I needed a rear tire mounted on my Harley Davidson FLS. I brought the new tire in with the rim with the worn tire and Ryan the Service Manager took care of it himself. He told me my inner tube was still good and I didn’t need a new one. I’ll be coming back because of the level of service I received. Hometown Powersports Service had my best interest at heart and I am appreciative. I’m back on the road again !!
Awesome customer service, needed a throttle cable fast and my beechmont motorsport didnt have, but this place had one on hand called did everything over the phone and got the part in 2 days. Highly recommend

I had typically had my 2010 Kawasaki Nina 1400 serviced in Athens (where it was purchased), but they started to be really hard to work with. I decided to try locally. All I have to say is WOW!! I took my bike in to have tires replaced and typical service. The service technician (Tyson) not only took care of the tires and service, he was very detailed oriented, noticed I had a left side mirror that was loose that he fixed and a missing bolt on my fairing that made it rattle for the last 2 years that he replaced. How often does someone even take the time to notice these things let alone fix them for you? Just cant say enough. Also, Ryan was the guy that took care of me over the phone and checked me out when the service was completed. Stand up guy and super nice. Thanks Hometown!!!

I had a great experience at Big Hometown. My salesman Mike was great and very helpful. I believe his name was Tyson who serviced my bike put up with my annoying self as I kept going back to look at the status of my bike. We ended up there for close to six hours because they were so busy but that was the only draw back. Good people

I drove two hours for a hard to find part. They had it ready and were really helpful with the installation directions, even printed them for me. Every employee and customer was wearing a mask to help slow the spread of Covid-19. Highly recommended!

I went to buy a chain about 16 long. Young kid decided I could just lose a link, chain was fine. He went back to service and they said I would be better off buying a chain??? So then they try to sell me 3 of chain for $43 and I would still have to pay them to size it??? And the whole time the older dude totally ignored me and had zero desire to help. I would not recommend the service department. They suck!...and dont even care

Even when staff was given a detailed list of repairs and critical checks needed to be done by myself, they did not see it through. Imagine if you can requesting simple brake pad replacements and paying in advance for it to receive nothing. A complete fail in attention to detail or a paying customers needs. Bought my cycle brand new there too. I would highly suggest skipping the service department altogether or roll the dice and take a chance. My eyes are wide open to the total disregard to what YOUR personalized needs are. This is what the service department dishes out to you when handed YOUR dollars first. Seriously...watch out!

Went here looking for a late model used Harley Davidson. They had several to choose from which is awesome in itself being a metric bike dealership. They have a nice facility and very nice, clean vehicles to choose from. I recommend seeing Kyle Krieg in sales. Although they didnt have the exact bike I was looking for he was VERY helpful and very professional. They will work with you and try locating exactly what youre looking for if they dont already have it. I highly recommend this shop for any Motorsports needs.
One star for the parts department. I understand not all parts are in stock but itd be nice to get prices and have someone offer to order them. In glad to take my business elsewhere.

Salesmen are very helpful and honest. They try to give you the best deal they can. They show a lot of interest in your needs. Other staff including the parts and service department are very helpful and always get you the parts and information needed. Merchandise is somewhat expensive, but no more than any other motosports shop in the surrounding areas.

Parts people are not knowledgeable or friendly and are irritable!!! Parts are overpriced, they dont call to let you know when parts are in, act like they are being put out when tough questions are asked or when you ask them to research something, and get angry when you show prices to them from online that are half what they are asking. Service is overpriced but at least knowledgeable and friendly and Sales is usually knowledgeable and friendly. I drive many miles to another dealer in order to avoid their parts dept when I have the time. The 1 star is for parts. 3 stars for Service because of their high prices, and 4 to 5 stars for Sales.
Sold us a bike that doesnt work been back 3 times said it was fixed but wasnt. Their response there is no lemon laws.

Very knowledgeable staff. I went in to buy a skid plate for a KTM exc350f, and was about to get the plate they had in stock until the guy at the parts counter helped me out. They ordered me a new plate, and I picked it up a few days later.I bought my bike from there, and theyve always been helpful.
We were in on Saturday afternoon, October 28th. looking to buy a side by side. Kyle Krieg walked up to us and asked what we were looking for. He was very friendly and nice. He answered all our questions. We bought a Honda Pioneer 700.

Very rude they do not help with anything and everything is over priced i had to pay $450 to get a new chain tightend and put on all new sprockets and it cost that much. Very lousy service.
Friendly staff. All are knowledgeable in their position or they will go miles for the right answer.. ppl $hit on em sometimes for uncalled for reasons....your 1960 Honda whatever is missing a chrome piece..its awesome it still runs... But they cant get you that missing chrome piece.... It aint their fault yano.....haha be reasonable....they are, thats why I go to em...they have def. gone the distance to make things right for me to deserve a five star rating. This store needs to be either Closed, or severely cracked down on by Honda. The staff is very rude. Saw them talk down to 5 other customers w while I was there. They make you prepay for ordered parts, then dont order them. They dont call you to say they are in, and you pay for shipping to your home and they dont ship.
