My oil change and inspection was a very nice experience. I was amazed at how busy they were. The employees were all handling there customers with excellent efficiency. They told me approximately 2 hours and they were right. I enjoyed seeing the friendliness and professionalism they exhibited and was very happy with my experience. Thank you!

Im still currently dealing with them so Ill keep you posted. So far this is the worst audi dealership Ive ever been too. Its been 3 days and the only update Ive received about my vehicle is the appraisal value of it. No replacement vehicle was given and when I call, they just rushed me off the phone because my service person was busy. I asked to wait and the woman on the phone told me to have a good day and hung up.Update. They finally got back to me. The gentleman was polite and gave me an additional repair on the house for my troubles.

I took my car in because my airbags had been recalled. Once we got there, our service person took forever getting everything ready (though we had an appointment), then he sent my car off to be repaired. We left for the house because the estimated time was a few hours. We got a call later that afternoon and he started listing off a lot of new problems with my car, including several I had never previously had any trouble with. For example, he stated that my oil pan was leaking badly and needed to be replaced. I have never once seen my oil leak; it sat in my yard for around 2 months and there wasnt a drop. They wanted to charge ~$1200 to change my motor mounts (yet another unnecessary issue 🙄) and we said no, we would handle it ourselves (you can do it for like $200 if you go to the auto store). They went ahead and did it anyway (without approval), then called again to confirm that new charge. When we argued back and told him that we had not authorized it, he went back and listened to the recorded audio, realized his mistake, then proceeded to have the technicians remove the new motor mounts and put my old ones back in out of pettiness. Previously, my car had run smoothly without problem; now its shaking and nowhere near as smooth. I will never go back again.
