They always look out for me regarding pricing, providing great service, and their availability of loaner cars; unlike other dealerships (Chevy) that nickel and dime you on everything. Arriving close to opening hours ensures that general maintenance and oil changes are done in an hour or 2. Staff is generally friendly. Always feels like theres a low pressure upsell by someone or offers for unnecessary services. Prices for parts and labor are higher than average, but one is paying for the convenience and Toyota name and quality.

We made an appointment to pick up a rental vehicle. When we got there, the girl at the desk said they didnt have any rentals left and our appointment had canceled itself online somehow. We asked why nobody called to let us know and she said she was too busy. Overall worse experience weve had with a service center. Took our business down the street to Cobb Toyota and was treated way better.

I stopped by The Marietta Toyota service center when my Negative terminal snapped due to corrosion. I’ve always changed my terminals in the past because this is a VERY easy thing to do even for someone who has little knowledge of cars. The gentleman who helped me was Harry and he was very nice and prompt with getting me a quote. My problem is with service centers in general, because they are a giant scam and they don’t care about people. They gave me a quote of $136.92 for a TERMINAL REPLACEMENT! Needless to say I drove over to autozone, bought the $5 terminal and they put it on for free.

I made an appointment to get my car serviced. First I had to wait 2 hours just for them to make my car worse! I had to go back the next day because my gasket was leaking as a result of the “service” the day before. I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes .Then they said that I had to rent another car and come back for mine the next day! Nobody would call me to pick up my car if I didn’t call because, the guy who said they would call went on vacation. At the dealership it’s like the people wear masks 2 sides too small. They don’t really take precautions for Covid. I would have given them 2 stars for giving me a nice car but that is like complimenting tires on a car with no engine. I will never go there again.

Came in due to issues with my car that I was concerned about. My appointment wasnt until Thursday however Mr.Greg saw me within 5mins and my car was sent to the back. He gave me a peace of mind and reassurance my car was in great condition. Recommend this location to anyone. Mr.Greg was very pleasant and thorough. The staff was also helpful.

Wife took her car in for routine oil change and to get the antenna changed as well as tire rotation. They not only left the oil drain plug completely lose to where it was leaking oil and had almost vibrated out but also left lug nuts off of her car. Also last oil change and rotation they left off the hub caps and had black grease smudges all over the doors as well as losing the bolts for the front skid plate and instead of putting new ones in they decided to put zip ties to hold it on. 10 out of 10 wouldnt recommend.

They didn’t refill my washer fluid until I pointed out that the dashboard indicator was on when I was leaving. I also don’t appreciate the grease all over my windshield or drivers seat. The wait was far too long as usual, even with an appointment that I was early for. I am, however, leaving 5 stars for my service advisor, Brian Payne. He was the only pleasant part about my experience and the only reason I’d return. Very friendly and professional. Kudos to him. Others should take note of his service excellence.

Ive had several problems over the past four years of using their service1) I found lose lug nuts while pulling out of the lot2) Ive had 2 missing valve stem caps after a service.3) After my service my interior smelled like grease. I had grease on my key fob, steering wheel, door handle, and my seat was wet where it had apparently been cleaned.

My experience at Marietta Toyota today was definitely less than stellar. My frustration stems from being told that my car was ready for pickup only to show up and it wasnt. I went in to get a new keyless fob for my car. To add insult to injury, I also had to wait almost an hour and a half for the service representative, Harry, to inform me that they werent able to correctly program my keyless fob due to potential wiring issues with my vehicle. I almost felt like he was trying to imply that I somehow messed with the wiring and thats why the fob wouldnt work. Also, I felt like the representatives inside the store, such as Jackie, was very indifferent to the fact that I was waiting so long for a service that shouldve already been done. Another thing to mention is that when they finally decided to take the charge off for the keyless fob, I was handed my key and I had to search for my car in the parking lot. They didnt even have the decency to pull the car to the front for me. Overall, I had a really bad experience at this location and I definitely wont be returning. Also, Ill make sure to inform others of my experience so that they wont have to go through the same thing.

My first and only experience I plan to have here to service my truck. My truck with service just last week for a very minor oil change. Upon receiving my vehicle five hours later with no one give me a call to let me know my vehicle was done… I found oil all along my passenger door. I found damage to my steering wheel. My lever to open my hood no longer works. And there is a new rattle coming from my AC unit when I turn it on.When attempting to address these concerns with the so-called service department no one gets back to you. Honestly this is quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. They have too many vehicles trying to be service at one time and no technician is going to get it right. And unfortunately for me they got it all wrong. Personally I would not bring my car to be serviced there.

I came in to have my sunglass holder replaced and to have my tire pressure sensors replaced. Something that shouldnt take very long, but after seeing the price of the tire pressure replacement I declined the offer. I was there for four hours just to be told that the sunglass holder had to be special ordered. I can understand that, but it took that long to figure that out? I saw my car get pulled out of the back and parked, no one came to get me once it has been brought out. I waited around 30 minutes before someone came to get me. And when I went back to my car I found the floor mat that they set down had been left in the floor boards. Something I expected to be taken out.

BE CAREFUL! I took my car for it’s regular maintenance and one of their service technicians ransacked my car and stole $. I spoke to management and they supposedly interviewed the technicians, but who would admit to stealing! This was the location I always took my car for service and they did not value that.

I usually have a very good experience here. I scheduled my appointment last Thursday for today for pickup. I called at my appointment time because I still didnt hear anything. The woman I spoke to said they only do 5 pick ups a day, which leaves me to ask why I wasnt called to be told that? Called back again to try to schedule a pick up for another day and the woman said they dont do it over 10 miles....yet still no call when I scheduled that. Audi has no issue getting my moms car. Super unimpressed with Marietta Toyota right now.

