About three months ago I bought a pair of which cut logger boots steel toe warm here and there to break them in the back of the hill busted out took them in to the Ontario store Did not have my reship was able to exchange them for a new pair of boots very helpfulAnd great customer service

I had a problem with my husband losing the receipt of his newly purchased steel toe boots... Cory went out of his way to dig deep into their computer system to find the receipt and I was able to returnThe boots and exchange for the correct size...and the cashier Sandra was such a dear...Im definitely marking this as my go to store from now on...we need more associates like these two..thank you both

I went to Tractor Supply today after a visit to a vet comcerning my dog. After the vet refused treatment, I was able to find the supplies I needed here. The young lady who helped me, I am sorry I didnt catch your name (she was of Asian descent, I think)was outstanding. She helpee me get what i needed and recommended a vet for me.

The wound clay I bought,saved my cat.i tried Neosporin,but it did not close the wound.this wound clay got him back on his feet in one application,saving me thousands on vet bills.this was a really bad wound on the base of his tail.and your product healed him.i cant be more grateful.thank you.plus the employees were really helpful.all of them were great.

Received a coupon for 50% off 1any size Hills Science Diet pet food. I pulled the coupon up on my phone and it didnt work. The lady checking us out wasnt very helpful on figuring out why it wasnt working nor did she seek any help in making the coupon work. She actually seemed annoyed with us even saying are you getting this or not? I said Im not paying $50 for something when I have a coupon to save $25 off. I saw where there was a code for online ordering, so I decided to try it that way. In the ladys defense, the coupon still didnt work. I ended up across the street where I actually spent a little more on a bag of food for my cat just because I was so irritated that they provided me with a coupon that wouldnt work.

Bought a 42 in cub cadet riding lawn mower there in June. Shortly after purchase, I had a hard time getting it started. Called the store to find authorized repairman to look at it. They gave me a number to Fortes here in Mansfield . They picked it up and the next day returned it saying they couldnt work on a cub cadet. Gave me another number to an Ashland dealer. They told me it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. Finally convinced tractor supply to refund my money. Paid cash for it, but they told me I would have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund in the mail. So, real bad experience with TSC in Ontario, oh.

Good place to get a wide variety of items. Lots of insulated clothing available now for working outdoors. Good selection of boots, gloves, coveralls, and some shirts. Supplies for animals as well as small equipment like snow blowers and log splitters. Seems to have decent prices on most things as well as helpful employees.

Great service. Nice store. Theyve got pretty decent prices. Nothing too exciting....but what do you expect!

Do not purchase the Coleman UTV, it is junk. We got one and it slips out of gear and the engine cuts out. We called the store they ordered another one and it did the same things. They are having it worked on to get it running right.

Not always the best customer service but you never know what you will find here.Employees could know more about what items they sell...

Really like this store. This is my go-to for feed for the horses and other Farm Supplies. The staff are extremely friendly and have been helpful many many times. Will definitely continue to shop with them and get things for the farm.

Nice friendly small town people. Will help you find what you need if you ask. Good balance between letting you browse around unhindered and still being there to help. Prices slightly higher than big box stores but for some reason you just feel better buying from tractor supply.

Always nice and always helpful. The folks here are always nice. I went in for a small dog house and small bale of hay that I was using for bedding for the feral cats I feed on my back porch.

Love going to TS. The selection is good, the prices are fair, and the staff is friendly...until the other day when one of them was so rude to an elderly couple in line at the checkout. We couldnt believe the way she treated them. We hope management trains this girl better before she runs off more customers.

They generally have the best selection of yard and farm supplies as well as animal feed for just about any animal you can think of. They have outdoor clothing for the entire family. The employees are fantastic.

Disappointed! Products and price were great but not enough employees to cover there lot with all the offerings, propane fill station, summer goods way to much for 1 employee, way to long of wait

Good place to shop.

Bought a 30 lb. propane tank there. Took it over to TSCs propane filling station. An employee promptly met us there and filled the tank after purging it. He then carried the filled tank to our car and loaded it for us. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Had a great experience finding what I needed for chickens, but unfortunately TRACTOR SUPPLY doesnt sell TRACTOR PARTS. .. not even a bulb! We couldnt get anything we needed for the John Deere or the Allis Chalmers in store it was all order only.

Great place. Even better customer service. I get everything I need for the animals here. (Dogs, cats and rabbit) also carry a large range of other useful products for my yard.

I just bought a zero turn mower and they had the best price. They seem to be knowledgeable about the items that they sell.

I stopped at the Mansfield Ohio store to use my rewards for much needed dog food. My dog is loving their 4 Health brand which is only sold at TSC and was vet recommended. I have an older Samsung and unfortunately my phone wouldnt let cashier scan the code. But I had a patient young man at the register and he went the extra effort to key my rewards code in manually which I appreciated very much.

This is one of my favorite places.! I can always find cool stuff here.!

Friendly associates, and the Veterinarians and her assistants/staff were amazing! Loved them. I will be taking my little pomeranian there from now on for his medications and shots.

Very poor service tonight. The cashier Brittney is rude. Does not even greet u. She makes u feel uncomfortable. Also a trucker delivering to tractor supply came in to use restroom she would not allow him to. She said it was closed. He was on his way out when i approached him and told him to go to marathon.hes tired. He should not have to drive 5 miles down road to use restroom. My husband drives for a living. I know how he feels. I think truckers should have more respect than what they r getting. Brittney does not realize shes just a cashier. And not very bright. Nor happy. She thinks shes above everybody else.Her job is easy. Tractor supply only had 1 decent person working tonight. That was taylor. I will not shop there ever again.this is the one in ontario ohio on 4th. St. Get people in there who want to work. To care enough about their delivery drivers and cutomers. We sure felt like we didnt belong. She mocks what u say in a rude way.

Its a nice store I like going in there the only problem is they dont seem to carry enough 4 health weight control they need to order more than what theyre ordering now is a very popular food for dogs
