Went in for my COVID booster. Sign up was easy, there was no wait, and the pharmacist made it quick and painless! Couldnt ask for a better experience.

The staff is great. Store clean. They our short hand in some department. But employers work very hard no complaints there. The warehouse is having a hard time keeping things in stock. The biggest problem is less then a mile down the road there opening a new Publix. When call Publix headquarters they kinda give you a dumb answer. But then i asked one of the managers and he gave a answer that made a little more since. ..

Very nice supermarket with plenty of self check out counters. High quality grocery. Pay little higher for the Quality. Pharmacy staff are super friendly and efficient

Great fresh subs in the deli. Learn to love Pub Subs by ordering whatever your heart desires then make it a combo. If your lucky, Noah will make your perfect sandwich, just like he made mine, toasted!

Publix is Publix, hard to fail, except when it happens at the Sub station... unfortunately, the execution of the Falcon sub I have looked fwd to for over a year was poor and hard to overcome, but still tasty, so just close your eyes, and away :x

Typical Publix. Somehow find Publix to be limited in choices as compared to competition. Trader Jo would likely be a better choice. Staff appears disinterested. Items are good quality (hence the 3 star).

I went to this Publix to order a pastrami sandwich for my boss and they messed up my order so badly I was fired from my intern position. I asked SPECIFICALLY for pastrami, looked the employee dead in his eyes and he still had the audacity to put HAM on the sandwich. I don know how he gleaned ham from pastrami, maybe he is mentally ill, or has a low IQ but it resulted in me losing my job. Thank you so much Publix. I had to meet the high demands of my boss and your employee could not even tell the difference between pastrami and ham. I will not be returning to this location, seeing as I have lost my only source of income due to your incompetence. One STAR!

I enjoy shopping at Publix for the most part. The only thing negative I would have to say is that the deli dinning area is quite under kept. The tables were filthy, and there were no napkins. Other than that, it is a nice store.

Great place to go..clean well maintained park with plenty of parking

No one was helpful around the meat seafood area, including the the active store manager. Was more interested in the conversation that he was having with co worker. Completely ignored. The staff around the Deli were wonderfull and very ingage. Normally I have excellent service at Publix all around.

This is the biggest Publix in the Metro Atlanta area and it is by far the best Ive been to. Always clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful

Spacious and clean supermarket. Mask is compulsory for instore purchasing. Store is well maintained. Have some products that I havent seen in other publix supermarkets. They have excellent collection of Wine and bakery products. Customer service is superb. They also have a bakery. This place has enough parking space.

A woman of my age help me in the self checkout lane as I weighed a onion the instruction said put it in a container, the container I used was a bag, so The instruction changed to take it out of the bag. The lady in question saved me from figuring out the finial two items I wanted in that bag!I would be happy to do seasonal work at Publix, as everyone seems to be in a good mood at Publix.

My Wife and I shop for groceries every Wednesday and. EVERY employee gives us their undividedattention, and we are blessed that they are there, especially with what is happening to peopleall around our great country and the rest of the world.I cant fathom why anyone could reactnegatively when Publix has been a consistent enjoyable experience for the both of us.Ive had a couple of experiences where I asked an employee for assistance and moreoften than not, they drop what they are doing and walk me to the aisle where I needed to be,or if they are really busy, they tell me where I can find the product Im looking for.Respectfully,William DeVegter

Good social distancing and mask wearing. The store was well stocked and when I could not find an item on my list, an employee was very helpful and told me where it actually was in the store.

I am very impressed with the fish department at Publix. Tonight we ate amazing Dover Sole and it was only $9.99/lb. Also, the people who work in that department are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. And I just learned that if you give them 72 hours notice, they will order anything that is in season for you. They will also steam things for you.

I purchased egg salad from the deli that was rancid. Unfortunately it took two small bites before I realized it was truly bad. I discarded the remainder of the container and went about my day, eating nothing else. At 3am I became violently ill, landed in the ER and remained ill for 10 days while on antibiotics. I notified the local store and the corporate quality assurance office.After receiving the (enormous) ER bill, I once again contacted the Director of Quality Assurance at the corporate office in writing. In response, a risk management employee called me. She was not only unconcerned about the events, but informed me that I have no proof and could have been poisoned by anything other than their egg salad. They would accept no responsibility and denied there could be any link between the food poisoning and the rancid egg salad I purchased.Anyone who has eaten bad egg salad and become ill, KNOWS what made them ill. My advice to all is to avoid any egg products (I now avoid all products) in the Publix deli section. I was informed that they are all manufactured at the same plant and distributed to the various markets. And if you do happen to eat anything that tastes bad, be certain to keep the container - or better yet return it and inform them immediately.For a company that touts Food Safety and community service, they certainly fell short in this instance. A very disappointing experience. And theyve lost a previously loyal customer.

Everything is great at Publix except the grocery prices. It is employee owned and supporting that is a plus.

The store is always nice and clean! The staffs are all so friendly and helpful. They strive to give great customer service all the time which is so wonderful as a customer 😀. The bakery dept does awesome cake and bread. The deli makes delicious subs.

Sort of backwards, produce on the left, meats on the right? Every time I turned around what I was looking for was right there, like magic. And there were tons of helpful employees. Also like magic. Almost felt twilight zonish, how perfect everything was.

Wonderful customer service, everyone will go out of their way to help you. Slightly higher prices than Kroger but you can actually find someone if you need help. Store layout is logical unlike Kroger that has stuff all over the place. Canned corn can be in three places. Associate finally admitted that they do that so you will go all over the store. They hope you will pick up items that you dont need, why would I do that?

I must say something about the deli department it has come to my attention there ie bullying there I was be waiting on by a older guy and the two young men that work there were bullying him !!! He did not say anything I was anger I ask them what is wrong with the other scales and they said it didn’t work, instead of bullying the older gentleman why couldn’t they have helped him ? What is wrong with you guys were is your heart ❤️ !!!

Absolutely the best customer service of the big 3 markets. Everybody is friendly and helpful and act ina professional manner. And the deli department is like going to a great sandwich shop.Their bread and rolls are the best and they use Boars Head meats. Keep on keeping on Publix

I wanted a cantaloupe. There is an employee name is Fritze who has helped me many times. He wasnt around so the manager paged him. They didnt have to do that. They are always very helpful and pleasent. I like shopping at this store.

I usually love this Publix but unfortunately my last time at the deli was terrible. I ended up leaving after waiting 20 minutes to get served. The woman who took my order had to go cut meat and when I saw her she was weighing pounds of cheese! So rude. Without any apology to the delay.

The customer service at this publix bakery is a zero. I just spoke to Rico and asked him for 6 cream cheese cup cakes for 12pm tomorrow he said no can do. Sad, this is my regular Publix and it will no longer be! Shame on you Rico!! 6 cupcakes!
