I brought my 2011 Toyota Corolla in 2 and 1/2 years ago after a collision.The repairs were fine but I recently had a problem with an area where the paint chipped off. I brought it in to show them the problem, and without hesitation they asked me to leave the car so they could make it right.Not only did they repaint the chipping fender, but when I picked the Toyota up, the entire car looked brand new! They went over and above in detailing my entire car. Its so good to know there are still some businesses out there that have integrity and take pride in their work.

I have been coming to Maaco for over 2 years now I am independent used car dealer and the staff here is great, friendly and the quality of work here is exceptional, what ever paint budget you have the can accommodate your needs.

DO NOT USE! Heed this warning. MAACO is a reputable shop however this location operates with horrible unprofessional service. The front desk staff is aloof and are unreliable with giving you information on the status of your vehicle. Their attention to detail is asinine. My frustration is derived from paying $1,800 for a full body paint and body repair and receiving my vehicle with large visible sanded down sections. The inside trim was completely overlooked and left scratched, door handles werent coated and they used the inside of my trunk as a personal storage, as I noticed heavy dirt debris. Your car probably looks better now than how they will return it to you. Please do your research and trust the reviews.

I have new fender flares painted at this place and they did a fantastic job. The color match OEM factory ones absolutely. Great communication and amazing service. I recommend this auto painting place for anyone are in Cobb and Marietta area.

It took these people 2 weeks to fix one scratch!! Communication was TERRIBLE. I had to call them periodically to see when my car would be ready. Then I received my car dirty. Black smudges all over my leather seats. I absolutely regret choosing them to do business with. I have worked with two other body shops before and didn’t have these problems at all. Choose a business that values your time and is more organized, this Maaco definitely missed the mark.

I brought my 2009 Pontiac G8 in for a repaint. I chose the paint plus clearcoat. They did an excellent job bringing new life to my car! It was definitely worth the price! I even recommended them to my brother who also had his vehicle repainted! Great job!!

Came for tar removal in my vehicle and had to get my whole suv repainted and trim replaced. They did an amazing job. They staff was professional and extremely nice. They even cleaned the inside of my vehicle. Will be going back for them to repaint my husbands car. Rhonda knows what she is doing. The office staff are a hoot. No one looked at me crazy when I referred to my car as black beauty my baby.

We had looked at a few other Maaco locations within a 2 hour radius of the Marietta store but were not happy with the quality of work at any of the locations. Marietta wasn’t a convenient distance but we decided to go talk to them anyways.A front desk attendant took us out into their storage parking lots and showed us current works-in-progress vehicles and finished vehicles. He even showed us his personal car to show us the Maaco paint job on it. I decided on a middle-of-the-line paint job with some stripping and sanding. The car was dinged up, the paint was peeling everywhere, and I honestly hadn’t taken good care of the outside of the car in the 13 years that I’ve owned it. I was clear that I wasn’t expecting it to look new, I just wanted to be able to drive a half-way decent looking car for 3-4 more years while saving for a new car.I knew when I dropped it off that it was going to be a long wait, they are very up front about that fact. I dropped off on May 10th and it was ready to pick up on June 1st. They texted me updates and pictures when the car was sanded and moved into a different stage. When it was ready to pick up, we were absolutely floored by the results. It actually does look like a brand new car! They straightened out dents that we never discussed them doing, and there’s honestly not one area on that car that I can look at and say, ‘well that doesn’t look like a factory paint job.’ No over-spray, no rough spots, no old texture bumping up the new paint anywhere. I’ll likely be driving this until the engine goes out, it looks that good now.And when they were cleaning the inside, they found over $200 in the car that I had accidentally left in there and they called me to let me know and kept it in a safe for me. How many businesses would have just pocketed that money and never told me? I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Maaco location. Everyone we dealt with was top of their game and I so appreciate their hard work.

