There were quite some changes that I didnt feel suitted OldTime Pottery. I used to be able to purchase purses there that were of nice quality and something I liked and was always different and not one I would see 2 or 3 times after purchasing from Old Time Pottery

Omgoodness!!! I had a ball in here!! So much to look out and the prices were awesome!!!! Very friendly staff,bright, clean store easy access to the store and plenty of parking to be had!!

I made two trips today. The first was excellent! Everyone was very nice and beyond helpful! The manager and the cashier were both great! On my return trip to exchange an item, the lady at the returns register (and the only register open), Anne, couldve been much more pleasant as she snapped at me in front of other customers when I was just waiting to ask a question. 😕

This store is my new love all kinds of nice stuff for home decor inside and outside very reasonable and great furniture pieces for all rooms and rugs galore

Amazing place!

I hadnt been in a long time. I was surprised to see how empty it was, merchandise wise. Prices were also a little higher than I remember them being. They only had 1 register open so the line was extremely long. Although we found a few things that we liked, we decided not to buy because we didnt want to stand in the long line. We rarely go out these days so it seemed counterintuitive to do so since people werent exactly 6 ft apart.

Love this store!! There are so many beautiful home decor items. The prices are better than online companies. I bought three rugs today. Got them at a better price than what I had found on line. The store is clean and well maintained and stocked with everything from rugs to candles. They have everything at a great price.

I would give it no stars but I cant. I like the store but will not be going back anytime soon. When I checked neither checker had a mask on. Talking away to the customers and each other with no PPE. I felt unsafe and couldnt get away fast enough. Please, for the safety of ALL THE PEOPLE in the store have your employees wear a mask!

I could spend a whole afternoon wandering the aisles. Seriously, its such a fun mash of goodies that they change up with the season. And prices are pretty good too!

They have a new card system at the register where you never see how much the total is and when you ask them they read something off the screen that they cannot turn their screen so you can see itI asked the lady to give me the amount before I ran my cardand she ignired my question and told me the buttons to. Push so the transaction. Would go thru. He never once gave me a total and when I tried to cancel the sale she put in a bogus ZIP Code amount so the sale would go through anywayLuckily she only ran five items but she could’ve ran a whole lot more and if I had not been paying attention who knows how much money I would’ve been charged?? I asked for a manager on duty and they said there was none there were just the two cashiers so I went and discussed it with the other cashier and she said no the customer never sees how much money it is before they put their card in. So I would say buyer beware at this store

This place is amazing, they have everything you need to set up a home. Staff is very helpful and friendly also. I was very disappointed when I found out they have no stores in the NY region where I live. Oh well, I guess I will have to load up my car with as much as I can carry back. One other thing I must say....prices are very reasonable as well as the quality of the merchandise they stock.

I want to give a shout out to Anne and John! They went above and beyond. Both were so nice, helpful, and very courteous. We bought a dining table for our daughter and we got the wrong one. We went back this morning told them what happened and with no hassle whatsoever they got us the correct table. Thank you for your help and kindness.

I always enjoy a trip to this store. I always find neat things for my Bedroom, kitchen, bath, patio & laundry room. I even found a very nice wreath for my front door and some much needed items for my pet. One thing I really like is they dont change where things are. Always laid out the same. Its organized nicely and very easy to shop and GREAT quality & prices.

Went for the first time ever a few weeks ago and was definitely not disappointed. This store is far more than meets tbe eye. Liked it so much that I went back 2 more times in the same week. They have what youre looking for as well as things you didnt know you needed.

Household goods at reasonable prices. Sometimes great prices! Dishware, lamps, rugs, chairs, side tables, drawers, shelving, patio furniture, curtains, linens, bedding, garden benches, pots, seeds, decorative items for each season and for holidays. Frequent delays at the check out lines so bring your patience, take a breath and smile. :-) Its definitely worth a visit.

Visited late in the evening, store was very clean and organized

Prices were absurdly low, and we ended up paying 3 X what we originally went in for. No regrets because these were awesome deals. When I needed any help or assistance the folks there were wonderful. (They arent plentiful, but just go to the front desk.) Worth the trip!

