I missed my appointment because I was in the hospital with my father he has covid 19. The hospital doctor called actually let me go in to see him the day I had my appointment. My dad is in critical condition and I had my phone hidden in my shirt and could not bring it out because I was in full PPE. Because of the circumstances I forgot I had the appointment and did not show up I text and called him 2 hours after my appointment apologizing for no showing. He told me that he would never Tint anything for me again because I inconsiderately flaked and he lost out on $225 because of me. Ricky is the rude inconsiderate one. He thinks $275 is worth more than a my fathers life.

I came here to get the windows of my car tinted. The wait time was about 3 hours, which was not a big deal because Ricky had a really comfortable couch with DirecTV. The 3 hours went by incredibly fast, as it felt like I was at the own comfort of my home. The tints came out flawless. If you want awesome customer service and top notch window tinting, this is the place to go.

I have had two cars done here, a 1995 Camry and a 2018 Accord had tint done on all windows excluding windshield and after 4 years on the Camry and 1 for the accord the tint still looks like new and never starting bubbling. Service was quick and great and prices were inexpensive. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Did an awesome job on the tint and was super helpful when it came to picking my tint wasnt really sure how dark I wanted to go but he pointed me in a good direction and I love my tint. All the tint comes with a lifetime warranty so if it ever bubbles or comes off hell fix it for free. I highly recommend.

He did my 5 windows on my 06 Toyota corolla 5 years ago, to this day they are still like new with no fading/peeling/etc. Ive been to different states, different climates, plenty of exposure and the material still is as reliable as ever. I came here after a really bad experience at Peninsula Tint. I went to see Peter over there and he charged me $500 for supposedly Formula One ceramic film that turned purple in a year! Probably not $500 tint I’m thinking. I went over there to see what he could do and he totally blew me off! That is not how you treat a customer Peter! So I went to this shop in Marina and they took care of me! I got real Llumar ceramic film here. They showed me the actual tint in the box cause I was skeptical now after dealing with that. When they were done the work looks so much better! It’s sooooo nice!!! And their really nice and down to earth. Definitely recommend!!!

The Homie Ricky is way too good at what he does. He did my entire Hummer for a solid price and did a solid job. You want your windows tinted on your car? Dont go to black out in salinas (read their reviews, theyre a joke) dont go to ANY OTHER PLACE IN SALINAS. Theyre all crooks. They damage peoples cars/trucks or they dont do it right. If youre serious about tinting your vehicles windows, you go see Ricky at Quality. He lifetime guarantees his work. Black out in salinas and every other store doesnt. Especially after a year or two, and the film bubbles up and turns purple. Ricky guarantees his film, so if it does that, and you didnt do anything wrong to cause it, hell fix it for free. Because he stands by his work and his products. Dont go anywhere else. Go the extra mile (actually 7, but see what I did there?) and have it done right, by Quality.
