Horrible customer service! If I could give a zero I would!! 5:53 am, can’t cash lottery scratchers! But they can sell them! I am 47 and she says she needs to see my ID!!! Seriously, how stupid is that?!? My youngest is 25!! Come on harassment at its finest! Then I go to pay with my debit card, no cash only, so now I know she is just messing with me, harassing me, I go to other places and get scratchers with debit card! Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! Shell gas is just up the street!

Old man that works night shift should find another job. Hes been incredibly rude during every transaction Ive had with him, and has refused service at the window saying he didnt feel like serving people right now. Ive asked for his name on previous occasions with the intent to report his unprofessional demeanor, and he refused to give it to me. Which shows me he obviously knows his behavior is unacceptable, and would not be tolerated by his superiors. If you have no customer service skills, you shouldnt work in the customer service industry. Hes well known for being difficult and problematic, and Im sure Im not the only one who has dealt with this.

Old guy at night is extremely rude. He always has the doors locked at night and refuses service through window. I usually stop by before I head to my nightshift job, and I usually leave empty handed when hes on shift. I get excited when they have another staff working because they actually sell to customers. When I do get the pleasure of dealing with this guy and actually getting service he is always mad and mumbling stuff under his breath. Tonight was my breaking point. This has become way to common for this location. Time for me to find a new route and store.
