Terrific place. Ive never had a bad experience there. It is consistently clean, friendly, and good. The workers are courteous and fast. The donuts are delicious. The rewards program isnt bad at all. If the hot light is on, you gotta check it out. Its not unusual to get an extra donut or some other act of grace from them. Sure, this isnt the place to go if you want healthy options, but you probably know that going in. Very worthwhile stop if youre even remotely in the area.

Kinda disappointed in this location. I was excited for the 2 donuts for vaccinated people, mainly the heart donut, but they didn’t have the heart. I know that’s at participating locations but I asked and was told they did. Next the donuts I did get were very dry. I’m not sure if they were from the previous day but they weren’t fresh.

Melt in your mouth good, especially when the hot and ready sign is on!! My family and I love the donuts. There was a bit of a wait in the drive thru today but Im sure it was because the sign was on! They did work to move the line quickly though. Of course I recommend this place.

They were out of almost everything and the glazed donuts were about 1/4 to 1/3 smaller than they used to be last time I was here a year ago. The staff was friendly though for which Im grateful.

Not exactly thrilled, the donuts are sugar loaded, but even more so with the Shamrock Oreo filled cream ones on Saint Patrick day.The companys promotion for free 🍩 donuts when youre wearing green ☘️💚 on St. Patrick day. Kids were very festive. We walked out with $10 of purchase and zero perks 🤔😕. The staffs quoted that its only applied to this and to that. 💫😵🥴. Oh well.The location is difficulty for traffic in and out. Small parking, but they have drive-through, which helps.

I happen to have went into store BEFORE the hot sign went on and got donuts and was given the hot ones when I didnt ask for them. Not everyone likes their donuts to stick to the box. I prefer room temperature thanks!

The donuts are fine per the usual but I came in 10/02/21 early noon and at the time there wasnt anyone up front but the drive thru person came up front to fulfill an order but he never acknowledged me even if he couldnt help just say hello - anything.. This went on for maybe 4 minutes until I had 2 get someones attention in the back to assist me then a female in guessing the actual front cashier came n assisted me. I told her about the situation and she apologized but the level of rudeness n service I received before hand was totally unacceptable. Also, he couldnt assist me but listened to me tell the cashier what happened. What a joke!

I tried the Maple Glazed donuts today and thery are phenomenal. I pray they keep this as an option year around. They taste so much better that the sugar glazed to me. Great job KK!!

WORTH THE DRIVE. we delt with 3 employees (wish i had gotten all names) SO NICE. Caleb went the extra, as we drove all over the city for Halloween box and couldn’t find one, and he made sure one would be there for us! so thank u Caleb❤️. Everyone was so friendly and funny! we drove about 40 minutes to get there, and i wish this was our Krispy Kreme! We had so much fun in the short time we were there, and we will go back! Thanks u to the employees that made the drive worth it❤️I would give u 10 stars if i could!!!

No donuts all they had was cold doughnuts and they say they will not make fresh until next day we got there at 9:00. Pm and they had the sing on very Disappointing

This locations customer service is always subpar. I sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes without being acknowledged so after the third car lined up behind me I decided to pull to the window to see if they were serving guest. Upon arrival to the window where I made eye contact with an employee who was on the phone they didn’t even bother to assist me or approach the pick up window at all. Typically I do not drive a hour at 10 at night for donuts but when I do I would at least like to be acknowledged or addressed by an employee that I planned on spending money for at an establishment. Very poor customer service and bad for business.

They handle our food coffee cups/lids and money with the same gloves or bare hands. Their donuts are often crunchy too like how does that happen. The donuts often look traumatized by the time they get to us because the kk staff handles them like theyre throwing a frisbee into the box.

Inside dining open, drive thru open...fresh and yummy all the time. Service was quick and friendly inside.

You can have a baby, raise a family, and write a novel in the Krispy Kreme line. Why do they take so long just to get the window and get donuts. My goodness I waited 54 mins in the and got to the window to get cold donuts. Something has to give this is ridiculous.

The employee saw how much I loved the S’mores donut that he gave me one on the house. Memorable experience.

The absolute best service. The machine was down but they made sure I walked away happy. I was able to use my coupon, and they went above and beyond. Thank you! Oh and the creativity on the decorations, loved it.