The service I got from this place was unreal. I was so pleased with how on time my bumper was finished and how caring everyone was. Brittany was very helpful in choosing a service for me and the paint work on my part looks fantastic. I was very skeptical to get it done somewhere other than the dealership because it was a high end car and had a special color, but it matched the color of my car almost perfectly. I came to Maaco in 2021 and met with the MOST Awesome Person “Brittany Graham” and explained to her my needs for painting My Daughter’s 2002 Ford Explorer from College and told Brittany I was here in 2019 ended back here when COVID-19 Pandemic struck our country, will that being said.....Brittany was soooooooooo helpful, supportive and caring for my daughter’s vehicle by explaining in full details what will be needed, options of choices based on my budget and with looking up parts and I was so grateful to have had someone that knew exactly what I was needing being a young lady as my daughter’s same age!! Worst experience ever, ive been a loyal customer to this location and was treated so badly by manager rhonda. Having my second vehicle painted by this location was a nightmare. So my truck ended up being finished 3 weeks after the date i was told..so yes, i went 3 weeks without a vehicle. Maaco gave me an updated painted job for the inconvenience. The paint job actually came out really nice and i wasnt even upset anymore. A few weeks later i started to notice that water was leaking in my truck everytime it rained. So i brought my truck back to the shop and manager rhonda gave me a sob story about how theres an 80 percent chance the moldings will get damaged during a paintjob and theres nothing she could do. She also said that i would have to pay for them to fix it even though her painters were responsible!! I couldnt believe what i was hearing. I then asked her could i speak with owner steve and she replied Steves really tight with money hes definitely not going for that. So i asked could i have his number and she refused to give it to me. All i wanted was a paint job now i get reminded of how bad of a decision i made everytime it rains...like today...Do not bring your car here..you have been warned. The only way this review is coming down is if they seal the leaks...my carpet is destroyed from rain water..thats all im asking is for the leaks to be sealed. Ill replace my carpet...Pics are below

I hadnt had a cost of a new out-of-pocket paint job for a long time and though Maaco was a lot more priceier than I thought they ought to be they were over the top friendly and had good follow-through. I definitely would consider to use them when the time comes.

I enjoyed the entire experience from the initial call with Steve, to working with Rhonda to finish the deal. They were extremely professional and the quality of work was phenomenal. I highly recommend them for any paint job you maybe looking for!

Definitely bummed. I really wanted to like Maaco at the beginning. My wife and I had two cars that were both hit in the same week. We called Maaco to see if we could get our cars in for estimates. They were very pleasant to talk to on the phone, got us in right away and gave us fair estimates. We were super happy with how pleasant the process was.I ended up selling one of the cars, but brought the other car in for repair several weeks later. I dropped the car off on a Thursday morning and was happy to hear them tell me that it could be done by the next day or Monday at the latest. This is where I think things could have gone much better for Maaco.My wife and I did not hear anything from Maaco the next day and finally had to call ourselves on Monday afternoon to see if our car was completed. They did not notify us that it wouldnt be ready until Tuesday. Not a huge deal, but could have done better at communicating with us. I went to pick the car up today (Tuesday) and it took an abnormally long time for them to pull it around. When they finally did, I noticed the guy who got out of my car had a battery jumper box. I put two and two together that they must have drained my battery because I thought it was a little odd that he just left the car running in the parking lot and ran into the store without even really looking at the work they just did.After I paid and got back into my car, I noticed that the clock was flashing and one of the passenger reading lights was on, which let me know they had definitely drained my battery and thats why it took so long to get my car. I drove the car to the store, got some things and, when I came back to start the car, it wouldnt turn over.I really wish Maaco would have been more transparent about draining my battery. Instead, I felt like they were trying to hide their mistake. My fault for not confronting them when I figured something was off. Hoping my battery will get itself back to normal, but Ive had to jump it twice already since picking my car up.Two stars because the work was at least adequate. But, Ive had much better experiences overall with other body shops and will not be returning here.

Tisa was amazing. I got in a little fender bender and she helped me select the best options for me and my budget. She was off one day I needed to speak with her, but Britney stepped in and was just as helpful. Great service and great work! My 18 year old car looks like new!

The paint job of my car was excellent for a good price. I am very pleased with the paint job, and the front desk was very professional and friendly. The only complaint I can make is that it took longer than quoted to finish the job, but when I saw how nice my car looked it was easier to overlook that it took 2 days longer than expected.

I recently had my 1978 Datsun truck painted here. The job they did surpassed my expectations. A gentleman named Jeff did the body repairs and Ronda painted it. The job they did is nearly show quality. This is the second vehicle Ive had painted with them and theyve definitely got my business for life.

People here have always taken care of my every need! I have the Lexus is250 and they changed my headlight assembly and fixed my fog light for insanely far prices. My mother who is in her 70s has a 2002 Honda Accord. She is comfortable with the car and does not want to purchase and learn a new one. The clear-coat is gone in areas and the paint lost its luster years ago. She just left town with some senior friends so I decided to take her car to Maaco on Roswell Street and surprise her with a new paint job. This was a last minute decision and I have never had a vehicle re-painted before, so I had questions. I called the shop three times with questions and each time spoke with Mike. He is so kind, professional, and patient and is definitely an asset to the company! The price is very fair for what you get and I cannot wait for my mother to return to town in a few days and see her gorgeous new 2002 Accord.Update (6/7/2019): Mom arrived home and did not recognize her car in the driveway. She thought someone had stopped by to visit. When she learned that it is hers, she was so excited. In addition to the beautiful paint job, we decided to have new rims put on the car. She has sat for hours staring at what she calls her new car. Also, I found out that the car is actually a 2001, not a 2002. Even older than believed and is now absolutely beautiful. Thanks Maaco!

