I showed up early for an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist asked for my insurance and registration which were in my car . When I returned with my documents someone in the back room was loudly berating me for showing up early. I cannot believe that a business would be so crass as to allow employees to talk about customers so rudely while the customer is still there!!!

From the time I walked in the door until I drove away in a pristine clean car, this company and their team performed exceptionally well. If I were you reading this review, pick this company. You wont be disappointed. Also its really convenient to have Enterprise rent a car in the same parking lot. You get texted (or called) every other day with status. I bought my car in 2014 and was never in a collision before. The car looks better than when I bought it from the dealership! I wont single any one individual out because as a team, they were all superb! Well done.

After a collision with a deer necessitated my first-ever insurance claim, I called Burns Collision. John and his team walked me through the process and were attentive and direct in dealing with my concerns. When I called to check on the status of repairs they were quick to jump on the phone and give me a play-by-play. After a short turn around, they delivered a showroom ready vehicle with not a hint of previous damage. The fact that they share a parking lot with a car rental agency was a bonus that made the process even more manageable.

From the moment I walked in I knew my car was in good hands! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This was my first time ever needing serious body work done on a vehicle and I was pleasantly surprised how easy and stress free my experience was. They kept me informed throughout the whole progress and the work was completed in a timely manner. Another great feature of Burns is the convenience of Enterprise Rental which is located within walking distance of the dealership. I would highly recommend Burns to all my friends & family!

Had a front end deer strike on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T Sport Limited Ultimate. Notified insurance- (Geico) I would be taking it to dealer for repair and OEM parts. Andrew Dodimead at Burns Collision handled my case... and everything that was needed between Geico and Burns. Damage was more extensive then originally thought and Andrew worked directly with insurance to get all the multiple and various issues covered. He was professional, and updated me with any change in situation. Minor things popped up but were handled, quickly. Overall great customer service, informative, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Andrew and Burns Collision to handle your claim and to save you the headache of having to deal with your insurance directly. (He deserves a raise!) And to the manager of the collision dept... you have the right crew working for you..... excellent customer service by phone or inperson in the shop.

The repairs to my 2017 Honda Civic were amazing. The repairs were quick and there was no issues from check in to delivery. I could not tell the difference from when it was new. Mike kept me informed on all the progress during its time in repair. I could not be more satisfied.

My fiance Andrew and I just wanted to take a moment to share the excellent service that we received from the staff at the body shop last night 8/13/2018. Ron Morrissey and his team were excellent, and were able to address our concern with a potential safety issue with the front drivers side door on our 2004 Hyundai Sonata front door, at the end of business hours without hesitation. This team of gentlemen really went above and beyond as this was not even a vehicle that we had ever had work on in the shop, or something that would be their responsibility. I have worked in the auto industry for 10+ years and the care that they showed and quick action taken was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this location to any friends or family looking for an honest, knowledgeable shop to complete body work for their vehicle.

Ive used Burns Body Shop for years for various cars that weve owned. All the staff has been polite and the work that was done on all occasions was outstanding. We shop estimates when we have our cars repaired and we have found them to be competitive. I also like the fact that the work is usually done on time or close to it. This is a busy shop, so you might have to wait to schedule your repair, but it is busy because they do quality work.

This is the place my insurance co referred me to, and since I have purchased my last 4 cars at Burns . I thought this was a good idea. Unfortunately it did .not turn out that way ! They told me 2 to 3 days and it was every bit of 4 days. I had to call each day and follow up . Would never go there again ! Communications were terrible ! They said they would give me text updates and they didnt happen ! Very disappointed !when I picked up the car no one even bothered to ask if I was satisfied with the work !

My daughters new Honda Accord was repaired at Burns after a small accident. Everyone at Burns Body shop was very friendly and provided us updates on the progress throughout the repair. I would highly recommend Burns Body Shop for repairs of any make or model car, as my daughters car turned our looking brand new and the people at Burns were very friendly and helpful.Gary G

I haven’t even scheduled the repair and I’m already disgusted with them and their complete lack of customer service! Their website specifically states that Enterprise Rent-A-Car is “right here to help while your car is in our capable hands”. However, when I called for rental information, the uninterested party tells me that “there’s no Enterprise here” - with a tone to suggest that I’m nuts ... and so I proceeded to read to her directly from their web site ... until she tells me that “they share a gate with Enterprise, but she has no info and can’t transfer me” ... and never offers a phone number ... nothing. At least pretend to care!! And I’m supposed to trust these folks to fix a car??

Repair was terrible. Was told car was ready and went to pick it up and bumper did not properly fit. Was told it was ready again went to pick it up again and bumper still did not fit properly and piece above bumper was on crooked with uneven gap at trunk, paint was also not matched well. John Mazzanti the manage tried to tell me that I was too picky and that bumpers should have gaps and paint is not going to match. He said he only gets paid to fix it once and he already fixed it twice and there was nothing he could do for me. I had the same parts replaced it December by another auto body shop and there were no gaps or mismatched paint. My insurance company will be dealing with them and will hopefully no longer send customers there. Dont waste your money. Go somewhere else where they will fix it right and customer service respects their customers not belittles them.

Horrible service. The repairs took 4 weeks and was not done properly. My vehicle had to be taken to their Oaklyn location and the added 21 miles to my vehicle and returned it witg no gas. They lied and said they were goibg to wash thw vehicle and the same green marker used to point out the damages is still visible. Bill claimed he agreed the bumper was not put on well and he also agreed the paint drips were not professional. I am still waiting on the manager to return my call. I understand now Bill is the one who makes decisions. Every time I walk to the rear of the bumper I get annoyed.

My wife & I have used Burns Body Shop a few times since we bought & still own our 1999 Hyundai Sonata. On each occassion, we were treated with the utmost courtesy & professionalism. The advisors went out of their way to give us the best pricing, looked for ways to cut costs without compromising quality & genuinely respected us for our business as well as listened to our concerns.The jobs were always done right, the first time. Wasnt sure if I should take my car to a dealer for some repairs after my brand new car was involved in a hit and run. But Im glad I went with Burns Collision because the owner made sure he broke everything down for me. He answered every question I had and even went above when cleaning my car before returning it to me. Id go back again if I needed to but of course I hope I never again have to.
