Wanted a couple boxes which they had tons inside the store but the supervisor and his minions all lied there were none and I was welcome to the No any boxes outside in the rain. No longer shopping here even its free. Liars if they lie about boxes nothing they say can be trusted

Sounds great on paper...awesome coupons but store never has whats advertised...Ive tried for 3 years to get the 7.99 dollies but theyre never in stock...total waste of time and they never have help so you have to try to get the attention of one of the 2 workers at each cashier stand and then a line of 5 angry people think youre cutting in front of them.

The person I dealt with was very helpful. He showed me how to get a coupon even though they were out of stock for the items I wanted. My bad because I didnt check it out before I went up there. I still bought something because of his help.

I found what I was looking for, but the employee who wasnt running a register was not friendly or helpful or even a nice person.I found what I wanted, but needed help finding one last item.He was walking around, so I asked him. He acted like I was bothering him. I though I mistook a customer for an employee.His attitude was the same as mine is now - why continue to be/shop there?* Its a good place to get something quick thats not a critical item.It generally is a get what you pay for place, but good in a pinch.At least the employees had masks on, but now Im wondering if it was just to hide their identities?

The store is always well-stocked and clean. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. I never have a problem until I get to the register and get hounded for my email address and/or phone number. Even after I say no, they continue to ask. A cashier was recently downright rude about it because I declined to give him my phone number. I understand they are forced to ask, but they shouldnt be rude and confrontational about it.

Its good to have cheap tools for some jobs.

Staff has always been friendly n helpful. Only 1 incident in the 4 years of shopping there. Some items a bit over priced, but for the deals n coupons on their app helps save a lot. Logan, great employee.

What can u say? Hands down one of the very best Harbor Freights ive been to! Trust me ive been to many. I also have to add the very best retail store period! Customer service that as a customer you would expect, very knowledgeable, if i had to ho to Lowes, Home depot well lets just say i wouldnt I would drive 50 more miles out of my way for a Harbor freight any day!.

Cheap tools at a cheap price. Be careful if you want electronics or motorized equipment. They wont last as long as well known brands. If you dont really care how long your tools last, then this place is for you. Good variety. Most is imported. Sales are the best time to buy. Can amount to big savings.

I am probably personally biased when it comes to harbor freight. Because I am pretty frugal with my money and Harbor freight is a place where, a person can find excellent deals as long as you keep in mind that some things are not of the highest value. Meaning that even though you can buy some pretty good tools at a discounted price. Certain things are not made with the best of materials and in some instances some of the tools are not made with exact precision. For the most part, Harbor freight is an excellent place to shop for your everyday needs for repairs around the house and garage.

Harbor freight is a great place for tools and etc. Prices are normally pretty good and they have a wide selection of different things. A lot of people look down on the tools but theyre pretty stout in my opinion. At least the sockets and wrenches are. Not sure about the electric tools, Im not sold on those yet, havent tried them. But Im not against trying them eventually.

Harbor Freight is an awesome store filled with lots of toys for your garage for those that are fix it yourselves. I find the prices to be reasonable and if you have a problem with anything bought, they will replace it with no grief. I highly recommend stopping by even if you just want to see what they have from tools to all your garage needs.

Cool first stop place to get cheap tools. Lifetime warranty on hand tools from Pittsburgh co. Bought my welding helmet from there. Excellent helmet for low price. Awesome customer service. Strongly recommend you buy extended warranty from them, well worth it.

No,but where else can you buy a Saw zaw for 19.99 use it for 4 years,break it and go get another on for 19.99..sure I could have bought a nicer name brand for $80 but why!!the name brand one I use to have only lasted 6 years...(demo work is hard on tools)

Even though the tools are not the highest quality, I wouldnt cheat yourself by paying more at a major store. Most of the items are cheap, but are still awesome quality, and get the job done right. Granted if you need something mechanical (say a drill, saw, compressor, ect...) that needs to work for a long time, I would rather pay more somewhere else to ensure that it will last. However if you need something cheap or you dont plan on using it often, buying mechanical things at Harbor Freight is not a bad option at all. Other than that Harbor Freight is an awesome place to get tools for a variety of needs.

The employees confided in me that they actually make all the tools in the store with JB Weld and tool shaped jello molds. I feel very privileged to have been let in on such an industry secret.

Not sure what is going on with all the sales.. makes me feel like they are price hiking so they can say things are on sale. Have to be mindful of the quality of the tools as well as some are not as good as what you can get in a big box store for just a little more money.

People who work here are rude. Need more training for communication and just all around people skills..doesnt matter if someone had a dumb question help them out the best you can and with a smile.