I was in the store on Canton Hwy about 1pm today... cruised the isles repeatedly and finally found 2 pcs of wall art for a bathroom we just painted after years of wallpaper. The color scheme is completely different, hence new wall art. When I went to check out, there was only 1 cashier and the cashier was up to her elbows in wrapping up a purchase for the person in front of me. The cashier apologized and said she had to wrap All of the items but would call for help to check me out. Note: there were 4/5 employees chatting in the back were I just came from - didnt think anything of it at the time because I Thought the nice cashier would be able to get some help for a Paying Customer, but NO... that, apparently was not going to happen. I thanked the nice cashier and left all my items (I was going to purchase more than what I came in for, wink - wink ) on a shelf near the front. I do not mind a wait because I work for a retailer also and know how they have cut back and stretched the workers on the floor; but this was above and beyond disrespect to a customer. I told the nice cashier that I would be back and laughed at that and said, now you know I am never come back... right? I thanked her because she did try and it is not her fault that work ethics have gone Out The Window! To top it off... I took a vacation day to get things done!

Old Time Pottery has so many really unique and reasonably priced decorations. I found some great things for Easter and many ideas for upcoming summer. The items available in the kitchen section are amazing and I would definitely shop at Old Time Pottery for dishes and serving pieces.

This is one of my favorite stores. They have many unique and lovely items, and prices are amazingly low. I left the store the other day with an entire cart full of merchandise for only $25.

Great deals and great finds in all categories. Fairly rude employees and incorrect sales tags. Many things we picked were tagged for half off, yet they did not ring up as so and no compensation was offered. Overall, good experience, though!

I hate to do it but I have to change my review to 2 stars. Its too common that the items with stickers on them do not ring up correctly, nearly the whole store is on sale by the looks of the signs... But dont let it fool you, youll be guessing whats considered a summer item I can tell you its not solar lights...Its too bad because we do like the merchandise its juts too frustrating at checkout.Im sure they can turn things around and make the sales more clear. But until they do Ill pass.

I love the red and yellow tag clearance. Theres plenty of quality stuff to choose from especially if you need small gifts for everyone in the office.

Nothing new or impressive. Extremely large selection of Halloween and Christmas decorations but very little pottery, its namesake. A lot of damaged and discontinued stuff at ridiculously high prices. Still a lot of stuff to capture the imagination if you are not looking for pots

They are having a 50 percent off sale on Christmas florals. I always get good buys there and can usually find what I want.

Old Time Pottery is fully stocked year-round with great finds for decorating or planning a party for any occasion. They have decorations from Fourth of July, Christmas, New Year, Halloween, fall, spring & just about any season you can think of!

Wish they had more stores in GA! We traveled 70 miles just to go to this one in Marietta. Excellent shopping experience!

Maria “the manager” was rude and unhelpful. I found a pot with a crack in it, asked for a discount. She said she’s the manager and she decides. Told her another manager gave a discount and she said he is nothing, he can’t do that. Horrible experience

Lots of linens and cooking items. Loads of florist supplies. The prices are high on decorations, but all in all, a huge selection of goods. A great place to buy dishes.

Won’t be shopping here anymore. The last few times I shopped here they were really advertising the military discount, even announcing it over the intercom. I went today and they said they do not offer a military discount...I’m not sure how this place stays open considering they do not offer any coupons like their competitors. Too pricey!

Surprising selection of home goods at reasonable prices. Futons, beanbags, storage, kitchen, bath, yard, you name it. Massive amount of knick-knacks and decoration. A teacher could organize a classroom with many of the products offered and spend minimal funds doing so.

I have been coming to this establishment for many years and this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Our cashier Beth was extremely rude when checking out our purchases, slamming down items on the countertop. While I was entering my information in the credit card machine, she was hovering above it and loudly and abnoxiously feeding me intructuctions on how to use it. This store has beautiful items, but with this customer service, youre better off buying flowers from Michaels.