Great donuts- of course. But this Krispy Cream has been remodeled since my last visit. It was super clean and nice inside.

This place has its off and on days. By that I mean that they have days where the service is above and beyond and other days when the employees are not so happy to be there. Was a big bummer to have received such negative attitude and manner from one particular employee, The next time I visited this establishment I was greeted by such an attentive person. Customer care is where is at with this person they were outstanding. Now about the food Ive only tried their donuts, and they ARE the BEST original glazed donuts ever, especially when you ask for them straight form the belt. Surprisingly Krispy Cream also has some REALLY GOOD coffee. I am super picky when it comes to coffee and they have surprised me. Try the frozen lattes, B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L.

Donuts are always great, but customer service could use a little work. The cashier was physically present, but seemed like he had checked out. The iced coffee I ordered was not prepared correctly and in the end was undrinkable. Additionally, even though he prepared everything in my order, he failed to communicate with me when he left the counter several times while I stood at the register to pay. A more seasoned employee eventually stepped in to assist, and I was able to pay for my donuts.

Went it to get my free rona vaccine donut and got a coffee as well. Parking lot is a bit weird, but not really a big issue. Staff was really friendly and fast. Donut was perfect - I destroyed it! Coffee was ok. It was just coffee, nothing special.

Slow drive through, out of easy flavors. On a positive, the glazed were fresh and hot but all others they did have were not.

Something was wrong at this location today. Order placed days ahead was not ready. Then they were skinny donuts, not well decorated, and not placed appealingly in the box. I was embarrassed to put then out at the office for our Halloween party.

Customer service is pretty good although Im in love with the original Donuts when they are hot I didnt like the chocolate with the filling, it taste like it had too much vanilla I prefer the Boston cream at Dunkin Donuts. But i still gotta love krispy kreme

The hot sign is blinking, so what did I do? I swerved over two lanes to get a doughnut, okay maybe two. The parking was small, but the smiles were great. I looked at my watch, for work-I was late. I tried a regular glaze and strawberry as well, I dipped them in coffee oh how my heart swelled. I will go back once more when the hot sign is on, oh boy isnt Krispy Kreme so much fun?!

Great donut shop. I love that it is a vintage exterior with lots of character. The inside features the beloved Krispy Kreme production line where you can see the donuts being made.Definitely come in for a hot donut when you see the sign in the window lit up.

I have come to this location 2 times in 10 days and employee here is saying that the system is down that they are closed temporary. Seems like someone is avoiding working and sending the customers away. I drive buy here all the time and the systems doesn’t seem to be down.

I drove out of my way to get Krispy Kreme creme filled donuts. They took my order, I repeated specifically 2 raspberry 2 cream filled and two glazed only to find out I should have just gone to the Marietta Diner Across the street for my sweet fix. I am soooo disappointed they gave me the wrong order. I tried to call 3 times and no one answered the phone.

Order two fresh hot Krispy Kreme donuts. They were perfect. They were placed in a bag and they kind of got a little mushed. Im used to ordering a dozen at a time at a box where they stay protected. Went there this morning as soon as they were open. Looks like they got a late start since there were limited options. No glaze, no choclate glaze, took pictures of what they had. Just premium doughnuts available. Look like ones left over from the day before. They had the door locked at 6:00am even though the sign said open at 6:00am. I guess thats what time they start making doughnuts, I must have missed the memo. A little disappointed.

Just left this location and I’m extremely disappointed. I called about 15 minutes before arriving to make sure they were open 24 hours. When I arrived, I was told they would not be opening back until 2am due to short staffing. Of course they can’t control that but it would have been more acceptable if they would have said they were closed over the phone before I arrived.

Place is awesome..loaded with mouthwatering donuts... Steeping inside the store ...One can enjoy watching the donut making and how it can be come to the plate ..I do rather enjoy going inside and ordering by seeing lot of options surrounded by sweety sweety donuts...

I am from NYC where the only donuts Ive ever had were dunkin. Ha! Keep it. Krispy kreme donuts are moist and soft inside, they dont taste like old oil. Just perfect. Ill never go back to Dunkin.

Make sure you have plenty of gas to wait in line and ask for fresh doughnuts or unless you have good teeth.
