If your looking for a place to buy a vehicle, this is your location. I have heard nightmare stories about buying used cars and the pressure behind dealerships.They usually say expectations lead to disappointments, Anthony C. did not disappoint. I purchased the vehicle in the said photos. Anthony made sure to get me multiple quotes for financing as well as different down payments. He even ordered me new floor mates and a new plastic lower bumper covered. He had a welcoming and laid back spirit and took me a hour earlier then my appointment. 10/10.Ask for Anthony C.Thank you Burns.

Terrible service if you need a car worked on. I’m sure it wasn’t just me either because I stopped in a couple times over the 3 1/2 months my vehicle was there and not one person waiting had anything good to say about them. The guy I dealt with dodged me most of the time about updates. They tried to get approval for almost $1000 in additional services that it absolutely did not need and even after denying those services, the total still came in at about $500 OVER what the “maximum price it would be” quote the service manager gave me at the beginning.So far, the vehicle at least seems to be performing adequately however I wish I had taken before shots of the interior as I was very displeased with how much of slobs the service techs apparently are. I’m guessing they never heard of using covers to prevent staining peoples upholstery.

About 2 years ago I bought my car and had a great experience. Since then I’ve been back for service 2 times and had such awful service. First time was an oil change. When I picked the car up they had left all the plastic covers they use in my car. Second time was for a recall and oil change. Said it’d take 2 1/2 hours. 3 1/2 hours later I just showed back up and it had just conveniently been finished. Left me in the waiting room for 1/2 hour for the car to be pulled to the front. First car ride after getting it and the check engine light comes on. I call to say what happen, leave my info with the girl for them to call me back. No phone call. I call back again and they leave me on hold for 20 mins till they closed. Will not be coming back.

FIVE-STAR experience from Brian (Han) and Sam!Do your research, check other cars and deals but hands down this was the best car-shopping experience I had. Brian and Sam got me into a new Palisade with the trims I wanted and (very close) to the price I set myself to pay. Im happy with the car and the experience.The only downside was the financing mange took a while because they were not staffed appropriately, so that took a bit of waiting until it was my turn.Other than that, I would highly recommend Burns Hyundai, and specially to seek out Brian Han (and Sam).

Ive called 4 times and have been told someone would call me back with an eta on my car that’s been here going on the fourth week. I have paid out of pocket for rentals and can’t even get a status update or eta. It is supposed to be warranty repair but at this point it’s not worth it. Considering I’ve been without my car over a month because different hyundai locations have not been able to honor their warranty. This place was my last straw and they won’t even answer the phone but have my car.

Very well put together place... never have a problem scheduling for any type of service needed... all of the guys are very helpful and see what your needs are and do their best to make sure it gets attention.... the waiting area is very nice and cozy...They are just very organized at this particular one... I even get a courtesy call when oil change is due!!! I didnt buy my Hyundai from this place but they treat me as such and was even able to help me set up my bluelink feature in my car... def recommend this place for all your Hyundai needs

I took my 2009 Hyundai in for two recalls. I was able to book my appointment online. They confirmed everything via text. Steve A. Checked my car in and told me he would text me the next day when the car was ready. I got a text after they did the safety inspection (it’s free). They let me know what needed attention. All of this was by text. I asked him a question and then told them what to fix. They texted me when my car was ready. I was able to get it quickly and Steve was very professional and nice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional, built an entire deal on their website, submitted all my information for the exact car I wanted. They called me in the morning as if I had submitted my email only, whatever I can get past salespeople not understanding what their website does.I had to resubmit a credit app, again because for some reason they don’t have access to the “build your deal” section of their website.Next they called and said great when can you come in, I said I’m an hour away - send me the final number so I can make sure everything is good and I’ll come in and sign.After getting everything ready they called me back to tell me they sold the car…. So they ran my credit on a car they were actively working on selling. Why? Why not tell me… why not give me a heads up “hey if you don’t want us to sell the car to someone else after we’ve hard pulled your credit. You should give us a deposit.”Just avoid. They are sleaze balls.

