I purchased a 2013 Fiat 500 turbo, standard, loaded with 95k on it. Aziz was my salesman. I could not be happier with the quality of the car and the price I was able to get for it. Be aware they will not disclose problems with vehicles. Either they don’t inspect them before they sell them or just don’t care. I bought a truck and the inside of the frame was rotted out. They did fix it for me but it was an inconvenience.

My experience at American Eagle Auto Sales was amazing! I was looking for a reliable car that also had relatively low mileage and they had the perfect vehicle for me! Exterior is beautiful and the interior is perfect. I took it for a spin and it handled like a dream. The staff were all very kind and patient, especially Tolga, who worked out a deal with me. This place is everything you fear a used car lot to be.In the middle of winter during the pandemic, Aziz sat in his office with no mask with my daughter and me and another customer there.The title of the vehicle we purchased has the incorrect engine printed on it, and instead of listening to our concern, Aziz tried diligently to convince us an I4 is a V6.The RMV form was filled out with the wrong address and dates, and we only got that after several phone calls and threats to involve arbitrators. I finally ended up having the form completed correctly by a representative of my insurance company. Im still unsure what the $399 document fee covers.The vehicle did not pass inspection due to unsafe suspension, so they obviously dont have a mechanic look over the cars before they sell them, and we had to bring it back to have it repaired.Im only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because my daughter really likes the vehicle finally.

So far the car runs good and was a fair price. It is an older used car for our 16 year old son ( his first car ) and to date we are happy with the vehicle

Buyer beware! This dealership will require you to sign a NON-REFUNDABLE Car Deposit Receipt (not the case with most/if any other places), if you become interested in buying a car from them. IF you then change your mind and decide not to buy it, they will tell you that its your problem, not theirs, and they WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. My advice from years of auto industry experience, is to simply go somewhere else.

My son purchased his first car here. All cars were very clean. We were told that car had new brakes and our mechanic verified this information. All workers were straightforward and honest. I wouldve given a five star if the car wasnt on E when we picked it up. However, they did put in a little gas so we wouldnt run out on the way to the gas station.They made buying a used car a lot less stressful. In two years when my daughter starts driving Ill definitely see what they have available.

I had a good experience here. I walked in on a Sunday thirty minutes before closing time and told them I needed to buy a car. The one I went to look at was sold earlier, so they pulled up the inventory online, I picked one, we test drove it, and bought it. It was a pretty smooth transaction. Alot of car dealers wont haggle price anymore and put the best price online, these guys actually had the best prices out of anyone around. They didnt promise new tires, the car already had new tires Installed, the way they should be. Its a buy a good car cheap kind of place, where you do it all yourself. So the inspection passed and they even hand delivered the title to my house. Another nice part is they give you a six month warranty, which is a good thing in my book. All in all good place to quickly buy a good and well priced used vehicle.Edit: my cars engine died six months and one week after purchase. That was one week after the warranty expired. So take what you will from my review. No amount of good/fast/friendly service makes a dead car better. It is my guess the oil leak was known about. I could have used the warranty to fix it if I had been told. Maybe they didnt know, again take what you will from that.

Went to purchase a vehicle, was hoping to negotiate since I’m paying cash. No luck. They also require a Documentation Fee, they charge 399.99 which doesnt included the registration fee. Once we agreed on 8,350 for a vehicle they Listed at 7,900 I went to go through with the process & they demanded a 500.00 downpayment for a car I’m paying for cash? They also want to charge extra money to fix things that should be already fixed before selling the vehicle. Scam artists, take your money elsewhere!

Worst experience here. Purchased a car and they gave wrong spare tire. I called them to exchange the appropriate one, they asked me to buy it in junkyard. Id not recommend this place.

Most garbage dealership out there. Sold my mom a car. When my mother asked why there was a fee for using a card, they responded “Were not a 7/11, were a dealership”. I bought the same exact car as my mom for the same price at a different dealership in Leominster and it works perfectly. My mother bought the car with a broken radiator and she called them explaining to them the problem, they said their “6-month warranty” only works for engine and transmission problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

These guys held a car for several days for me and took great care of my family when we showed up to look at it. We got a good deal on a great car and the whole staff was proffesional and polite.The price was right and the guys were easy to work with but if you decide to go with them make sure you triple check little things like light bulbs. I ended up having to drop $120 to be able to pass inspection.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS.... Guy said there was a “recent oil change” in the car when I asked... had it for like 2 weeks and when my dad checked the oil, it was almost bone dry. Tank was on E when I test drove AND purchased it. Basically had to insist for them to put at LEAST 1 gallon of gas in the car to make it to the gas station. Unreliable and not the best service.
