I visited The Home Depot in Marion today and went in for an air filter for my furnace for my new home. I wasnt sure which one I needed that was best for pets, allergens, etc, but a sales rep named Ben came to help me just to make sure I was good to go. We started talking about air purifiers as well because my wife was interested in getting one for our home, and he started educating me on the benefits of different air purifiers. He literally talked to me like we had been friends for years. It is literally impossible to find good customer service anymore, let alone someone who talks to you like you matter. Because of Ben Ill be a regular customer and make the drive to your store. Thanks Ben!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ben in lighting really helped us with picking out the correct fixture for our problem.

I called this store 1x a week to inquire about a product, then called the day I was told they had shipment to inform me that they did have the product, but wouldn’t be selling it until next week. I called 3x over the course of 24 hours to verify this information, and each time I was told the same thing. The very next day, I see someone with the product in their vehicle, so I call asking about inventory, and I’m informed they went ahead and sold all their units and wouldn’t be receiving any more. What is the point of calling and following the right channels if associates are going to straight up lie to you and give you false information? Absolutely unacceptable, especially when their systems are so behind you can’t trust the website. I didn’t shop at Home Depot for years, and now I remember why.

Do not utilize this store. They delivered my parents flooring in the middle of a rainstorm in June when we were not home. They did not deliver all of the flooring and then REFUSED to move the flooring onto our porch. So we as a family moved it ourselves even though they had been wet from the rain. We have dealt with them for months trying to get this done, and they have been completely unhelpful. Today, the day they were finally supposed to lay the flooring, the flooring they delivered in June in the middle of a rainstorm, they said was now damaged and would not be able to lay it. Even after we have called, gone to the store, and dealt with this for months. I am so disappointed in the service of this store, and we will make sure that the 6 payments that have been made on the floor will be credited back. We are seeing red with this store.

Went to Home Depot for floor tile. Great in store service from Michael. Set up delivery at that time. Quick and easy. Day of delivery got text our order was out for delivery, followed by phone call from Logan delivery driver and product delivered. Thank you Hope Depot for all the hard work. It is appreciated!! Unhappy with their communication. I was told they wouldnt be selling a product till a certain date. When I called the day before so not to waste a trip I was informed they had already put the product out and was sold out. I have been online looking every day and unable to find it on the website but found out they had already sold out online as well. I dont see how that happens when I would never pull up to begin with.

Great visit! I made my order online for curbside pickup and called when I pulled in to the pickup parking stall (which, by the way, was very easy to find)... they (wearing masks) had my order to my car in minutes, put it in the back and closed the hatch door for me so I didnt have to get out at all. They were very polite and thanked ME when they finished loading my order into my car. I thanked them also, we all said have a great day to each other, and I was on my way. I would highly recommend The Home Depot in Marion, IL to anyone and Everyone! 😁

I love the home Depot for most of my home good supplies Ive ordered cabinets through them easy peasy. Ive also ordered sod that was delivered to my home easy peasy. The lady at the customer service counter was extremely helpful and really seem to know what she was doing.

With all the Ryobi tools that is stocked they dont even carry the 40 volt power drive. Had to buy the weed eater just for the drive. It interchanges with other attachments. Now I have 2 weed eater heads.

Went to the Marion Home Depot to buy insulation and walked out with no help and no insulation. The employee I tried to have answer my questions was not helpful and had no interest in finding someone else that could answer my questions. The so called “pro desk” was even less helpful than the other employee I interacted with. Needless to say another store got my money.

Big houses, seems safe and clean. Really nice playgrounds for the kids. All the houses are architecturally dated the same style. Not much for old trees. Hopefully it will be just as nice 50 years from now. Urban sprawl. The kind of house a good education can you, if you can afford an education. Cookie cutter neighborhood.

Home depot, hands down, has the best variety of power tools. There is no other home improvement store that can even come close to the variety that home depot offers. They are, by far, my favorite lumber yard. Only down fall for them is their customer service.

I have been there many times and can usually find what I need.

First off, Ill say that the folks who work here are absolutely wonderful. But the stores selection of products is sub-par. Everytime we check inventory of items online or go in store they are severely lacking in their product inventory/choice selection. Many times we find ourselves going to Lowes in Carbondale to get whatever Home Depot does not have in stock.

