I went there yesterday and worst customer service. They didnt even allow me to enter the building to see what options they had or to even try on anything. They only offered us to see the catalogs. I felt like they judge you when you enter the door because another family showed up when I was there and took them directly to the back where they probably have some dresses to try on. they took them to look

Super rude staff, I wasn’t even allowed to go in the store to view the dresses, a lady came to the door and asked me “what do you want” . Looks like they don’t want your business. Very unprofessional do not recommend !! I asked to see a catalog and she rolled her eyes and said they didn’t have one.

Rude staff only lets you try on two dresses makes it really hard to pick and when i order all of my stuff came super late didnt have my boquete

It’s a nice shop, staff was somewhat friendly. We were not allowed to take pictures with the dress, though that wasn’t surprising, most shops don’t. My one negative feedback is that they only allowed my goddaughter to try on three dresses. Makes it a bit difficult to pick a dress when you’re only allowed to try on three.

Pésimo servicio! Si van a comprar aquí piénsenlo porque no tienen estilo para atender. No te dejan probarte más de dos vestidos y todo a la carrera. Si tienen bonitos vestidos pero no saben atender, ni tampoco son amables. Jamás volvería aquí prefiero ir a un lugar donde si sean amables.

The service is bad, they do not have a good deal for people, they do not realize that you are going to spend your money in their store, it seems that you are going to ask them for a gift or on loan. They dont even have the delicacy to show you what they have, they just tell you, see the catalog there and well order it (I can do that myself online).
