I gave this owner a chance to compromise and make things right before writing this post. After going in for a quote in the front and side windows, he required a 100.00 deposit for an appointment. I showed up like he requested at 9:00 am on my only day off. They didn’t even start until sometime after 1:00. I was very specific as to what I wanted the front windshield to be and the sides a little darker. When I picked up the truck they sides were not as dark as supposed to be and the windshield was not done at all. He said when he said front he meant drivers and passengers windows. He refused to compromise at all I paid him and will not stop payment, but being a business owner myself this is bad business and if this would of happened at my shop I would of done something to make it right, but more importantly this would not of happened at all because clear communication is very important to have with your customer. Maybe he will re think his contracts to be more specific, but I will never be back to find out! I should of looked at your Yelp response reviews first, don’t bother giving me a response that is totally bull. You don’t even deserve the star you got

I went yesterday to get my 2020 Camry tinted and they went over all the materials and pricing. Very nice people and friendly and we’ll recommend them 100 percent. The tint job is really good and well applied.Happy customer for sure!!!

Alex and his team do great work, Ive had them install a few stereo systems and tint a few cars. Dont expect Amazon prices, these guys do have lights to keep on and families fed, just expect good work

The guy is full of it ! I paid for an full system with pioneer tweeter. My window motor went out and while repairing it the original paper cone speaker was still in the car not the pioneer’s I paid for, the had said I changed them out. Certified rip off stay away. Go to the other shops both on Yosimite you’ll thank me later

**MUST READ**Original Post 5/11/21:I visited this shop to get tint installed on three of my cars on separate occasions. Tint installation job was well done on each car, but after just two years or so on each car, the tint started to turn purple. I gave this shop the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it was just cheap quality tint at the time I purchased and had them installed, They touted that it was GREAT quality tint, but I was wrong. I have never used ammonia based cleaners, always park my cars in the sun (which I understand is one of the main factors of tint degradation), but GREAT quality tint does not purple after just two years. One of my cars has 15 year old tint installed, is parked in the sun constantly and it hasnt turned purple at all. What does that say about this shops tint quality? If you want your tint to last for awhile, I would advise going elsewhere. Though, this shop does offer a tint warranty, I would rather not pay for labor (the removal and installation of the tint) which comes out to be the SAME price if I was just going in to have the tint installed! Why do this if the tint is just gonna purple in another two to three years assuming that they still use the same vendor that offers this cheap quality tint? Not to mention, I recommended this place to a family member two years ago and their tint is also starting to discolor. If you want to get tint done and not have to think about it for years down the line, I would take my money elsewhere. As per the owner’s response to contact them at the email provided, it has been one week and a few days and I still have not heard from anyone despite “wanting” to hear about my experience with my window tint and yes, I did check my Junk / Spam folder and no response from the business. Professional Auto Stereo & Security, I am unsure if it was unclear to you that I had three cars in your shop, plus a family member’s car tinted at your location and was giving you yet another chance to acknowledge my problem with YOUR tint, but you have let me and your future customers down. I will not be doing business here nor recommending potential customers to your location. Like I stated, if you park your car in the sun 24/7 and want your tint to hold up for many years to come, I will happily tell you to have your window tint installed elsewhere. First time getting my car tinted. Can honestly say it was a great experience and my windows look amazing.

I went there to have my Ram Truck windows tinted. Alex took the time to explain the differences in the materials available. The price was very reasonable and work exceptional. I dicided to have my 4runner done also. The shop is clean and work was done in a timely manner. Alex is your go to guy when you need tinting.

I highly recommend this place. I had a new deck installed, back up camera and a USB port put into my 02 F-150. Very clean install. I will be coming here for all my audio and tinting needs. 5 stars! Alex and Jamel are super friendly and just want to make you the customer happy. Ive tried all the other audio shops in town and WILL not be going back to them. I did have an issue with my Bluetooth phone not working properly through the stereo after I picked up the truck, took it back the next day, they fixed the issue immediately, they guarantee there work for 1 year. These guys are the best in town, they took me in last minute after some other audio shop failed at their promise time appointment. They got my cars dash-cams installed within a few hours, they went over the work with me and the wiring was very nicely done!A few weeks later, I went back to them to get my cars Sony stereo installed, the one I bought gave me issues after having it installed so I went back to them and they gladly assisted me immediately! We were thinking it was the Sony stereo, and so I was upset that I picked out a bad stereo. The gentleman was showing me other options in the store and I picked out an Alpine instead. They reinstalled the new one and very neatly packaged the Sony stereo so I can return it. Long story short, turns out it was my cable that was going bad! One of the employees gave me his cable and it worked like a charm! The Alpine stereo looked so much better than the Sony one, I was 100% happy!These guys again, go above and beyond great customer service! I went back again today cause I was having issues syncing Android Auto with my new phone and the gentleman solved the issue! Thank you!

