These guys did an awesome job on a cart I had them pick up. Steve was straight to the point. No extra service pitching. I also rented a couple multi passengers for my church and Brandi was johnny on the spot. Highly recommend these guys.
First of all, thank God for smaill busines owners like Steve have integrity and treat their customers & employees with respect. He was the 2nd or 3rd Golf Repair establishment that I called, but the first to answer. That got my attention (responsivness). Next he immediatey assured me he could resolve my issue and how he would do it (solidified expertise and years in business), he then sceduled a pickup the same day (s:ense of urgency), the driver was longterm employee, knowlegeble and courteous (retains skillful employees/makes him a great boss); called next day with diagnostic review and repair quote (timliness, responsible, and fair price.Repaired vehile in one day and sent driver to drop it off (excellent customer service). I was very please wih the quality of work, bur more importantly, the quallity of workmanshihp and customer service. As long as I own a golf cart, I will not allow anyone to touch it but North Texas Golf World.!!!!!!!
As discussed, Scotty, delievered the Golf cart to the Texas Motorplex as pre-arranged. Our inspection revealed a nail in the rt. front tire. Scotty left us a spare. We needed to put 3 gals of gas in the cart and the battery was dead on the second morning. Other than that it worked out good, Thanks.