I had the worst experience with the service department. My car went in for service and after a complete inspection I was told I needed an engine coil spring replacement. One week later it was serviced my engine seized. It was covered under warranty thankfully. However my car was there for 7 weeks and I was lied to over and over again about when it would be fixed. Poor communication from the tech to the service manager with zero follow up and a bunch of lies when they answered the phone. Brand new engine out in and one day after I finally got my car back the check engine light came on. Never again!

Booked an appointment for a specific car, provided the exact stock number to make sure car is available. Walked in and I was told the car is in storage and will take 10min to get it over. (why did I made an appointment at the first place?)I ran all my numbers on their website before going in and made my mind what I was comfortable with. They quoted me totally different pricing. I brought up the numbers on my phone and they said I guess there is some error and will not accept the numbers from their OWN WEBSITE.No senior manager came to explain their position/reason.Overall yes they let me test drive a car - but I guess they didnt want to sell the car.

Service time was longer-than-expected for an oil change and multipoint inspection (90 minutes) which I can understand - the dealership was very busy (I had to wait 3 weeks for basic service)However, upon reviewing the work with me, the Service Manager indicated that I wouldnt need an oil change for 7,500 miles (despite the 3,750 intervals the Kona manual indicates) because they used synthetic oil and at $39.95 I was getting a great deal. He also indicated they filled my tires up and showed on the work paper theyd been filled to 36psi.OK great, I thought - until I actually got back in my car. Once in my car, the service reminder sticker on the windshield indicated Id be due for service in 3,750 miles, and after driving for a few minutes the tire pressure gauge indicated the tires to be between 28psi and 30psi.Clearly either the service manager has a habit of misleading customers, he was reading me information from someone elses car, or there is a lack of communication between the actual mechanics/techs and the service managers. In any event this is clearly unprofessional behavior.

When I call he claims he’ll get back to me but never does. Escalating tomorrow to a service manager.

Oh how I wish I could give zero stars. From day one this dealership was awful. Their sales staff were rude and dishonest, the managers unprofessional, and all of them disrespectful of your time. Its only gotten worse since then. I had a brand new car for less than two months and I havent seen it for over a week. No one has bothered to call, so I call daily and have to pry information out of someone. If that werent bad enough, their customer service is so bad that they never even bothered to offer a loaner, so Ive been without a car. Please, please, please avoid this dealership if you ever want to have a decent buying experience. If you ever have the awful luck of dealing with Vanessa, Holly, Sam, Steve, or James, run for the hills because youre in for a miserable time.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered in my 8 car buying experience. This was my second time leasing from this dealership. The first time around, it was great. This second time was complete opposite.Started off by leaving the dealership without any insurance unbeknownst to me. I wasn’t sure if the protocol has changed due to covid, so just assumed (that part is my fault), that it was taken care of. It was not. I drove 35 minutes home in a brand new car, uninsured.Next, within a mile of leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on. I didn’t have time to go back so figured I’d deal with it the next day and hope it was just a glitch. It wasn’t. A few days later, the check engine light came on again along with the HEV light which stated that my car needed to be taken to the dealership immediately. This resulted in 4 more trips to the dealer within the next 8 days to get this “fixed”.Service department never called me to say my car was ready. Had to make TWO calls to be able to speak to an advisor to find out my car had been done since that AM and no one bothered to let me know.Two days after that. Get a call stating that the finance person I dealt with missed some paperwork I was suppose to sign.I would have chalked this up to a human error mistake (which happens to all of us), but the cumulative of all these issues can only result in people not doing their job, plain and simple.Oh and sales manager approached me to ask why I gave such poor ratings. Really? And what did he do to help “rectify” the situation? Just say he understood my concern. Great job!The car itself is great; but will not do business with this dealership ever again.