I was not happy to have had to leave my car overnight for a repair that I was told would take 3-4 hrs. I dropped my car off at 830 AM and was called at 5 to be told the wrong part had been ordered. It took 9hrs to figure that out? 830 Wednesday morning to 1100 Thursday morning just to replace an airbag?? The people are nice, but that was ridiculous.

Oh my gosh the sweet young lady at the cashier desk was trying her hardest to be nice to the old Bat that shoved in front of me because somebody lost her keys. She probably sat on them or sunk them to the bottom of her own purse or something... anyhow your staff was being as professional as humanly possible given the rudeness of some of their customers. The wait was long for everybody and tensions were high but they were doing the very best that they had been trying to do!

This place used to be the best service center. It was fast and the people were courteous. Now its turning into all the other service centers. They overbook, the appointments mean absolutely nothing, and the people working here are in denial about it.Why do you even have an appointment system? I show up 5 minutes early, wait around 15m for someone to see me, and then take 2h to do a routine oil change while people who had no appointment leave before me for the same service.Just have a giant sign that says first come, first serve and remove the appointment system. You should value your customers and not parade behind false advertisements and throw customers time under the bus for you to make a dime.In fact, Ill just find another place to go. I doubt they will be sorry to see me go since theyre so overbooked.

Dont take your vehicle here. It is a glorified quickie lube. I needed an oil change and tire rotation, and they sent me a list of over $700 in repairs that were immediately necessary, including brand new tires for a 2-year-old 4Runner with only 40,000 mi on it that I purchased from them.

At 15000 mile service they left off one of my lug nuts.Today at 20000 mile service they did not reset my maintenance reminder. Both are very obvious.What else are they not doing. At this point I have no trust that my service is being done correctly or at all.Also checked the cabin air filter listed on service report as done. It’s dirty and has leaves on it.

I wish we could go elsewhere but this is the closest Toyota Service Center to us. It is really annoying that it takes more than two hours to do an oil change and balance the tires. Toyota we have things to do other than sitting in the waiting room area playing with our cellphones. Employ extra staff! We arrived on time for the appointment and two hours later still waiting for the husbands car to be serviced. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service ...

Friendly/helpful staff..Service books up fast so call ASAP if you want to take your car in. Waiting area is fairly comfortable with limited semi-private rooms to do work etc. while waiting alongside an instant coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine. Often see box of donuts in AM. There is also a drink/snack machine with cash and card option. They send a service overview PDF to your email (mine arrived before I departed).

I have been coming here for years, I even bought my car across the street, and I feel like today might have been the last time I come here. I’ll be going to the Kennesaw location from now on, and will be buying my new car there.The place has been getting slower and more sketchy every time I come. It took over an hour for my 9 am appointment for simple tire rotation. The time before this appointment, I hadn’t even gotten out of my car and they were saying it looked like it might be time to get new tires. I had just gotten new tires, so I think not. I said no thanks, just change my breaks. Most expensive break change I’ve ever had, but it was done right so okay.The past few times I’ve witnessed how the male techs talk to female customers that are alone, and it’s a really uneasy feeling, like cringe worthy. Today was no different in that experience.Now with the Covid-19 part of this. Half the customers and employees were not wearing masks and there were no products of sanitation around. There were people coughing in the wait area and it was incredibly uncomfortable. The chairs were spaced out though, so that was good, but nothing to wipe it down with.The last part was how unprofessional this place has gotten. A heard a tech yelling from the car drop off area as he was putting on gloves, and popping them, that they were now offering “Prostate exams for $49 with any service”. Clearly was meant as a joke, but it isn’t a joke nor is the place and it made me really uneasy. I heard two more techs say “shit” when joking around, and loudly since I was sitting by the TV and again were in the car drop off area.

When I made my appointment. I was told my service would be covered by Toyo Care because my coverage had been extended due to the corona virus. Upon my Arrival my service advisor tells me it is not going to be covered and my oil change and tire rotation will cost me way over 100$.. I told him I would leave and not have the service done there. He told me he would go double check. Rather than checking with a service manager he returns after asking another advisor who has told him no. I then leave only to have my service done under my toyo care service at another dealership. The advisor had been wrong and never checked with a manager. Poor customer service!

We dropped my white corolla for service at 9 am, Saturday. It was for 15K maintenance and recall. I was told that somebody will give me a call when the car is ready. The Asst called us 3:37 pm telling me that the car was ready for pick up . I asked what time the service center closes. She said at 4 pm. I said what?! in 20 minutes???!!!! I did not argue with her because we needed the car. It is the Holiday weekend, we have things to do and places to go. I told her, we are on our way. NOW, coming from home took us 30 minutes. Of course! when we get there, the service center was closed. We were beyond frustrated! This is unacceptable! I told the asst that we were on our way! Now I am without a car for 2 days and will probably miss work just to get the car. And your service motto is Toyota Cares. No you do not.

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I came in for a recall and got my car back with dirt on the floor, trash all over my seats, and my led lights uninstalled and out of place. My led lights were sticking out of my car gearbox! Extremely unsafe and a representation of their carelessness. I will never come here again!

Im very disappointed with the toyota dealers. Ive always come to the toyota dealers to get my oil change. Last time they told me the transmission oil was leaking. Took my car to my mechanic and it wasnt. They just told me I needed to replace my battery because it was about to die in any minute now. Came to the auto parts to get the battery checked. The battery is in good condition. I just bought it about one year ago. In the last 4 times that I have been to the Toyota dealers, they havent filled all my fluids. Very disappointed with toyota dealers.
