Metro Wheels is legit. I was given references to them via a couple local car clubs Im in from other folks who used them and had great experiences. I picked up a set of 20 year old period correct German made RH AG Cup wheels for my Porsche 996, and they needed not just repair, but full restoration. I worked with Omar, who was excellent at communicating the process and setting time expectations. These wheels were rough when I dropped them off, but the end result of the resto work Metro Wheels did is amazing. Theyve been on my 911 for two weeks now and are perfect. Great fitment, completely true/round and look just stunning. Ill definitely be coming back to Metro Wheels for any additional wheel work I might need in the future, and you should too.

Before and after photos of my repair. Got these wheels for a good buy and they were able to repair them quickly. I honestly can not tell where the repair was made. The transition is imperceivable. They matched the color and shape perfect.

Claire was amazing at the front desk. Its only been a couple days but my 24inch chrome rims that I had repaired ride like new. One had two cracks. The other bent. No wobble or bounce in the ride. Paid extra to expedite service and got my truck back the same day. They will handle all my rim issues moving forward!

Just upgraded my ‘17 Yaris from the stock 15” steelies to some 17” alloys and new Kumho all-seasons and could not be happier with the final result. I was totally shocked. I arrived in the afternoon and they checked out my truck and identified the problem and fixed it. That has become unusual to say.

I have been to Metro Wheels twice. The first was to get them to look at some wheels I was contemplating putting on my Infiniti. They quickly came up with reasons not to put on my car and priced me a new set for $2200. I politely left.The more recent visit was to get 2 rims repaired on my mustang. I was quoted $199 per wheel for wheel repair which is high. Then they called to tell me all 4 were bent and irreparable but they would price me a new set...$1700 rims only... wow....I politely left and went to my guys in Duluth for repair for $125 per wheel. Only two needed repairs and Im riding like a champ.Oh yeah, they told me they dont do high speed balance on my wheel size (22) either but they sale and repair all wheel sizes.This vendor only wants to make money off of their clients. I will not be going back.

Had an interesting experience with this shop. Went in to get a 4-wheel alignment. Was called and advised they could not do the alignment due to play in the front suspension. Came to the shop and my car was already back in the parking lot. Was advised I needed NEW upper control arms. The control arms would be $450 from them not including install. I can get a brand new pair upper control arms for $150 max. Not sure where they got that price from. I decided to order my own and go to a different shop. Not only did they NOT find any play in the suspension, they even showed me the control arms fine. So now I need to return the arms. Car is now riding fine with a new alignment from the other shop. They only needed to do an adjustment on tie rod. I would have been out almost $800 if I went forward with their recommendation.....Not sure what happened that day..they should have showed me exactly the problem they saw instead of putting car back together and just telling me..be advised

Metro Wheels repaired a wheel on my new car that was scraped when I hit a curb to avoid an accident. I took the car the Metro Wheels the next day, simply because it was near my home. It was a great decision! Valerie helped me. She presented all the alternatives for repair and talked about the results and the costs. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I chose to go with the least expensive option, which was a touch-up. She explained the process and the possible results. They did a great job! You have to get down and look for where the wheel was damaged to even see the repair. The repair was cost efficient, and I was never pressed to spend more money than I needed to. I am extremely satisfied! Dont hesitate to use them!

A friendly place to sell you something you might either not really need at all or urgently need. I needed a wheel as I had run over a curb. They didn’t treat me any differently than the guys in there for thousand dollar car modifications. I really appreciated that. They even ran a price comparison from the junkyard down the street, seeing if I could save any money.I appreciated that, and I will recommend them to other folks. Metro Wheels is my go to place. I have been going to them for almost 10 years. Today I worked with Tommy and a couple other folks..always friendly and accommodating. You can schedule an appointment if you need to. I have several vehicles that I take to them, including a dedicated race car. Sometimes I buy tires from them, sometimes I buy tires from Tire Rack that Metro Wheels mounts & balances. They are honest, & professional. The techs are experienced, they can handle low profile tires, they take excellent care with the nice rims as well as the less than nice racing rims. Their pricing is the best around. I have never had a issue with them. I once picked up a nail on one of the race car tires on a Thursday, with a race on Saturday, they found a replacement R compound tire by Friday, and told me they would stay open until it was done if it arrived late...that is called customer service!

Very poor service. It took 4 hrs to change out TMPS Sensors. Would not recommend. Stay clear!! Inexperienced techs..etc.

I had one rim that was scratched with lots of cosmetic damage, not sure what to do and how much it would cost, I called around and was referred to Metro Wheels. Got to Metro Wheels spoke with Tommy. He gave me several options which made me feel he was not trying to get over on me. He was honest and upfront about what they could do for me. I decided to let them repair the cosmetic damage. When I went to pick my rim up 5 days later it looked brand spanking NEW! Now, I want to get the other three done just because. I would recommend Metro Wheels.
