Just bought $7,700 worth of all new appliances for our home. Beth was the salesperson, she was very patient with us as we decided on color, style, type etc. It has been 15 to 18 years since we got new appliances so it was time. New; washer, dryer with pedestals, electric range with proofing for bread making and built in air fryer, microwave range hood combination, hoses, and electrical cords.

They are a family business carrying good quality name brand product at reasonable prices... Especially their sales. Trust them and their service department. They are the best around.

If you want top of the line service and professional help in making such a big decision, Drees is your place. In the last 2 months I bought a dryer and a refrigerator from them and they delivered on time. They were fast, even helped me with the vent tubing in my house which wasnt their obligation. Not only do I recommend them but I recommend their 5-year extra warranty. Its hassle free all you have to do is call them. I will definitely buy from them again.

I went to Drees because I thought they were the experts. Everyone I talked to there was nice, but I had a pretty poor experience. I purchased a washer and dryer set which I was told would be delivered the following week. The delivery day came and went, and I had to call to see what was going on. This happened three times, week over week. I understand that items are backordered from COVID, but that was not a concern with the set I purchased at the time. However, they were indeed unavailable from the manufacturer. After the third time I called to talk to the salesman, he wanted me to purchase a comparable set for a few hundred dollars more that they had in stock. I didnt want the higher-tech set, or to pay more than I had, so I purchased a more comparable set for a lower price. The delivery day was incorrect again. When the day finally came, I thought it would be a quick setup. They were here for about three hours. In that time, they had to leave twice. Once because they didnt have the equipment they needed and another time because they dented the dryer bringing it in and it no longer functioned properly, so they had to get a whole new dryer. All this and the delivery and installation was not a free service - I paid for it. Like I said, everyone was very nice, but the whole thing was a rigamarole. I would not go there again.

Great service and was almost the same price as menards with there 11 percent rebate. Great price and no mailing in anything.

Just bought a new clothes dryer. Love it. Family owned business with a family atmosphere. They have my appliance business.

Had them do some work for my place of employment. They came and did the work. Left with out finishing there job and left signs open to the elements. Call them to have them come finish the work on a $1,000 bill only to have them bill me again for the work they billed me for the first time and never finished. Also i was charged 6 hours of labor for the job and the guy was here a total of 2 hours. Never doing business with this company again and i will make sure to spread the word around town about these scam artist.

Adam in sales has been great to work with for multiple appliance purchases! Weve bought a couple of appliances. Service is 2nd to none on any warranty issues Dont go with the big box stores. The local service advantage of Drees far outweighs the $20-$50 youll save on an appliance. We will be back again soon!!

Buying new appliances for a new to me home. Sales person was more than just helpful and friendly. He had the knowledge of all brands in the store. Made my decision process very easy. Prices were better than the big box store I went to prior. And they service what they sell. Great experience. May update to 5 stars after the delivery process.

Called recently to only ask a few questions and spoke with Tom. During our less than 10 minute conversation he was so incredibly rude to me that I almost hung up the phone. Ive also had other contractors warn me about how terrible this company is and how awful the customer service is. After a minor conversation I can now see that they were correct.

Our refrigerator died and we needed a new one immediately. They helped us with affordable financing and did not upsell past our comfortable monthly payment. Polite and efficient delivery staff.

Our family shopped at Drees Electric for years, until my aunt had an issue with Tom honoring a warranty on a TV about a year ago. You draged your feet for about two months on fixing what should have been a simple warranty issue and at one point told her it was a throw away tv. To make a long story short we all go to Gendrons now.

Workers are very rude and knew I was not from Marinette but, order was a struggle and somehow took me for blame. A younger male tried telling me what to do and looked at me disrespectfully. Not good.

This company knew I was traveling from Door County to check out a gas range they had just gotten in. I even phoned to tell them I was on my way. When I walked through the doors, the sales clerk said, Oh, a guy just bought it.She stated that she told him someone was coming in to look at it. Apparently, that didnt matter much to the companys standards. I felt they should have phoned me to at least ask of I was still on my way and give me first chance since they were aware I was traveling to see it. This man could have easily waited. This is the second time this company has disappointed me. I will not do business here nor will I recommend.
