I really like the store and great employees and large selection of products. I have never understood why they dont do most of the shelf stocking overnight as they are always in the way when you try to shop. The meat department is the worst when stocking as many times I cant even see what is available because so much meat is stacked on top of everything as they are stocking. Many times I have to go on through the store and come back hoping it is better.

Warning do not use click list!!! Weve had nothing but issues. Mostly with them forgetting items. At first they would forget maybe one or two things once in awhile. Than they started forgetting things every time I made an order. Finally my last straw was when I placed an order over a hundred dollars and they forgot more than half of it. Why would we keep doing click list after so many problems because Im tired from dialysis and other health issues. So regardless of my issues we went back to doing it ourselves. Well rewind to today my husband and I are currently recovering from corona. So we made a click list order so we could get what we need but avoid potentially exposing someone. We ordered a gallon of orange juice and we didnt get one they said it was out of stock. Really!!! Your whole store is out of orange juice I dont buy it. Well we really wanted our juice so hubby masked up and decided to go in and see for himself and low and behold there was hundreds of bottles of O.J so clearly they were just to lazy to get it and marked it out of stock. The laziness is just unbelievable. We will never do click list ever again the people in that department are incompetent and lazy.

Love the new updates on this Kroger. A More healthy selection is available now. Fewer toys for kids but other then that a larger selection on most things. One star off for some rude staff. Most staff here are decent.

This Kroger’s is usually pretty nice, but I have a big problem with businesses who hire all of these younger kids to work and yet I see an elderly person who does work here, gathering the carts and then pushing them into the store You don’t have younger kids for that? It won’t kill them to be outside, especially when it’s nice out. We need to show these younger kids what it means to work and how to earn their pay.

Go to self check out if you have chips and bananas check out girl likes to beat them up .you have to bag your own groceries anyway .

The staff at this location are very rude. Multiple times I have witnessed cashiers being rude to the elderly. Theres an older woman with brown hair who always wears her hair up, that stocks in the evenings, has been incredibly rude to me. I am always kind and smiling. I will go to Ashland rd. Kroger from now on!

We found everything we needed, zero seven up and diet cream soda, although we wanted more diet cream soda, only one carton left of A an W zero sugar cream soda.Thanks

If you buy a cream stick donut from the bakery here don’t expect it to have any cream in it. Not even a teaspoon.

Ive lived a lot of places and shopped in a lot of grocery stores. This one is probably the best Ive ever shopped in. Huge selection, and everything seemed so clean and new.

This store is clean with a good parking lot. They have good prices if you have a card. I do not like that they stock the shelves during the day as it can create aisle jams.

I Had a pleasant Experience. All items I needed in stock. I observed many store employees helping customers, as well as stocking shelfs and meats. Very organized and professional environment

This is my favorite Krogers and Im lucky its now closest to my home. The Starbucks is always friendly and they are great about customizing drinks and knowing exactly what you are asking for. The sushi station is the best one Ive been to. The sushi is always made neat, the workers friendly, fantastic quality, and plenty of fresh ginger. I have been to other Krogers marketplaces in the area where this wasnt the case- this one is the best in every area.

Our family uses the pick-up option often, and the staff is always friendly and quick to bring our order.

Im mainly giving five stars because they did not ever make us feel pressured to wear masks and it has been a huge relief through all of this nonsense. They have excellent customer service and theyre always clean.

One of my favorite Kroger’s! They always have a great selection of baked goods and natural foods. Plus I found some dishes on closeout tonight for normally $60.00they were $13.98, what a deal! They were stocking tonight after what looks like was a busy day so shelves were a bit empty.

Always clean and well stocked. Plenty of U-scan and cashiers with baggers. Fuel points add up quickly. Chef Daves Cowboy Potato Salad, in the Deli is the very best. If you like Potato Salad you will love this. I guarantee! You cant get anywhere but here

Great Market Place Store! It has an excellent bakery, deli, and olive bar. It does not matter which butcher you work with, because they are all helpful. I have been told they have a nice organic/healthy food section. The pharmacist are always courteous, prompt and informative. Overall, this store ranks 5 out of 5 for me. ANOTHER BIG BONUS ~ SHELVES WELL STOCKED!

I go out of my way for this krogers because it just has the best selection of cheeses. But they also have great prices on clothes as well as a beautiful selection. I never thought I would ever put a grocery store and clothes in the same sentence but they have to be recognized for it.

They were very busy, yet when I asked one young man a question, he didnt hesitate to get me an answer and was very polite & helpful! Everyone I talked with was very helpful and polite! I was very impressed especially with the store being very busy with shoppers! My experience was very pleasant!

Supply of food good. Checkout was like we are at Walmart. 6 deep at the checkout only 3 regular checkouts open. I wonder if they are already losing their summer help. Finally open more opened up.