I reached out to Burns Hyundai 5 days before eventually purchasing a car from them. From the start, communication was great. Anisa was able to answer all my questions through email and texts and was eventually able to get me a price in my budget. After agreeing on a price I went over to the dealership. I worked with Justin, he was able to let me test drive the car and we went through the sale process. Everything went by smoothly and I was able to leave with a new car on the same day. Had glue and wrap still on car from factory and car was not charged the night before like I asked making deliver time longer.Update... The best thing about buying my Hyundai Kona at Burns Hyundai was dealing with Andrew Chinici. He listened, was informative and genuinely friendly, and as low pressure as they come.The other two people that I dealt with were forgettable high pressure sales types: one was the finance guy (the one who took my check) and the other was charged with introducing me to my car. In the end, Andrew set me up in the car, and made sure all was well before I drove off.Advice: If you want to buy or lease a car at Burns Hyundai, ask for Andrew Chinici (Sales and Leasing Consultant).

We were in search of a preowned Genesis G80. We found the PERFECT one we wanted at a GREAT price at Burns. However, there was a recall for a brake issue and they would not sell it until they could fix it, unlike many other dealers that told us we could just have the brakes fixed later. We decided to wait and my contact Joe in the internet sales department couldnt have been more responsive, staying in contact throughout the whole process, which took a little over a month to resolve. We purchased the car June 11, 2021. Our sales person Pietro, and the finance manager Jay were very helpful and expedient as is possible to be purchasing a car!It was truly, probably the most pleasant car buying experience my husband and I have ever had and we have bought a lot of vehicles over the years! I cant say enough great things about this dealership, or recommend them highly enough!!!

I brought the car in at 9am on April 12th and picked it up about 4:30, which is fine because I know detailing is an all day affair. When I had a chance to look at it really good, I was very displeased. The rims were still dirty, the stuff that brings the color back out on the trim wasnt used...I still saw water drip marks on it. Its still undone by where the rear license plate is and around the back window. The wheel wells are still filthy. The tires werent glistening...like when you use Armor All.Any other services I ever had to do here were 100% and would return for any repairs...I will, however NEVER get my car detailed there again.

Below Average - Avoid Mr.Sam at all costs. Unprofessional and treated my family like he was doing us a favor, walked away in the middle of a conversation just because we said the price wasn’t workable for us. I now understand why car salesmen get such a bad reputation. We drove an hour to get to the dealership only to find the car we wanted to see, was sold minutes before we got there. They left a voicemail 15 minutes before I got to the dealership. Just reeks of poor salesmanship overall. Avoid if possible.

There was a car part I couldnt locate online anywhere. I spent over two weeks searching for it online, scouring through forums and blogs to find out what it was called/part number and such. I got to their car service dept and these guys went out of their way for me. There was a car exactly like mine in one of the bays and they took pictures of the part with my phone, then one of the main mechanics who had already clocked out before I got there willingly and patiently identified the connector in the catalogue, helped the new guy place the order, then came back and discussed with me how I would proceed to install it once the part arrived. I had been to 3 auto parts stores before this and barely got any acknowledgement. I pick up the part tomorrow and will try to post pics of the place and people. Im taking my time writing this review because I was seriously impressed with the quality of service I received.

The service department of this specific dealership unfortunately continues to fail to meet the mark. I have serviced multiple vehicles at this specific location over the last several years. My most recent experience brought me back only 3 days after a scheduled appointment. Although the initial appointment was made weeks in advance they were not able to complete all of the work. As a result I had to schedule another appointment 3 days later. When initially entering the service department I was not greeted proactively. The work that was scheduled to be done on my car was the same work already completed only 3 days earlier. In the system it showed that the work that was supposed to be completed during this now second visit in only 3 days had already been completed before, that was a mistake. I waited for several minutes while they scratched their heads in confusion. I was told when someone called me from the dealership the Friday before that I needed to leave the vehicle but when coming with the vehicle no arrangements were made for me. After waiting for a little while ultimately an Uber was called for me and paid for by the dealership for me to get home. I was called several hours later and told that the work was completed. An Uber was called for me by the dealership and brought me back to get my car. Upon arriving at the dealership to receive my vehicle the checkout was fairly smooth however I signed paperwork indicating the length of the repair was 30 minutes?! This is worth mentioning because I was told the repair would take too long to simply wait for the vehicle it would need it to be left. The service department continues to miss on the little things instead the service manager then calls to try to offer free services instead of just getting things right the first time. Customer service means proactively avoiding issues...