Every one of the employees working were really friendly. I do mean every one of them. I would have given this five stars if the product I had gone in for was in stock. It has not been in stock for four weeks now. But, the employees made up for it.

Well I bought a refrigerator for $3200. The sign said free delivery. So the day it comes to the store. I get a call saying it was in and when would I like it delivered. I asked will they hook everything up. The lady says oh no. Its curb side service only. I said what. Shes like oh you live in another town so our delivery guy works by himself. Aee there are 2 companies that deliver. 1 hooks everything up, 2 doesnt. So i have to take a day off work for my refrigerator to be delivered. No where did the sign say they have 2 services. So we plan on replacing our entire kitchen stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Do you think im going to home depot attorney this mess. NO AND I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE NOT TO SHOP THERE

I ordered a range hood. I selected text notification when it arrived at the store.I had to keep checking the app for its location.On May 13th it showed delivered. I call the store only to be waiting on the phone for 5 minutes for someone to answer. I called a second time when I finally reached somebody they checked found it was delivered so I said I would pick it up. I arrive to pick up my item the young lady behind the counter grabs the strap the packing strap around the Box drags it out to the end of the counter by the front door and drops it! She then asked me to sign the little Pat that I was picking it up never asked if I needed assistance getting it out needed help loading it! This is my 1st time ordering anything from home depot most likely my last everything I try to get at the store is not at the store it has to be ordered they have nothing in store when I search the app. Its always not at your store, but we will ship it! No thank you.

First time going to buy paint and supplies the lady was very helpful.The second time we went to get more paint I waited in line just to be told that their paint warmer was down and wouldn’t be fixed until 3 days later, and after looking all through the store for a fireplace we were told they don’t carry them and had to be ordered online, so we drove 30 minutes for nothing, no big deal, it happens.The third time we went, after calling to make sure their paint warmer was working again, and the lady behind the counter that was mixing our paint said to her co-worker “I’ve never done this before, hope I did it right” and then proceeded to tell her co-workers “I like Lowe’s paint department better. It’s easier for customers and they have a lot of really good paint.” While I was standing 5 feet from her. We will be going to Lowe’s from now on then.

Got a nice fresh Christmas tree. They wrapped it and carried it to the truck. Poinsettias for 1.25.

Bought a kitchen stove from home Depot first of all they had nothing in stock and only the high end ones displayed in the store so had to get it from the website.bthen had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. Called the store less than a week after delivery I called the store to tell them that the burners only worked on high flam no matter how low you turn them and the grates over the burners were so slick that a pot of water came sliding off and fell to the floor lucky for me the water wasnt Bolling yet or I would have been burned really bad. I wasnt even touching that pot when it came off. I was told by Management that home depot could do nothing for me to call matag. Home depot sells unsafe products and dose not stand behind them. NEVER spend your money her. You go in the store to buy then they Force you to buy on line so they dont have to take it back or stand behind their unsafe products! BEWARE!!!!!

Outstanding. Bought a Milwaukee Driver Drill and a CSR was right there to assist and answer my questions and was very knolwledgable. Then when I self checked out they was an assistant there to help and make it effortless.

I went in to pick up an order for my son and check on the availability of a light fixture that Ive had a hard time finding in stock. The associates at the service desk said there was one in stock. I couldnt find it anywhere. Other associates couldnt find it. James went himself to look from behind the service counter and voila, he found the illusive fixture. These guys are great!

Good selections, prices are fair and most of all their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. (Lowes could take a lesson from HD on customer service).

Id like to give a shout out to Kris in the paint department. We bought an older home in need of tons of paint and repairs. Today I brought in a 10 year old can of paint that was a custom color the previous owners used in the dining room. Despite being unable to match it any other way this brilliant human managed to match it on sight alone! Got it home and it was a dead on match! Thanks to her my vision for our kitchen was brought to life! THANK YOU!!

Not the best service. Stopped and asked an employee but they didnt seem very concerned. A group of separate employees further in the store half heartedly attempted to help but did not care to follow through on the potential sale.

Just going to get some seeds and some dirt and also some things because theres a water thing happening here but it was an awesome experience and the people there or great at their jobs.

Im a multiple addict and tools is one of my addictions .when it comes to tools and I think home Depot probably has the best selection of tools because they handle a couple of brands that other home centers dont have.
