Best storage place in Manteca!! I have used them over the years when we have moved or just needed extra storage from time to time. Always clean and safe. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. If you ever need a place to rent from, I HIGHLY suggest you go here! You wont be disappointed!

Security Public Storage is the best in town! the units are clean and spacious and I never worry about my until getting broken into.The staff are very friendly and will work with you on variety of things whether it be payment date or price per unit! I’ve used this facility a number of times and every time I do I feel very satisfied with the service. The gates stay open late which is a huge plus for me.I would recommend security storage to anybody with storage needs.

I rented a unit, my items have been in there for a year all of a sudden my unit was robbed within the last 30 days and they still want to charge me full rent for a unit that is missing more than half of my belongings. I keep being told by management that they have no information on anything. They always have to refer me to someone else for answers which I dont receive. The situation was completely devastating to me I had items in there that were stolen that I can never get back items of Great value sentimental value.

I have used Manteca Public Storage off and on for many years and have always been very pleased with their service never have I had any problems with their service never has anything ever been stolen never anything broken. Both Penny and Melissa are ver polite and cheerful very professional and keep a very clean office. I have recommended this business to several of my friends and my son.

Painless. Got tour of units in the size we wanted. He found one three doors from exit, got the 1/2 off deal for three months and he through in an extra month. The place is clean, safe, secure. He was polite, professional. I’m not sure how long we will need storage, but I would use them for all my storage needs. Highly recommend them. The best.

I originally ordered a smaller storage facility, which was handled very professionally and easily. On the day of my move, I was informed by the movers that my stuff would not fit in the size I requested. They quickly found me one that would work and everything went of without a hitch!

I previously used Security Public Storage for 7 months so when I needed to rent a storage unit again I didn’t hesitant to call them to check their pricing/availability. I have always received prompt, friendly, honest customer service from whether it is on the phone, in person and by email. There has been zero issues the cleanliness, safety and security of the facility. The entire facility is gated and management lives on site to provide you with extra reassurance your unit is looked after 24 hours/7 days a week.

Great place, the staff is very friendly. They told me about all the deals their running, helped me figure out the proper size storage. what I really appreciated was I didnt feel pressured to get a unit I didnt need or have to listen to them trash talk other facilities, which has happened to me before. Just today, I couldn’t find my keys to my lock and Penny was so sweet and was able to cut my lock. I’ve heard them interact with other customers and they’re always so pleasant and helpful. The spaces are clean and they there’s good lighting. I always feel safe when I’m there because they are on top of things! I stopped by Security Public Storage a few days ago, and the young lady at the front desk, Melissa, was extremely helpful. It was a bit busy when I stopped by but she still assisted me in a timely manner and she went above and beyond.I’m a bit skeptical of storage facilities, so this is my first time using one, but she assured me that my stuff is in good hands! I felt really good about their security here. You can see everything happening on cameras in the office and the manager Penny even lives on the property to watch things which is really nice. Penny and Melissa have also been really pleasant to work with each time I stop in to pay which is refreshing.

There are many places I could store my belongings. I store my items here because of the staff. They are kind and helpful. My life has been turned upside down after suffering an injury and becoming permanently disabled. The staff here help me stay on track and theyre understanding when Im not on track. I would NEVER go to another storage place. Without the caring staff at Security Public Storage I would have given up long ago. They have stuck with me during this difficult time and I will continue to do business here. I highly recommend storing your belongings here. Wow, i work down the street at the Raley’s Grocery Store and we take customer service very seriously, so do these folks. Their prices are very fair, the best boxes ever, and all the other essential moving supplies you always forget about. Also the peace of mind that this fortress/storage facility is pretty reassuring if the insurance that comes on every unit. They literally have it all. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends, family, and customers.

We have been very happy with Security Public Storage and have been with Penny for over a year now. She was very helpful in helping us decide on the size and type of space we needed. She keeps close tabs on what and who is on the property and makes sure our needs are met. The facility is secure and kept clean and easy to get around in. The faculty is 5 minutes from our house which makes it very convenient.

My family and I moved to Manteca a few years ago due to a job transfer. We were new to the area and had never really used storage before, so I started researching the different places there to rent at. My 2nd call was to Security Public Storage. I spoke with Penny, shes the manager, and after we got off the phone I knew I wouldnt be calling any where else. She was so friendly and gave me lots of information about their units and security. I had no idea what to ask, but she brought things to my attention that I realized were important to think about. When I met her and her assistant (who is also her daughter) in person, I was so glad I chose to rent there. They were just as friendly as on the phone, which was nice. I could also tell they really were proud of their property, the whole place was really clean and well kept. Penny took me to see the space I was renting and we went past her maintenance man that was up on a ladder cleaning the roof of the inside of a space close by. It was overall an easy and great process getting a unit with these managers. Oh I was also pleased with the price. I didnt check but the one other place, but it was in the same range as them. I will continue to use them for my storage needs and refer them to anyone I get the chance to.

The other reason was how clean the place was. There was no trash or junk laying around, which was nice to see after the few other places I had been to.
