Resolved my repairs - first time. Each step was explained and cost given before performing repairs. Pleasant shop and phone manners. I would recommend.

One of my tires had a slow leak but I needed to run across town before I could come back to hopefully get it patched. Nick was fantastic. He filled the low tire to allow me to run my errand and while it took me a minute to get back from across town, he was still willing at 4:00 to take me and the guys confirmed that it was just a plug I needed and a roofing nail was the culprit. So helpful. Made my Monday to have such excellent service.

Ive consistently had great service here. Every time Ive had to make a phone call the person on the other line is helpful and easy to work with. Staff are very communicative. Ill be sad when I move and this isnt the closest place to go to anymore! Ive been to another Goodyear in the area when I had no other option (two flat tires) and it was an awful experience.

Incompetent customer service. I brought my car in for an oil change and check my brakes. When I left the heard a squeaking noise. 3 days later, I bring my car back in and they say I need front and back brakes. When I asked Nick why didn’t they check them when I asked, his response was “they peaked at them and saw nothing was wrong.” I’m taking my business somewhere else. I do not recommend this Goodyear at all!

Tires sounded low so dropped car off before they were open and they got to it asap. No flat tire, just low but really prompt service.

Ive been coming here for years; the mechanics stand by their work. I recently needed a new set of tires for my 08 4runner and they gave me a very good price, and even included a free alignment. I take my cars here for everything, including oil changes and emissions. The sales manager doesnt try to upsell you, but is very honest and straightforward in his recommendations. We are a life-long customer to this establishment.

Dusty is our go-to guy for all our cars! They are honest and dependable. Its so comforting to have someone that even my kids know they can take the car to if needed!

I was charged many different Junk Fees on my final sales bill. I also was sold items I did not ask for nor did I need, such as new valve stems etc. Also I waited an hour with only ONE other customer having their car worked on. I was only getting Two Tires I ordered installed. Also it said on the receipt they checked my Breaks and lower end etc.But I was not told ANYTHING about the inspection of the brakes or the vehicle inspection it said was done.I definitely WONT Be Back Here Again. I wouldnt ever suggest this place to anyone either.

Shady practices and incompetent mechanics had me funding the lease for this place with nothing to show. My car got worse after each visit. They screwed me over and they know it. Greed and the love of money is the root of evil.
