Huge thumbs way up for the sales associate who works for Hibbett Sports named D.C. this awesome person was on point with helping me pick out some cool school clothes and shoes for my son! Amazing service experience and customer service! I will for sure be going back and asking for D.C. when the I need some really cool school gear for my son or just a fly outfit and some kicks for my self! Thanks D.C. you Rock Bro!!! 👍👍💯👍👍

How exactly is this a sports store? They have a very limited equipment section for all sports! Most of the store is street clothes and shoes.

Expensive for what they sell. I would suggest looking online and price matching in other locations. Other than that, the products are high quality but definitely have to downgrade to 3 stars due to pricing.

I was so disappointed.... It seems like the majority of the shoes that I like they are only sold online.. I fought many shoes online from hibbets.. but now I actually went into the store and it turns out that they dont even carry most of the things that they sell online.. dont get me wrong still a great place to shop... And by the way I went to the hibbetts in Manteca California I live in San Jose California so imagine my disappointment when I actually walked into the store...

I was at tracy mall today and decided to buy a nike bag i found online that was on sale it was originally 35 but on sale for 19.97 i spoke with the manager DOMINIC because the employee there stated he could not honor the sale price cause the bag was coming up on there scanner as 35 dollers i asked to speak with management and the manger also said he could not honor the price different even though it gave me an option to buy it online and pick up in there store in an hour in a half or so i’m 9 months pregnant i didn’t wanna stand around for and hour in half waiting so i contacted another hibbit store to make sure what they were stating about not being able to honor the price change was right and of course it was not the women at the manteca store asked me to kindly pass my personal cell phone to the manager at the tracy store and told him to honor the price that if it was coming up that sale price i would get it pretty much a hassle super annoying but over all the manager honored the price difference after i had to make a few calls seems like some of these employees need more training i will be contacting corporate as well about this matter it was such and Inconvenience ...

They have a great staff here that is very attentive and friendly. Hibbett overall is a great company and has a really good interface when it comes to their website and app.

I placed an order online. And it was the worst experience ever . I ordered 4 things none of them was right. 1 had security tag attached that i couldnt take off had to return cz there is no hibber store in my area. . 2 it said delivered . But never came . I called and they said oh yea we messed up the order . And another pants they just canceled . When i called they said its out of stock. When its still available. Worst experience ever . 0017306669598 is my order number if you wanna chek.

They are great I been going there for years and have found it to be an great place very knowledge staff supper helpful.

Very weak store, I expected more from hibbets sports since they get great jordan/nike drops, the manteca hibbets manager needs to figure out how to make that happen.

Well never thought I would feel uncomfortable in a store went to purchase some Raider gear was greeted pleasantly by a young guy who helped me immediately. He was able to point me in the right direction of the items I was looking for even showed me a few discounted things for sale. I finally found what I was looking and proceeded to the check out stand as I was walking up to the checkout stand I noticed an old bald white guy who had a hibbett employee shirt standing adjacent from the check out stand I said hello but wasn’t afforded the same greeting just a stare. I started to look around and noticed that there were several customers not being helped and the balding employee was just staring in my direction as if I weren’t going to pay for my items. I asked the young gentleman who initially helped me about a second purchase as I was asking the question I could see the another employee (female) who was standing Behind the cash register snickering and laughing to the balding guy who continued to stand behind me by the door and stare in my direction and not help the customers who were present in the store. When I pulled out my debit card and my transaction was approved the bald guy walked away and started to act as if he was working. My first experience in the store was great I even became a awards member just based on the customer service .Today I was disappointed. I will not purchase another item from that store based on what happened today it’s unfortunate because they have a lot of nice things in there. Side note cops get profiled to. 19 years in law enforcement cops smh!

Everyone needs to stop by here!! They have everything, and the best part you dont have to drive to tracy or modesto!! Great shoe selection, clothes. and sports equipment!! Will be coming here from now on!