Since I had no collision insurance and the body repair would be 100% out-of-pocket, I needed to keep cost down. Maaco was super cooperative in repairing old parts when feasible, rather than ordering all new parts, which is the norm. I fully understand that this will be not result in a like new car, but then, my car has 220,000 miles and is 16 years old, so it would never look like new!

Rhonda was very helpful and worked with us in our budget and made sure our turn around time would work for us too! So glad we found a shop close and with good customer service and work after weeks of looking!

Maaco did my paint job on my 2010 Porsche Cayenne... and it looks AMAZING! I previously had a really bad paint job that was chipping really bad. Maaco took their time and really worked hard to remove all the imperfections and give me an entirely new paint job that far exceeded my expectations!!!! My car looks brand new!!! The entire staff is super friendly and professional, the prices are great and their work is fantastic! Tissa and Rhonda kept me up-to-date throughout the process and made certain my car looked its best!... they are a phenomenal group of people! I am very pleased with the results!!!

I had so many questions about the process that’s taken to undergo fixing the gashes my son put into the quarter panel of my jaguar with the lawnmower!!! The front desk team is a critical part of the customer experience. Tisa is fantastic! I walked in with photos of a bumper that needed replacing and she took the time to really search for the best deal on the bumper itself, giving me new and used options. She explained the process thoroughly and the guys in the back delivered a quality product on time. I couldn’t be more pleased and will be back for future painting/body work when needed.

They took my white 15 year old Mustang that had a lot of paint peeling off and repainted it. Highly impressed on the new car look. Looks like it just came off the dealer lot brand new, bright and shiny. Paint is very smooth with no other marks in the paint. I highly recommend them.They are very courteous and take pride in their work. I would recommend them.

The staff at Maaco was very helpful. Our vehicle ended up here and getting totalled so we did not get any work done but they were very helpful and informative throughout the process. It turns out they are moving but even with that, they were never too busy to make sure we were taken care of.

I suffered damage to my vehicle 2 separate times, consecutive months. Upon initially taking my vehicle for estimate - then repair, I was impressed with how friendly & helpful Gary and John were.While being repaired they called me to keep me informed as to their progress. Upon pick-up they even offered to stay later on Saturday, if I needed.The second time my vehicle was damaged, I was distraught. Steve who is the owner, calmed and reassured. He went out of his way to assist me.The care and concern demonstrated by Steve show great character - a moral & spiritual grounding. A sense of community is what I felt.My car looks goods!! I already have a couple of friends who plan to use Steves location, when they are ready to have their cars repainted.( We are not wanting any collisions or other mishaps, but in the event they occur - I know a guy you can trust.!!!!!!)

Megan was extremely helpful from the start. She even went above and beyond finding a new part to replace the damaged part since I refused to have the recycled part State Farm approved in the repair. I dont usually write reviews, but my experience was worth writing about. I had to have a rear bumper repainted and replaced on my vehicle. My contact person was Brittany. She was extremely, courteous, competent and professional from the beginning to the end. She went out of her way to ensure the job was completed as promised and the price was fair! Essentially, I am a highly satisfied customer as the level of customer service and workmanship far exceeded my expectations. Be sure and let Brittany take care of you and you too will be another highly satisfied customer!

Took my Lexus here to get repaired. Body damage was severe they had to replace the entire front end of my car plus a 360 paint job. I couldnt be more pleased with the results! I got it back looking as if nothing ever happened to it. In fact with the paint job took away all the scratches and dents and it looked brand new and to top it all off it was reasonably priced!Special thanks to Brittany for making this happen as well as Cole for rebuilding my car, and Clay for superb paint job! O M G!!!! The worst auto body experience ever!!! I called this place because i had two doors that would not open from the outside on my car. I asked how much would they charge to repair both doors and John told me $40 an hour plus parts, so i said great. I took the car up there and he told me that he would call me when he finds out whats going on before he fixes it., I ended up having to call him to find out, every time I called he had a lie to tell me about why he wasnt working on the car like he said he would. So after three days they repaired one door and said that they didnt want to take the panel off of the other door because they were afraid to break the panel. I went and picked the car up and paid them for the one door, the very next day the door wouldnt open. So I asked while I was bringing the car could they repair the other door since i had the panel off and he told me to bring it up so they could take a look at it. I took the car and while waiting on him I was showing his mechanics that i had the panel off and they told me that they could break the door latch to get the door open and that John would order another latch. They ended up messing up my window regulator and breaking the latch. I told them dont worry Ill buy that part also. John told me to leave the car again and hed call and let me know about the part prices and that they would get right on it. I ended up having to call him once again and he lied and said he would get right on it. Ten minutes later he called and said that they just didnt want to fix the car because he wasnt making any money off of it and that i was trying to get something for nothing and i replied to him that Im paying what he quoted.He started getting very rude and told me to pick up the car. John also stated that his mechanics said that I broke the regulator and latch. I had my fiance with me that seen that i watched them break my latch with a crowbar and never touched that door. When i got there I asked the two guys and they stated that they had not said such a thing but that they didnt want to get involved in the John situation because they have to work together. When i got there to pick up the car I told a customer how they treated me and he called the police. I was escorted off the property. He acted like a very prejudice individual. Im now seeking a lawsuit on that business. He treated me so bad from the day i dropped the car off until the day he said he wasnt going to repair the car. He didnt try to compromise or anything to make a customer happy he basically said screw you and come get your car now!! Worst experience ever!!

