We went to mattress firm looking for a good mattress. We were not sure what to expect because of coronavirus. Oursalesman Mr. Ethan Garcia advised us the mattresses are sanitized after each customer. Big relief, hard to buy a mattress without checking it out. We found what we were looking for right away. Mr. Garcia advised us on the various ways the mattresses were made, and depending on how we sleep, what is best firmness. Excellent customer service, warranty and price. The bed is coming tomorrow. It was a great shopping experience, and Mr. Garcia was very knowledgeable. And yes, they are taking the old box spring and mattress away!

Employees seem to always be friendly, every time I go in there they dont push for sales, which is helpful when looking for items, and because of that reason I have bought a mattress, pillow and adjustable bases with them

I went in there not knowing if I could find an affordable queen mattress and I was pleasantly surprised at how many choices I had for the amount I could afford which was 300 of less. I walked out of there with a queen size mattress and delivery all for about 350.i would definitely recommend this store and the gentleman working inside was the friendliest person ever!!! While in the market for a new mattress, I was suggested to try Mattress Firm. Wasnt sure what to expect when we first went in but walked out extremely happy with the knowledge our salesman Alvin gave us. If youre ever in the market for a new mattress I suggest trying this company they have very competitive prices. If I had to do it all over again I would not choose another company.

I went in there inquiring info. I was told to come back and ask someone else. I asked if I can relay a message for the next person working so they can get back to me and it ultimately ended in me leaving frustrated because the guy wouldnt help me out whatsoever. If youre a new company in a new shopping center, you should be inviting and make people want to be happy to be there. You want to be welcomed to the community. All theyve given me is a bad taste and I personally will never recommend anyone to buy from them. I would give less stars if I could.
