Greg and staff are the best. They clearly explain what your car needs and why. They don’t pressure you to do any work but will tell you what is critical. Chris keeps me posted on what is happening with my vehicle while it’s there and they will bend over backwards to get my vehicle back as quickly as possible. I have no need to take my vehicle anywhere else because I know they have my best interests in mind when they work on my vehicle. If you want to work with honest people who take care of you and your vehicle then Epic is the place you want to go.

Super experiences with Chris, Greg, and the EPIC team. Recalls are only done by dealerships and I had to take mine into a dealership where they additionally found unrelated issues with my diesel X3 to the tune of $4k. Took it to EPIC instead, they gave it proper diagnostics, gave it some love, and Im out the door for the cost of a weekly trip to Publix.

The best car repair experience I’ve ever had!!! Friendly service! Clean building! I brought my car in because I was having misfires. They diagnosed and found the problem quickly.Most importantly the entire staff was positive and thorough in the assessment in what it would take to get my Audi A6 fixed. My car runs incredible!!! These guys were great. My first experience using them to fix my Audi Q5. I would never take any of my cars to the dealership. They were very responsive and communicated very well with what was going on with the car. It was a big job, but they had it all done in just a couple of days. Nice to get the car back so quickly. I’ve been driving the car for a few weeks and it’s like new again. Highly recommend them. They also left my car cleaner then how I left it!

These guys are great. I called up there and explained what was going on with my BMW 528I and that need to get it towed to their shop. As soon as my car arrived late that evening I got a call that they got the car and will be doing a diagnosis on it shortly. Found out it was my starter and they gave me the rundown on the cost and labor and when it could be fixed by. I was able to get my vehicle fixed and returned the next day. The price was less than what was quoted because they did not need all the parts that was ordered

While I did not like to hear that I needed a new transmission, Greg made it as painless and it could have been. I dont have an imported car, but Greg and his wife still take care of me! I go here for my routine oil change, and Greg is great about providing details on preventative care. When I went to Toyota in the past, they take forever and dont give any details. I will continue to go to Epic! The wait, and $, is well worth the quality of service.

I am not one to write many reviews but I felt it was imperative to let others know of the care and knowledge of the staff and the high quality of service at Epic Automotive. There is never a good time to have car trouble, but Greg was accommodating, compassionate and kept me informed while parts were being ordered and repairs were behind made. Based on the make, model, and mechanical problem, the parts took a few weeks to come in, and the shop kept my vehicle while waiting on the required part components. My car has been completely repaired and I am a highly satisfied customer. I can guarantee I will return to them for future services.

Over the years, Ive brought my Audi to several mechanics and Audi Specialists. but never been satisfied. Epic was recommended to me by a friend who owned a BMW, so the next time I needed service I tried Epic. When you go to Epic, you speak with an owner who also happens to be a Master Mechanic. Greg takes the time to listen and takes his time diagnosing issues. He methodically explains what needs to be done and if available, offers used and refurbished options for parts, which can save a ton of cash. I would never take my Audi to anyone else!

Recently had a transmission service performed on my r56 and had car looked over as a previous European shop in the area replaced the engine (when it was unwarranted). Found out all the old motor needed was an oil filter stand housing gasket. Thus my journey to find a new shop I could trust...I also own an e46 and e85. The owner and shop foreman is a BMW master tech and quite knowledgeable. Make sure you ask for qualifications before any of your vehicles are serviced. Will return

Ive been driving BMWs for more than two decades now and went to many different dealers and Mechanic shops for service and repairs. But the service at Epic Automotive is on another level. Greg has been a trusted mechanic for many years and he has continued to do an amazing job working on my cars with great service at his business near the Marietta Square. They have worked on my Lexus and Mercedes as well as other cars in the past. I know when he recommends work that needs to be done that he has explored the best way to help me and that I am getting value for my money.

I wholeheartedly recommend Greg. I started using him with my diesel because the dealer could not fix its glow plugs habitual failure (unfortunately after years of taking it back every six months). To this end, the dealer would just replace the glow plugs, while Greg analyzed and fixed the problem so they no longer fail. I now use him with repair and maintenance on my other car. You will find Greg is an old school mechanic in the truest sense - fair prices, detailed explanations and old fashioned service.

Brought my mini in and got a diagnostic report next day. They got it fixed up nicely and they even cleaned it(Iv been putting it off for a while)! Ill be going to them for any major car service or repair.

I am really really disappointed with the owner Greg, he kept our car (BMW) for over 2 months and had done nothing but a diagnostic on it. We put in the shop because it wouldnt pass emissions and a oil leak. Within a couple of days he asked us to put tires on it (why??) and the last we heard from him. I called a couple of times to speak with him to be told that he would return my call of which he didnt. I finally spoke with him on third call to be told the battery was dead therefore he was not able to do anything. Grant we never had a battery problem before we took it to him but I guess after sitting for a couple of months it would be dead. Unfortunately this leaves me with doubt of his expertise and customer service.

They excessively priced parts $100 + higher then the dealership on parts. On professional and no customer service skills. Make sure you look at your invoice and that the parts are what they say they are. The wife definitely has no customer service and very rude. I wouldnt recommended them to anyone and am now proceeding in a lawsuit against them