Extremely impressed, I came to this location pretty nervous about pricing mainly; since the Infiniti dealership insinuated that they wouldn’t need $512.00 to reinstall and provide a simple SIDE MIRROR On my G37s coupe . After speaking with Tisa at the front desk of Macco. She made it very clear the turn around time would be swift and my pockets would still be full. Than you guys so much !Considering more future work with this company.

I originally got a quote from Maaco for painting my truck and getting a dent fixed in the underside of the bed. I decided that it was a little high since I have heard that Maaco quality is somewhat questionable. Maaco ran 1/2 off their paint jobs for Black Friday 2015 and this made it worth taking the chance. I took the truck back to a technician to have another estimate of all work to be done. The technician gave me a quote including the dent repair and actually circled the Maaco paperwork indicating the body work needing to be done. I dropped the truck off and then 5 days later they indicated that it was complete. I picked it up in the evening and at a glance all seemed to be fine. The next morning in light of day, I inspected the truck and noticed that they did not repair the dent in the bed and there was a couple of minor paint issues. I called the technician and was asked to bring the truck over so that they could see the dent and confirm that the work was not completed. The technician agreed and scheduled the correction. I then received a call putting it repairs off for 3 weeks. Time had come, so I dropped the truck off and was told that it should take another 5 days, after 2 days I got a call from the Manager indicating that the technician did not quote the dent repair properly. I indicated that the did and even circled it on the paper. He continued on and said that he CAN NOT / WILL NOT repair for the previously agreed quote and that he needed another 7 hours of labor to repair the dent and paint it. As much as I stressed that this was their fault and all would have been fine if they had done the work correctly the first time, he maintained that he would not do the work without the additional monies to fix it. Since I really didn’t have a choice as I would have to pay another shop to fix it anyway and did not want to risk them not matching the paint properly, I agreed. I feel that this is very UNETHICAL business practice so please beware.

The very worst experience you could possible have from Maaco. Took my Jeep in and opted for upgraded paint job. Promised it would be finished in 2 weeks, month later called to say it was ready. Went to pick up to find it was not even close to being a good, much less great paint job. Jeep had fish eyes all over fender, runs and some parts not even painted. Was told to bring back and they would correct, another week later, they called to say I needed to pay more for their inability to paint properly. Had to take to a legit paint shop to correct. I would beware of taking any vehicle to this shop, if you have to, better get the cheapest paint job they offer.

I brought in my car to get my front and rear bumpers painted. I had a good experience. Victoria was nice to work with and the work was completed as promised in the time frame that they initially told me it would be. Highly recommended.

Not a trustworthy business, very bad experience

My car was supposed to be ready on a Tuesday. They did not call me until one day after due date to tell me the original estimate was wrong/incomplete and needed to (just) order a new part, delaying the delivery for the end of the week, so we scheduled delivery for next Monday. Once again, no one called me to tell me if it was ready. I called Tuesday morning and they told me it would not be ready until Wednesday. I called Wednesday at noon and they told it would be ready by 4:30pm but that they will call me to confirm. Once again, no calls. I called at 5:00pm and after a wait they confirmed it was ready but since they close at 5:30pm, I should pick it up the next day. From changes in the agreed budget to multiple delays and lack of communication, I am never bringing my business here anymore.

I have known Steve for 5 years and have brought him six different cars/SUVs to paint/repair over the years. Very polite, professional staff and prices cannot be beat; quality of materials (paint) and craftsmanship excellent. I moved to Florida one year ago but I still have Steve and his staff do all my bodywork and painting. Its worth the 800 mile round trip from FL and coordinating of cars to have this MAACO do the work, since they are honest and produce excellent results at a fraction of other body shops. You cant beat the price (in fact Steve on several occasions has recommended ideas to limit costs)) and the quality of work is second to none.
