatisfied, no one followed up with me regarding ordered parts! No called me back after several attempts to speak with someone and even after speaking with the manager he never called back. I have been waiting for several weeks for service and receive my discount as an AAA premier member but they continue to break their promises. They are polite but cannot seem to follow through on any of their verbal commitments! Very embarrassing to see this low level of customer service. My service with this center has been horrendous!!!!!

Dropped car off at 7am for tire repair and oil change and told them I needed the car at 3pm. At 3:45 I went to pick up car and the mechanic was just bringing it into the shop. No phone call or explanation as to why the car wasnt worked on all day. I even called them at 12:30 just to check up on it. Was told it would be ready at 3pm. I will not return and even cancelled my upcoming renewal of my AAA membership.

This is an update for my review. I feel I was hasty in making my review public before discussing it with management in person. I did mention they were apologetic and took the car back in to evaluate my complaint. I should have expressed my feelings privately. The staff was friendly and cared about good service. I will return for auto service at the Marlton location. Thanks to Rick for reaching out to me. I apologize if my review was harsh and public. The staff at the Marlton location aim to make each experience for service a positive one.I went in for a routine oil change. I asked if the oil change included tire air pressure check and was told yes. Shortly after my car was taken in, the service guy came to tell me that I should have my power steering fluid flushed (I agreed) he then showed me the total for oil change & flush. After completing the service, I paid the bill and then went to my car and noticed that the oil gauge still showed 18% and the tire pressure was showing different levels for the 4 tires (exactly where they were upon my arrival). The paperwork showed that all of these items were okay and were checked off as good, including the oil. I was told that the oil gauge had not been reset because the mechanic used an old fashioned method of foot on the gas without starting the car for resetting to 100% (the car is remote start). I was hoping that my experience would have been a good one as they were recommended as being good at checking your car. I left feeling nervous that perhaps the oil was not changed nor the tire pressure checked. I informed them that I was losing air in my tire. Overall, they were apologetic and took my car back into the service area to correct the tires and reset the oil gauge to show 100% indicating the job was done . Initially, they put a sticker on my windshield showing mileage for next oil change (this information was erased when they brought the car back out). I found that to be shady and not sure why. Again, I left feeling uncomfortable about the service. I had to take my car elsewhere to find out that my tire had a leak around the valve (guessing the AAA mechanic missed it). I will not return for service.

Went in with a problem got the problem fixed the next day started earing a squeak went back was told that the squeak was coming from the belt that was replaced and the belt will adjust by himself and the squeak will go away but two weeks later the squeak still there went back to complain about and was told by nick Marino car care manager that they can not be adjusting the belt over and over and I got upset and walk out the door never coming back to this car center bad costumer service
