My experience finding a good quality mattress for my son was easy and outstanding customer service at this location. The sales lady is very knowledgeable and helped me and my son find him a good quality mattress. My son is so excited and happy with his new mattress. Honestly it’s hard to find good quality customer service, even the delivery guys were very professional and clean. It was a fast delivery, the delivery guy should me the mattress condition and confirmed the adjustable base is working. I’m very thankful and highly recommend them.

We went in with only the intention of buying a new mattress. We only wanted to replace the $1,000 mattress we had purchased a year or two ago as it had mishaped pretty bad. The sales rep who helped us was very helpful, knowledgeable, and wasnt pushy. She listened to our needs and when we decided on a mattress we liked, a little more than we wanted to spend, she printed out a quote for us. Its Presidents Day sale going on, so we got a free adjustable base. My hubby went back the next day with the quote and paid for it. It arrived the next morning and the delivery guys set it up so fast!! The bed is sooooo comfortable, exceeded expectations. Great overall experience with Mattress Firm!

Had an excellent experience purchasing a new mattress at the Manteca branch of Mattress Firm. Mike worked with me and he had so much knowledge from 15 years in this business! Answered my questions, thoroughly weighed all options with me and even fitted me for new pillows- something I had never heard of, but which I’m thinking will be of huge benefit after feeling the difference in the many choices. Clean store, polite staff and delivery being made in a couple of days. Couldn’t ask for more!

I needed a queen mattress for guests arriving the next day. I was able to purchase and take home a mattress In a box and bed frame within fifteen minutes. I believe the employee’s name was Mike from the Manteca store. He was super helpful and respected my time and budget, great listener… didn’t ramble on with a lengthy sales pitch, which was so nice! He gave me Important facts and comparisons, but no pressure! It was pain free and I was in and out within fifteen to twenty minutes, or at least seemed faster than if I had gone elsewhere.

We had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm yesterday with our salesperson Michael Garza. We could tell he cared about leading his customers to the right fit for their sleep experience. He was honest and answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable of mattresses and the buying experience. And we got a great deal!

Robert was the salesman who helped us on 6/28/21 & he was beyond amazing. He listened to our wants & needs & was very patient. He was extremely knowledgeable & We only had to try out 3 beds before we found the perfect one. In the past we had to try out way more than that. I would 100% recommend Mattress Firm and Robert to my friends & family.

The second we walked into this store the associates started harping on my 2 boys. I understand that they shouldn’t be jumping on the beds. I corrected them. We literally were at the counter getting ready to pay close to $3000 for a mattress when the associate continued to pick at my kids. Asking them to not sit on a mattress. The the boys picked up a sample of the foam in a mattress and the associate says please don’t touch that, it may break. It’s a sample piece of foam!! I are you seriously that concerned over a sample product that you were willing to to lose a sale?! That was it! I walked out with out completing the order.

Our first time to go to this place. The place was really clean and organized. I bought a bed set there 3 months ago & the service was great anyway after only 3 months 1 of the corners on the box spring collapsed & after speaking to the man that sold it to me & I assume also the man in charge they are replacing the box spring on this coming Tuesday & delivering it to my house which I think is totally awesome !! Worst experience. this company will find excuses to not to return the mattress which had manufacturing defect. I bought the mattress which had the manufacturing defect as shown in the pictures . Next day we lodged complaint I was told to use the mattress and the team will come to pick it up, When the team from warehouse came they pointed out other minor stains and did not even look at the manufacturing defect. All this company does is find excuses to coverup and not return Extremely poor customer service. They have lost one customer and probably who will spread this message to all affiliates to be aware of this place.

If you are in need of a new bed, look no further than Mattress Firm in Manteca. It’s located off airport rd. In the Starbucks shopping center, right next to Chili’s. I was fortunate enough to be the only customer in the store and a lovely lady named Paula was assisting me. I told her what I was looking for and she pointed out the tempurpedic hybrid, that has head and feet adjustments. It was the first bed I laid on and the one I ended up choosing in the end. Paula was well educated and extremely knowledgeable when it came to all the beds they offered. She was very personable and her customer service by far surpassed any I have ever received. She helped me to finance my bed at a price suitable for myself and found the bed I wanted at a discounted price. I ended up saving $1,000 and a very nice mattress protector was included. This was my first time ever buying a brand new mattress for myself and I have to say, it was an incredibly positive experience. If I ever need a mattress again in the future or if someone I know is in the market for one, I will hands down direct them to the AMAZING Paula at Mattress Firm in Manteca. Very clean, so many options to choose from with a ton of information on each item. Financing options are great. All questions were answered and understood.

My partner and I needed a new mattress and went to the store to start our search. We went in on a Friday evening and Paula helped us. She spent a lot of time asking us questions about how we sleep to help us find the best mattress for us. We laid on multiple beds and finally found the perfect one. Choosing the right mattress is almost as important as choosing the right husband lol. Make sure you do your research on what you want! That said Brandon from mattress firm Manteca was super helpful with answering any questions we had and making sure we got what we wanted. We did have to make an exchange but it’s all good because Brandon made it painless despite the 10% restocking fee. Thank you Brandon for all your help!

Eric helped us out and was awesome. We went in a few days before. Wanted one brand that was out of our price range and he directed us to similar, but cheaper options which was perfect. Came in a second time to purchase and was in and out within 20 minutes. I did not feel pressured to buy anything at all either.

We bought 2 XL mattress with the assumption that we would be given $300 on each of them only to be told we would only be getting it once even if we did separate transactions. Also finding out the “$300” could only be used there even though store had nothing good to offer. Sales person was very patient with our questions.

We purchased our Tempur-Pedic mattress from Robert, who is knowledgeable about the mattress’ he carries and even those he did not. He was able to confidently answer our thousand questions and because he was so knowledgeable it really put us at ease that we were making the right decision. We previously purchased a Nectar mattress, which has been a nightmare from purchase to return. Moral of the story- don’t buy a bed that comes in a box. Nothing compares to an in-store experience and customer service. If you’re looking for a new mattress my husband and I definitely recommend Robert at Manteca Mattress Firm.

We recently got a bed and love it. Pricey, but considering a person spends a third of their life sleeping, very important to have good support. They also sell pillows. My husband bought 2 and I hated mine. Too firm. I gave it to my daughter, she LOVES it, but her husband kept swiping it. So I got my daughter one this past Christmas. Everyone is happy happy happy now.

Depends on who is there. The lady sold me a frame same day needed it. I went back for a box spring, but the guy wasnt as accommodating, said I needed to order it. So I went to Mancini and they sold me the display. I just need quick solutions.