Awesome customer service. I have twins and always like the fact that they have the double carts for children. I went shopping this morning and the only double cart I could find was making a very strange and annoyingly loud noise when I would push it. One of the employees from Starbucks went out of his way to try to find a new one, although he was unable to. (Not his fault) I continued shopping with it. I was getting a little frustrated because the sound was so loud and the cart was vibrating. As I walked by a gentleman whose name was Ric, he actually stopped what he was doing( filling the shredded cheeses and other chilled items) and without me having to ask him, he got down and found that a nail had gotten stuck inside the wheel. He took his time to fix it. It made the next 30 minutes of shopping alot easier. Huge shout out to Ric!!! Thank you very much my man! Its the little things people do that make a customers experience 5 stars! Also shout out to the lady in the bakery who gave my children a cookie!

This place is crazy all the time. I love this location way better than the other 2 and will not shop anywhere else. The only thing is the parking lot! It need some sort of change because it is scary to drive and park in because of the constant craziness. But the selection cant be beat as far as choices.

Always good there really busy, parking lot is full but you dont notice by it because the store is big. Lots of really fresh Vegetables, and sushi. Not to mention the fresh prepared food to go. Only way to be better is if they would put a sit down and food bar. Its already there just needs seats and a register to pay there.Would be a good place to get a good lunch. Not Fast food.

Probably the most comprehensive grocery store in the Lexington area. They have a good liquor, wine, and beer selection. This is a good place to get some craft beer. They have a good organic section, deli (with Boars Head brand meats), and a sushi stand. Friendly quick management and check out workers.

This is the trendy grocery store in Mansfield, Ohio. Its also the national test market for Kroger Marketplace. The positive part about the store is the wide selection of products, the cheesemonger, the sushi bar, and the olive bar. The downside would be the congestion, the distance between the entrance and the dairy section, the inconvenience of having to wander past clothing and all sorts of other merchandise that most grocery store consumers are not interested in in order to simply get to the products that they want to purchase. I still give this store high marks for the incredible selection of products.

Every staff member that I encountered was both friendly and knowledgeable. And I love the idea of 1 piece of fresh fruit a day. I loved the banana I was able to add to my lunch thanks to Kroger.

Ive been to many different grocery stores in many different states.. and honestly, I think this is overall the best one.When you combine their wide selection, their competitive prices, and their great customer service (and throw in their gas rewards)- not many others places compare.

They have added all those self scanners...there today. One register open. You cannot self scan a full cart of groceries yourself...there is not enough room in the bagging area. Bring back the great girls who use to run registers. Notice more girls have been working...nice.

Nothing is perfect, but the choices of product, is pretty decent; meaning corporate decisions are doing ok compared to other groceries. I am able to do 80 0/0 of my shopping at your store. Having a Bank in the store is also nice. The last one, one sees is the check out. You have at least three males who I have never seen smile. Where as all of the girls do. You customer service people do a pretty good job.

A great place to shop for your groceries especially with their recent addition of online shopping where you can order your groceries online and pick them up the next day! They have a Starbucks inside and a great pharmacy. Always clean and helpful staff.

I was threatened by one of their employees last week. So far, again it has been swept under the rug, so to speak. This is the third time Ive been harrassed by LISA, . So far, after numerous complaints, nothing has been done. Lisa threatened to come to my residence and cause me harm, all because I asked the witch for help at the uscan.Still waiting...She is a very disturbed individual and should be fired immediately!Im a senior citizen and cancer patient being harassed by an illerate ignorant employee of krogers!

I had an issue with the pharmacy. For some reason they said that my insurance was not working, although I have been getting perscriptions filled there all summer. They apparently felt they were too busy to try to help me even though I was the only one in line. They could have easily called and had it taken care of.

Just to the Pharmacy today. Was able to get in and out in no time at all. Great job pharmacy staff !! Thanks

Good place. Kind of one stop shoppe buy some diamonds, toys, yard supplies, grocery be it bakery, brand products and even clothes, dont forget toiletries and soap to clean up with. Also the store and restrooms are clean.

It was ok. Need more people working the check out. Things cost too much to have to do you own check out. You are paying for a service you do not use. It is really nice to have the check out cashiers and the bagers. Digital is not a time saver or cost saver.

This location has a large selection and is fairly priced as long as your are signed up for their rewards program. If you are not, the prices will seem high compared to other grocery stores. I enjoy going to this location because it has a Starbucks located in it.

Kroger is our grocery. Our food mostly comes from there. We have learned to look on Kroger as a kitten does their mother. The Kroger card makes shopping and paying for gas into a sport. It feels good reattach when you win.

Since the pandemic, employees do not maintain their distance! The store is STILL TOO CROWDED! The entrance and exit areas are always backed up from customers talking with employees. I have lost so much respect for Kroger’s over the years. Call the Richland county health department!
