My husband had a backpack put aside so he could try it out in the store before buying it. That worked great. However, we received virtually no assistance in fitting the pack to him or in identifying other pack candidates while we were in the store. There were very few customers in the store during our visit.

Went here and got a new pair of boots today. Store was nice and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful! *J* (name withheld for privacy) was very helpful in helping me find a good pair that fits well. Will definitely stop back whenever I am in the need of more outdoor gear!

Massive, clean, organized, and a well stocked store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Fun clearance section is always cool to look through. Located in a strip mall near a DSW, Best-Buy, and close to the Marlboro Mall. I love their rewards programs and this store is a must visit.

Selection is pretty good

Nice place. Couldnt get any equipment for work but, they have a lot of stuff. Hiking and Camping is pretty much it.

I wanted to shout out for EMS customer service. I had some shoes that I ordered and needed to exchange. In person they were helpful and over the phone was excellent. When you call, you get a real person who quickly helps you, and isnt sitting in some call center in India. Awesome. Keep it up EMS!

Helpful staff, decent selection, acceptable prices.

I visisted only once and the staff did not seem very familiar with their own inventory. I can get the same items at other places where there are knowledgeable staff.

A little small compared to the one in Northboro but great staff.

Friendly knowledgeable staff they will help hook you up with the gear you need. If its not in-store, theyll ship it you your house for free!