Ive purchased 4 cars from Burns over the last handful of years. Just recently, I leased my 2nd Sonata. I had a 2018 Sonata and loved it. I never any issues with the purchase (when I traded in my other 2 Hyundais) to the car itself. My lease was up this month and decided to get another. The 2021 is a sharp looking car. My car was totaled in Jan 2020 so I was on a quick schedule to find a new car. In one week, I visited 6 different dealers (Honda, Nissan, etc.) and Burns Hyundai stood out for all right reasons.(1) COVID protocol: everyone I encountered at the dealer was great at maintaining social distance, wearing masks correctly, and cleaning the cars before I got in.(2) They are genuinely friendly, not fake sales-y friendly. Chris Solorio was my sales guy. He (and his Sales Mgr) actually listened to what I said, respected it, answered my questions with patience, and didnt try to tell me my thoughts/plans were wrong (ex. I was upfront with each dealer, telling them I was testing 6 cars that week and when I expected to make a decision--one dealer questioned why Id do that and why not just buy his car). It was an awesome experience.(3) When Ive purchased cars in the past, I tended to get a brief overview on how to use the features but largely had to rely on the owners manual. Not here! Before driving the car off the lot, someone showed me how to use every feature in the car, we opened on screen menus and covered every button/option there was. The manual is still there if I need it but the overview kept me from having to learn about things as I go.It may sound like a weird thing to say, this is my first Hyundai (Ive owned three other brands) but Im actually looking forward to taking my car in for service when its time for the first service appointment because everyone there is so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealer to ANYONE and EVERYONE.

Where do I start?I arrived at Burns Hyundai around noon, only not to be greeted by anyone at the door. As strange as that sounds, it just got worse. Before arriving, I received deals from other dealerships (Kia & Honda) for cars that cost more than the car I was interested in at Hyundai.Since the car I wanted was not at Burns Hyundai, I was made aware they would bring one to the dealership by Megan Foti and that I could come back in a few hours to see it.I came back at 6 pm to Megan, allowing my girlfriend and me the opportunity to test drive. After returning 15 minutes later, everything changed.After expressing to Megan that I received deals on more expensive cars for affordable rates, she became displeased. She then became very rude and condescending when speaking about numbers. Her complete body language turned into ‘doing all she could not sell me a car.’ Not once did she express her further for wanting to sell me a car. (Lease 25,000: 36 month 3.5k down, 220 a month requested).Megan went out her way to make sure she could not meet my number even tho better quality car dealers gave me these numbers and better. Tonight I have just purchased a Honda Civic EX, much less than the numbers Megan could come up with, and a better quality car with more eligible miles.Megan was the rudest salesperson I’ve ever come across, and I’ve been looking for cars for 2-3 weeks.Hyundai needs to fix their customer engagement ASAP. No person should be at a salespersons desk, thinking, “why doesn’t she want me here.”WORST SALESPERSON.

Everyone in this location was incredible, my Salesman Ed went way over the normal to help me get my purchase of a new vehicle to go through. Fantastic time picking out a new 2020 vehicle, and zero pressure to make a decision. Spent a lot of time with me on making sure I was completely happy trying out different versions and a full explanation of all my options. I liked having the ability to look over the back lot inventory to pick out exactly what I was looking for. I got an incredible deal with my trade of a 15 year old car. It’s rare that you walk away from a purchase like this without that butterfly feeling like you may have rushed into something, but this is the very first time I walked out of a car dealership with this most comfortable feeling that I found the right group to assist me in making this kind of decision.