Had my car windows tinted here. The manager and staff are friendly and professional. They are proud of their work and will redo anything if youre not completely satisfied. They offer viper tinting which is top of the line. They also offer a 5yr guarantee so you can bring it back in the timeframe for any defect in quality or workmanship if needed but my boyfriend has had 3 of his cars done here in the past 10 yrs and has never had a problem with his windows bubbling after time like you see with many cars on the road. Id bring any future cars here for window tinting!

I have had various work done to my vehicles by these guys and they do excellent work. The viper alarm remote i had installed wasnt working after a couple years post install so i took it back and they easily reset the remote no charge and no waiting. I highly recommend them.

Came in after I purchased a deck online, looking for someone to install it professionally. Not only was the price reasonable, but the service was flawless! 10/10 would recommend.

After careful inspection of my new stereo installation and having everything put back the way it was. I will never go back to these CLOWNS!!!!! They didnt even screw my heater controls on the dash board and to top it off the air vent part in the dashboard was cracked on the side which I took a picture before they installed anything to compare to see what kind of work they do. All this was done a week ago and today I was having sub woofers installed and they guys at another shop pointed everything out as I was standing they pulled anything apart. Dont go there the prices are ridiculously high as well!!!!! The claim to carry high end equipment and I seriously I wasnt impressed!!!!

I purchased a Viper alarm system for my vehicle and was originally happy with their customer service and the product, as well. When it came time to sell my vehicle I asked if they can remove the alarm system because I wanted to put it in the new car. They charged $75 for labor which I thought was ok...a bit hefty for a happy customer who, at the time, was going to do all of my future business here. When I went back to have the alarm re-installed I was told it was going to cost $275. I told him I didnt buy the alarm online or at another store...I bought the alarm there.He said it doesnt matter because its tougher to reinstall it a second time. That was a very expensive statement as I will no longer purchase anything here again. What would have been thousands of dollars of business for the vehicles I will buy in the future is now going to a competitor...All for a potential $275. I wouldve paid another $75 and they wouldve KEPT my business for as long as I bought vehicles.

Dissatisfied to say the least with Alex & his lack of standing behind his work . I had brought my 2016 car in due to the tint Alex installed discoloring on all the windows . His first response to me was I use an ammonia based cleaner . Typical escape for warranty as most of you consumers know with today’s tint that is not true unless you’re using a low quality tint product . In which this case is very low quality as Alex not only tinted 1 of our cars his establishment tinted 2 . Yes both vehicles have defective tint the second vehicle never gets driven & sits unless we need to use it . So back to my original complaint here . I took my vehicle to Alex to address the purpling of the installed tint . Alex tried to tell me under warranty he could only comp material & that it was on me to cover labor for both removing & re installing the tint . Also that the warranty as I assumed was lifetime was only 5 years . Well basic math here is my car was tinted in 2016 by Alex’s shop . The year is 2019 in July well within the warranted duration . For me rather then argue about this I opted to leave Alex my # to contact me as to how he would like to move forward . I was at his shop July 15 & requested he contact me on this by the weekend . I have never gotten a call back from neither Alex nor his manager to right this bad tint on my car . Alex I left my # fir you to contact me to have this tint on my wife’s car re done I would expect that you would want to make this right .Unsatisfied customer !!!!!Joey

Absolutely Love This Place!..Alex and his Brother are the best...Super knowledgable Super Friendly and Super Easy going... I came in for a remote start Viper Alarm for my Suburban.. Since then Ive been back for a 2 amp, a 1400 watt full audio system In my Suburban. The Vocal door speakers are phenomenal.. for the price.. Believe me.. I was the first to say they were over priced but after installing them in my car I absolutely Love them. The JL Audio Amps are the best too.. Very small in physical size but very powerful. I have rocked these amps hard and they have never ran hot. Since the Suburban install, my son had opted to install a MEGA system in his Chevy Cruze.. Over 3,000 watts with 2 Kicker Solo Baric 12s... Dayna Matt isolation in the truck to absorb the rattling and help produce deep hard hitting bass.. Again Superior Sound with the Vocal Speakers.. My other son had Alexs Crew clean up his existing system in his SS Colbalt.. they mounted the amps in the trunk the correct way and added a 10 JL W6 Sub enclosure to give that car the Hard Hitting Bass it was lacking.. Now its on POINT!Even my little work car was hooked up phat by these guys. Peel and re-tint the entire car, added an Alpine Touch Screen double din android compatible Deck, and they were able to use most of my old stereo parts that I already had. AGAIN with the Focal speakers, because I really enjoy the sound Quality of this brand.Next up will be my Drop Top Corvette, my Wifes E Class Mercedes and my Old Shool Impala.. Last but not least, Ill have them redo my Boat..A little about me, I have over 30 years plus experience as a Mechanic.. Ive been hooking up Stereo equipment since I was a very young boy in the mids 80s. I seen car audio evolve into the great equipment we have today..Now Ive found a shop that has the installers to do the equipment justice. There techs are great.. Beautiful and clean installs..and Im a very picky person to please because I know how to do this stuff myself..Do yourself a favor and just go and talk to these guys.. you will quickly see what I am talking about..Thank You Professional Car Audio...
