9/15/21 i love shopping at HomeGoodS. I bought a tree that I REALLY liked and was the last one $149.99 the base was scratched and the outside was with green paint a little not much. I went to the cashier and asked for a discount. She called Kathy 🤦‍♀️ and only gave me a $10.00 discount 🙄 I still went ahead and bought it because it was the last one . I think she should’ve do better than 10 dollars. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Smaller then most Home Goods but still a great place! Great for nice hand crafted gifts or beach house decor. Very clean and well taken care of..

I really love this store. It is not as expensive as it seems and has a deep and bold style. I was looking for 2 sets of chair cushions for a couple of chairs, but unfortunately there it was 1 set available only, and the store was so packed I decided to order on line from home, but i was not able to do so because the store website has no buying option

So many different kitchen gadgets! Huge selection of pans, woks, etc. Lots of really nice stuff. Popular but not too crowded. Plenty of free parking, wheelchair accessible. Sanitizer offered as you walk in.

It’s a typical Home Goods. I went yesterday and the store was packed. The line was super long with only two cashiers. No assistance on the floor and the bathroom was disgusting. One of the stalls was out of order. Management needs to do better. I’ll drive further to the one in Coral Ridge Mall.

Very nice people, good selection, variety of products, very organized, high prices but good quality, managers are very good solving issues, big and beautiful, my cat Garfield love the pet department and always finds stuff for himself, employees love him and treat him like family! 😀

Really good place to pick up gifts when invited somewhere. You never leave empty handed...although checkout should be faster!

I love Homegoods, but the ones in Pompano and Fort Lauderdale are better stocked, cleaner and seem overall to be better managed. That being said, if youre in the area this store is worth a visit. Its close to Ross, Joanns, Target, Walmart and Lowes. So its a great place to visit to furnish a place.

The place was well organized and well educated to deal with customer needs.

I purchased a bookcase but was disappointed with the construction. The employees were great.

The cashier has the face mask, BUT, when she was packing the merchandise for the customer, she pulls down her mask, reach out to her mouth and wet her finger so she can open the plastic bag.

Way too many people and without masks. Had to cut my visit short.

Very awesome experience with cashier and supervisor..but was not greeted by greeter..she chose who she wanted to greet..not cool..

Amazing options!

Was talked to like a child today by Nubia, she was helping a costumer which I wasn’t aware of. She gave me such an attitude when all I did was ask for help. Spoke with Shane the manager and he was Defending her like what she did was okay. It is not okay to speak to people the way I was spoke to. He was more than proud to give me his name, it’s like wow! What a disgusting staff. I left my cart right where it was at. I will never shop at home goods again.

I shop at all HomeGoods. On my day off I find peace walking around to buy something..yesterdayy I had the most miserable cashier ever. I said hi ! She said nothing. I gave her a return. A purchase . A 20 rewards certif and my charge card. No eye contact. No words. I thought maybe she had surgery yesterday and was in pain ?! Her name was rosalee and she someone has eated upwas an absolute killjoy. I didnt even continue to shop the rest of the day. Why would you put someone in front to deal with people. I finally said having a good day ? She said yeah fun. Yikes!! I will go to the Delray one by my job or pompano by my house if I wanted to be around amiserble people I would stay home with husband.

Since this location changed management, maybe a year ago now this store had never been the same. Its always messy and unorganized and worse are the check out lines. Long., long lines and 3 checkouts open.Its always fun when the cashier spends time trying to convince a customer to open a charge account... if they do indeed accept the offer the time waiting only increases.I often find some cute things but just leave when I see the line.

Love this location. Their decor and furniture selection is #1. When im looking for something particular (kitchen/bath/furniture) this is my go to location out of the four I go to.

Love the seasonal selection. Shop early and avoid long ckout lines.

This is a big bright store for all your shopping need

Great finds. Never leave without buying something. Christmas was a little slow coming out this year, but I guess nothing is normal this year

Everybody loves the store you can find plenty of things that you decide you need when you get there LOL usually they dont have cashiers enough to handle the line, but today by surprise they had four, the one that serviced me was extremely helpful and quick. The other more mature cashiers did half the work, they were so chatty about all the items and such with other customers. This particular gal I had was all business which I love and ran a much more efficient register.

Unwelcoming greeters at the main entrance, it is very sad in this day and age, they corrected us in a very negative way about choosing the wrong shopping cart, it felt almost reprehensible, we whish them good luck, we are not coming back to this particular location.

Terrible customer service, the line was held up due to aA couple who were arguing and going back in forthWith a cashier. Manager was right around and didn’tAcknowledge the situation. I was in line for 30 minutes.It was exhausting and no one cared to explain or excuseThe unnecessary long wait.

Home Goods is a great store for fabulous prices and amazing home decor items. They have unique items. The Home Goods buying team does an amazing job sourcing unique items. The mirror selection is amazing. Great store... great pricing.. great merchandise.

So addicted to this location I can’t stand it. They have so much nice stuff.

A convoluted mess! Specially for people in a wheelchair. I understand you want to have volume but when your volume makes your store look like a flea market whats the point. The items they sell are high-quality items at decent prices but the presentation of the store and lack of floor employees is not good. Cashiers are super friendly and parking is big and accessible so thats a plus.

Typical HomeGoods carrying a bit of everything you might be in need of or to buy someone a gift.

I am totally delighted. Im having my bathroom remodeled and I needed to find a mirror to go above the vanity. The first one I bought, cost a LOT but my contractor said it was too small. So I returned it and went to HomeGoods. What an awesome find! I found an absolutely perfect and gorgeous mirror to go above my new vanity. And the price was one third of what the Moen mirror cost me. Not only was the mirror from HomeGoods less expensive, It is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend you looking through this store if you are redecorating or remodeling. Some really nice things. I will return!

Pretty good selection. Most of the table lamps did not have a matching pair. I found that to be pretty odd. I didnt find the deals to be as exceptional as I recalled.

One of my favorite places for nick nacks. I found some desk pieces for my office that I couldnt find anywhere else. They always have something new I havent seen before. Great place for Home Goods!

Waited over 10 minutes to check out, there were 3 cashiers, long line and cashier #1 leaves. 2 cashiers customers with large carts to check out, no manager around, no cashier calls for help.Very disappointing!

My partner needed these weird decorations things so I asked for help from a man named Ralph, he was so helpful and took me the correct aisle. Yvonne the cashier was so upbeat and enthusiastic. Will come again to purchase items for our home that we just moved to in the beautiful Margreat!!!

In love with their side tables and accent chairs! Pricing for the tables and chairs are competitive with Wayfair and overstock. You can find some great treasures in the clearance section.

Great store to find deals on items for the house. Not everything is cheap, you can find some real quality items. Great place to find new additions to your cookware and kitchen tools. Only cons would be that depending on the day, it can get a bit unorganized. Cashiers are normally quick and getting rid of long lines.

Always cool stuff at HomeGoods. Reasonable prices in a fun place to shop. I occasionally get some treats for my dogs as well

This place has amazing finds but you got to search for them. If you dont find them the first time ask when they get their next shipment. They are always getting newn stuff in.