When I showed up at Hyundai located in Marlton New Jersey I was so nicely greeted by Ronnie Deptula. As soon as we sat down we jumped right into things. Ronnie Is very professional and she answered all of my questions. The process was so easy and quick. Im truly grateful for all of Ronnie?s help in purchasing my new 2021 sonata. We decided to switch our service needs to Burns after we felt completely dissatisfied with the service department which we purchased our 2020 Palisade. Our experience at Burns was very thorough and professional. Their use of technology, communication, and even the fact we received a survey was very welcomed. Wed never received any surveys at the other dealer and their service was always a inadequate. From promises with part orders that WE had to follow up on or never came through to issues not being addressed regardless of the number of visits...we had enough! Burns will be servicing our vehicle from now on!

My wife was traveling from New York back home late Sunday night when her car began to hesitate and check engine light came on she had to stay overnight and tried to go to the dealer in the morning just to have it look at to get back on the road I understand she didnt have an appointment but the advisor couldnt even have someone to diagnose he advise her to try another dealer. Granted she didnt have an appt but for him to tell a female that advise him the reason she stayed over because the vehicle wasnt safe to drive to get back on the road and direct her to a dealer a hour in a half away. What happen to customer service, it weighs have took all of 5 minutes to hook to the OBD to check what her issue was.

The dealership is great, the staff on a whole are friendly and helpful. I went to have the car serviced for two recallsThe service rep I had was disrespectful and rude. I called him out when I picked up my car, he denied it. I called to speak to the Mgr, he was tied up, but he did return my call. We kept missing each other. Learned from one of his coworkers that the service rep. was fired on Friday, the day I picked up my car.I dont know the reason for his firing. I feel bad when anyone loses their job, especially in these times. I am going back to Burns for an oil change and hope to talk with the service manager. Will follow up with a POST. Have a safety day and MASK UP...

Also had a great buying experience with Sal Hasan Sales consultant. They are very Covid19 aware, wearing masks and also made sure everything was sanitized before I test drove a car.

Burns Hyundai is the best dealership to buy a vehicle. I have been driving Hyundai a little over 20 years. I drove a Elantra for almost 20 year and the car never let me down. It just kept going and i never had to worry about buying a car so soon. Last year in 2019, I brought a Tucson and it is an awesome vehicle. I brought my vehicle to Burns Hyundai for routine maintenance on 7/29, an oil change and tire issue. The representative informed me I had a nail in the tire and in addition, a coolant flush and transmission flush were necessary, but everything else with the vehicle is fine. I went forward with the recommendations. Two days later, I bring the vehicle to my state (PA) inspection location and they tell me the rotors are rusted and too thin, unable to pass. None of this was mentioned during my 4 hour visit and when I referred to the multi-point inspection, measurements were not provided on the document, which isnt normally the case. Was there even a multi-point inspection done? I question this now. I trust Hyundais opinion, so Im not sure why this wasnt brought up and why considerations for a PA client arent considered given your location is only 30 minutes from Philadelphia and Im sure I am not the only PA client. Its unfortunate the mechanic wasnt proactive in filling out the report as it usually is done. Im now paying $100s more dollars to pass inspection from a mechanic I dont work with and Im not sure if its necessary because Hyundai failed to accurately analyze and report this information on the brakes. This was my whole reason for bringing it to where I purchased in the first place an a major disappointment. Especially considering my prior service has been great.

Most unpleasant and unprofessional place to deal with. I own a repair shop myself and bought parts through them several times. I sent in my ST 3 form several times and still they keep on charging tax like what is wrong with you people. I will not be doing business here anymore because thats just ridiculous anymore

Today was my first time visiting this dealership since I’ve been in the area. The only thing I needed was a oil change on my car. So when Lou was done checking me in he escorted me to the Genesis Lounge! Very cozy, comfortable area. It was plenty of snacks and a variety of beverages including champagne. My service was finished up by Mark who was very detailed in our conversations and accommodating. They have earned a new customer as long as I’m in the area.
