Made appointment online went to store to see a note on door saying they wont be back for an hour, and call and was told I dont have am appointment,I looked at my email to double check and yes I did have an appointment. I explained but they didnt care. guess business must be good that customer service doesnt matter.

The woman that helped me was very sweet and welcoming. My foot was in desperate need of adjusting so she figured out what type of insoles I needed. The overall experience was very pleasant

I had the pleasure of going to Foot Solutions yesterday for the first of what will be, many times. Pleasure because I have had such difficulty buying shoes in the past that I expected this to be the same very unpleasant experience. I was wrong!!! I worked with Tory Trahan who is one of the most knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive people Ive met. She worked with me and had great patience as we went through my appointment. The variety of styles which would work for me was outstanding - better than I have ever experienced. Yes, there is no question that they are pricey - but having comfortable shoes that dont hurt are definitely worth the price. And, my shoes are actually cute!! I highly recommend this store and Tory specifically if you want the best shoe shopping experience! You will not be sorry you went.

This place is awesome! Footwear is about style, but comfort is far too often ignored. This is not the case at Foot Solutions. Their knowledgeable staff will ensure that you hit both categories. I got the perfect pair of shoes to fit the style category for my wedding and rather than just get some cheap pair at your stereotypical discount store, I got a pair of shoes that I love, that will last, and that will keep my back feeling good all day. The staff take their time to help you get the right style and fit. If they don’t have it in stock, then they’ll get it in store for you to try. I can’t recommend Foot Solutions of East Cobb enough. They stand behind all of their products and they offer the best service. I’ve been buying all of my shoes and sandals there for the last 4 years.

My visit to the store was met with lots of knowledgeable people, They knew what to do and helped get me set up correctly. I love my new sneakers with the custom made inserts. They make me feel more aligned than ever. I feel stronger.

Ive been going to Foot Solutions for years. I have to wear custom made inserts because of my flat feet and Foot Solutions is really the best. And the greatest part is THEY LAST FOR YEARS. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

These shoes have literally saved my feet. I used to dread buying shoes because I could never find comfortable shoes that were also cute. Foot Solutions changed that completely for me, and now I never buy shoes anywhere else. The service is extremely helpful and personal, and I also know that the associates will listen to my needs and help me find the perfect shoe. Mimi usually serves me, and she is awesome and makes the whole experience a pleasure.

Everyone’s familiar with the old saying...when your feet hurt...YOU... hurtWell that in every sense of the word was exactly my situation and thats exactly how I felt when I had a friend suggest I go to foot solutions of east Cobb..when I had told them... just the previous evening that I had actual tears in my eyes and was thinking I might have to quit my job because the pain in my feet, legs and ankles was so severe...Please hear me, if anyone out there is going through a similar circumstances with pain and discomfort in your feet..go see the people at Foot Solutions...they were able to literally give me what is amazing in the form of a shoe!!!!!It was actually a new lease on life!!!!*update as of 11/22/2020..I’ve since purchased a second pair of the Brooks running shoe “the Beast” about 6 months ago and I’ve never been so pleased in comfort and mobility ever!!! As soon as my (Covid affected) budget permits I’m going to definitely buy the latest version!!! For you to know and experience why I’m so convinced, just go into Foot Solutions talk to the salesperson’s and try whatever shoe they might suggest for you on.If I’m wrong you can simply remain unconvinced and possibly and unfortunately in pain, but I sincerely hope not.

This is one of the best places for service regarding finding fitting proper shoes for your feet. I just love the customer service and love all of the shoes. I would and have recommended this place too many of my friends.

What an awesome store! Making your feet feel better is their highest priority. You are never rushed. They want to make sure you are happy when you make the purchase and continue to work with you should you need any further adjustments in your fit.

Ben Adams took the the time to educate me about different shoes and supports. He explained I was wearing the wrong size shoes and this was complicating my foot problems. He showed me my options for dress and athletic shoes. As a certified pedorthist, he was able to find the right shoes and supports to give me the most comfortable shoes I have ever had! Thank you!

Great service in fitting comfortable shoes that are stylish. I have worn them all over cobblestones in Europe and they feel great. Highly recommend.

I have not received my shoes or inserts yet, they should be in next week. I can say the staff was very helpful and great to work with. They did have a lot of shoes in stock but I needed a 14 EEE in a boot so it had to be ordered. Also was measured for custom orthodontics which have to be made. If the boots and orthodontics are as good as the staff I will be extremely happy all the way around

I came in at my wits end from dealing with plantar fasciitis. I decided to have the hi-tech insole custom made for my running shoes. Raina, the manager, warned me that for the first week or so, it would feel weird as I adjusted to the new support. After a week, my feet felt great. I then went back and had half soles made for my dress shoes. I wear dress shoes every day for work and the insoles for my running shoes wont fit dress shoes. Now that I have the half soles in my work shoes and the full insoles in my running shoes, I cant believe the difference it makes... life changing. You can try the cheap route with Dr. Sholls inserts and see if it works (it wont if you have a bad case of plantar fasciitis) then go to Foot Solutions in East Cobb (next to Sprouts, Home Depot) and they will take good care of you.

Knowledgeable and helpful in selecting shoes and inserts that helped me stop using cane and crutches for plantar fasciitis.
