The folks at this UPS store are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. I live in Houston, Texas, and needed to arrange to have 18 pieces of art packed and shipped to me by a person who lived in UPS Store #5020s area. These UPS folks couldnt have been more helpful, accommodating and professional. They called me with the total cost, accepted my credit card, and everything arrived in perfect condition, well packed and wrapped. Job well done!

I have been using UPS store for printing services for months . At this store they asked me to sign into my own email account to print instead of emailing to them the documents to print .No other store EVER asked me to do thatAs suspected it was COMPLETELY INSECURE. When I opened the browser it I was in SOME RANDOM PERSONS email account . The clerk said its standard to do it like this and thier computer was down before, thats why it wasnt done like this before her manager said it has to be done this way. Some part of that was not the truth.I will continue to use the UPS store but I will NEVER return to the maple shade location. After this experience I will be giving properly managed UPS stores 5 star reviews

Fastest, most courteous UPS store Ive ever been in. In and out, the employee had me weigh my package, printed me out my receipt and in a blink I was done.

The girls are always super helpful and friendly and move as quickly as possible.

Here at 130 on a Wednesday, one person working and one person in the store. Door is locked but employee isn’t indicating why so I’m standing here 8 months pregnant holding a giant box.

The young lady who works here is always very helpful and courteous. Never a wait and the fact they will take usps items as a convenience to customers is a bonus!

Lady working in there is really disrespectful. I kindly asked for some tape so I could have some extra protection on my package and she went off at me.

I didnt know that UPS takes packages for USPS, but the rep there was very nice and informed me. The store is also open later than other stores in the area. Also, the rep is pretty and makes the trip worth while. 😉😁 😉

Experience with this store was not good at all..I went to ship couple of boxes which included TV. I asked person name Josheph to mark Fragile on boxes as they were having glass items. He told, he will do it and not to worry.When packages arrived, they were damaged and neither of them mentioned as fragile. Luckily, I packed inside stuff well so no items broke. But I am really disappointed for service ups maple shade provided.I used ups before but this experience was worst.

Went into store to get a mailbox took staff to long to figure out what keys went to what box . They had to call owner because they didnt know the policy . They are unorganized

Came to return UPS package back to the sender AKA refuse delivery. The clerk at the counter has had no idea how to do it. I had to go to another store to get help.
