Do NOT Trust Sam... My son just paid him 300.00 to put a new starter on. When we got there we paid him, got in the car and the car did not drive off the lot. We had to call the law and the troll truck came to pick his car up.

Sam has taken care of all of my cars (3 of them) for over 10 years now. He is incredibly honest and genuine, never had a bad experience or felt pressured on price or any repair. Work done was always quality. Highly, highly recommended.

Great experience I had with Sam. I took my wifes BMW there as it was having electrical issues. Sam was able to fix it right away and my wife is a happy camper. Far as the lady with the bad review I dont think shes talking about the same place. This shop has one of the best paint shops here in the state of Georgia. Its a world-class downdraft paint booth. Sam is honest and fair on the pricing. I will not take my wifes car anywhere but to Sam.

Sam is an honest service owner, who will not rip you off. If you need a repair, he will fix it, but not add services that are not needed in order to pad the bill. Have kept my cars running plus collision repairs to make them look like new!

We bought a 97 BMW, told that I was in good shape. Drove it off the lot the heat does not work. We took it to get worked on, found out the radiator was busted at the top. Before then, we were having trouble even turning the car off because the battery would die. 3,000 extra dollars into a car we would told nothing was wrong with it! I Would not recommend buying from here at all! Crooks!

What a great experience! Sam is honest and reliable,down to earth guy who knows what hes doing....we had our honda accord door fixed there and it looks great! I would recommend Sam to anybody who wants the job done right without paying 3 times more as we were qouted in a chain place...thank you Sam!

There is no where else I would take my cars! Sam is honest and reliable and prices are so reasonable. I drive from Lake Lanier, over an hour, to get to Sam/ European Auto in Marietta, even if its just for an oil change. He used to be In Roswell off Oak St, and I know some people are still looking for him, because he had such a good following in Roswell. Well its worth every mile and minute to get to Marietta to see Sam, and sure he would love to see his old customers. New customers, you will not be disappointed. Car problems are the worst, but there is no nicer man and company to deal with than European!

I talked to Sam before leaving my car to get fixed and he told me what the problem was . I dropped my car off to be fixed. When I picked my car up the next day my check engine light was back on and it started doing the same thing he supposedly fixed! So I paid 260 dollars for nothing! Waste of money. He told me to bring it back in and then told me it would be another 260 for something he was supposed to fix in the first place !

I had a car accient and decided to have repairs done by this shop. Not only did they repair my car good, they did a tune up and detailed my messy car as well. Today is my Birthday and when I picked up my car, I could not ask for a better gift. My car looks like BRAND NEW car. Owners are amazing,kind and will not screw you over by any means. I will recomend this shop to everyone and be confident that they will be happy! I will continue to service my car here. They definetly earned my business forever!
