Employees will see you standing in photo and not call anyone or give any assistance. Then when they do help the manager always gives an attitude. Now headed to CVS across the bridge.

People need to watch how Walgreens prices on there merchandise, verses else where at times.. lol you can always safe extra bucks ..

I called my local Walgreens and just wanted to know if they offered the Johnson COVID. this was after the voice prompter took me all over the place. she said I had to go online to schedule then it would tell me if it was available.went on the website and I had to answer all these questions and then wanted me to put in all my personal information and I still didnt know if the offered the COVID Johnson vaccine. I just closed out the website and going to a different pharmacy.

Rudest people in the pharmacy and they lie. However, the people in the store are very nice.

As always I frequent Walgreens no matter where I am residing or located at. They have excellent deals especially if you have a Walgreens card and you can combine the deals with the card along with in store coupons. Even if you make it to the register to check out with no coupon the staff will alert you to the in store coupon deals. Very friendly and helpful.

Seriously the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They never have my medication refilled even though Im signed up for automatic refill. When I called and ordered it they told me it was on back order. 5 days later and they still dont have my medication. Its a medication that you should NOT go off of cold Turkey. Than the pharmacist technician told me well you should just go to your doctor and have them give you a new medication!!! Are you kidding me. I should get a new medication because the pharmacy cant do there job! Again the worst customer service ever. I wouldnt recommend this pharmacy especially if you are on a Medication you take on daily basis.

I sense that at Walgreens on Hall Ave in Marinette, WI, no employees are happy. Everyone, including the cashiers at the registers, the photo dept staff, and the the pharmacy and all of its staff are impolite, on edge, sharp-tongued and make it seem like they’re doing you a favor waiting on you.Like in another review, I was also told by the pharmacist & other staff, that only I could pick up my hydrocodone. I now use the Walgreens in Madison, WI, and their pharmacy staff told me anyone can pick up a hydrocodone prescription as long as they have a picture ID. I say BOYCOTT the Walgreens in Marinette!At least until the management changes and straightens this store around!

Several issues with this place.it just seems to be the Marinette location because I get filled at other Walgreens all the time & nothing like this has happened except this store.First off its THEIR POLICY to not fill controlled substances untill NOON the day of... any other pharmacy Ive been to does not have such a rule.2nd it is federal law that only the person prescribed to the controlled substance can have possession of their Perscription to and from the doctor to the pharmacy.When I decided I would try WalMart pharmacy and retrieved my next months Perscription they did not ask for my ID.Telling me ANYONE could have went in and picked it up.Walgreens in Marinette, if youre so concerned about corporate policy then my question to you is; when does your corporate policy trump federal law?!?!?!IT DOES NOT!But you wont have to worry about seeing me in your store again!

Never ever will I come back here for pharmacy or any other business. They hung up on me while trying to clarify something about a prescription. They just dont care plain and simple.

Was there 15min. Before they closed in line waiting in the drive thru. They closed by the time it was my turn and I was unable to get my medication for my back surgery in which I was on my way home from. I’ll never use them again. Unbelievable

Extremely RUDE pharmacy staff. No “hello”, “thank you”, or even “your welcome”. They treat you with very little regard. When you call you just deal with a call center, so personal issues are hard to resolve. Just seems every staff member behind that counter has a serious attitude problem.

Prescriptions never ready on time. They all have the worst attitudes and never apologize for their errors. I feel bad for elderly or seriously sick people who desperately need their medications on time. So done with this pharmacy. They do not deserve anyone’s business.

Walgreens is the go to place if you cant get to another store pretty sure you can find it at your local Walgreens.

Unprofessional customer service from a female sales associate 9/16/18. No eye contact or communication when asked for help locating an item. Associate walked away (assumed I was to follow) turned down the next isle and POINTED to the item and continued to walk away. Unbelievable !

The pharmacist at the Marinette, WI location is rude and uncaring towards my sister and, I and we will no longer shop there and will be transferring out prescriptions. When we call about a prescription, we have been hung up on when talking to the pharmacist many times. He is rude and very moody. I will continue to complain about him till he is relocated or let go!

Ive been in here a few times due to them being nearby. Amanda is rude. She drops my money in the counter when my hand is outstretched, she drops my coins and doesnt attempt to pick it up, and is not friendly. I will not be coming here if she is working.
