Theres only one person there that I know of hes great the price is actually good I recently had 2 things shipped out from here and it was super painless

They need a more efficient way to get information across so the customers dont have to repeat their information 4x. Make forms and have people fill them out with info you need for sending packages or get self service kiosks because I was in there 3x as long as I should have been just repeating myself. Wont go back but think about the forms for future customers so they dont leave annoyed like I did. Nice people though.

Came here because the nice lady at the French Camp post office recommended it to get something notarized. When I arrived there were to customers ahead of me and the worker (by himself during the holidays). He said it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait(to get something notarized!) because all of the customers(two!) and all the packages I need to prepare. He wasnt terribly friendly about it either. Heres an idea, take a break from that for 30 seconds and notarize the document, or even better, have more than one employee working at a place that specializes in shipping during the holidays. Anyways, I just took my business to the UPS store and had it taken care of immediately and friendly.

We have used these folks for FAXing, copies, notarizing, packing/shipping, and have bought some of the funniest greeting cards there as well. We have had only good service. There is usually 1 staff member on hand, occasionally 2. We have had to wait our turn a time or two but we read the greeting cards for a giggle while we wait, and the wait has very rarely been more than a short one. Any wait we may have ever had was well worth the customer service we have always received. This is 1 of 2 businesses we use for this service. We use the other if we happen to be in north Stockton and AIM all other times. I am happy to reccomend AIM.

I had post to have had a package directly delivered to me yesterday a brief case and the delivery driver name is William Lopez and he should have showed up to my front door in less 11 minutes away from my house yesterdaythis package is very VIP sensitive handle with care now i really need this package like NOW ASAPi need this brief case to care of my own personal business ASAP

The business was great my only complaint is it closing as the owner is terminally illl so its closed

Went to send out a package no one attending the store. Called out for someone no answer. I waited a few minutes and no one came out. I went well out of my way to come here.

I go to mail center every weekend and the manger or the guy working is very friendly.

Always helpful.

Expensive but beats the post office lines sometimes
