Super clean store! Ordered a pair of pants from their website and they sent me a range master bag instead. Customer service in the store was great. They allowed me to exchange the wrong item I received for the correct item I desired. Even though they originally told me they couldnt. Will shop here again for sure.

This store is awesome, I was thinking to made a online order but when I noticed that I have a store near by I was really excited to go get my gear, and what a sorprise that the store its full with really good things, I bought for myself 4 pairs of pants, all of them are awesome, they feel really good and looks great on me, I really recommend this brand, the quality of the gear in my opinion its the best of the best.

Workers are always nice when I come in to shop or just browse. Bought a backpack and some pants so far they been holding up. its been 6 months and I use them every day.

1 star because the people were unfailingly polite.1 star because the person who actually loaded me was knowledgeable and on the ball.That being said, and aside from the guy who loaded me, people there were absolutely clueless. I was there to pick up a semi truck load. No one asked for my pick-up number, no one seemed to know who was responsible for getting me loaded, and no one passed on any info (I guess thats not a surprise since no one appeared to know who to pass it to.) Got a wonderful tour of the warehouse looking for someone with a glimmer of knowledge. Didnt find it... had to go back and have the office manager hunt him down after it became obvious my first trip inside was fruitless.Kudos to the guy who loaded me... lets see how long you can keep this business afloat. (Best of luck with that)

Allot of nice clothes, shoes and tactical gear. Prices are higher than I want to pay. Im sure if I could afford it, this would be the place to find very good quality clothes. I mean very nice clothes, jackets, shirts, shorts, jeans and shoes.

Made a quick trip. Decent selection, but I guess I expected larger since it was at their Manteca distribution center. Some of the things I was looking for, were out of stock.

I am highly disappointed in this store, especially after all of the hype that came along with it; 400,000 sq ft 5.11 facility will be amazing!!Well, I stopped in and I was shocked by how small the store is. Ive been to the 5.11 store in Sacramento, and this store seems TINY when compared to the Sac store.When I stepped foot in the door, I was looking to buy some uniform items, and the kids working here were really clueless about the products being offered in the store. But then again, I shouldnt be expecting tactical experts to be working in retail, so its whatever.I made a lap around the store to see where everything was, and I noticed that there is a VERY limited selection of uniform items.Do you like to look like a total badass by wearing anything and everything with a 5.11 logo? Well, good news for you! The great majority of the clothing they have in-store is comprised of chinos, jeans, button-ups, t-shirts, polos, and regular workout clothes.Do you work in law enforcement? Youll find a few work pants, uniform shirts, holsters, and plate carriers for you SWAT people.EMS/Fire? Look elsewhere; they had nothing related to EMS or Fire in the store.Military? You can find some militaryesque pieces of equipment, though I highly doubt youll get away with wearing them as uniform items.Are you a tacticool former Navy Ranger SEAL? Man, youll be in heaven.Sooooo, to summarize, this store is a huge letdown! Very limited selection, despite having a 400,000+ sq ft distribution center right next door

5.11 didnt do a run on kilts this year which bummed me out but as always staff is amazing love the gear always fun
