We were incredibly please with the two basement windows we had put in today. We have a 90s M/I builder home and we had looked high and low for two 32x16 that could pop out in an emergency. No store sells these windows and we were told they were impossible to get. When we started looking at the only alternative-egress windows-Scott and the American Quality Construction and All Basement Windows came through and actually had the window we couldnt get elsewhere! Now we have two metal framed 32x16 windows for our basement!! The two workman, John and Braden, were excellent, and I couldnt be happier letting them into my home. They showed up promptly, they were kind and courteous, they were totally fine wearing masks inside, and were overall very respectful. They laid down drop cloths to prevent mess, they cleaned up fully afterwards and really took the time to do the job right. I am always nervous to have strangers in my house, but I felt incredibly comfortable with both of them. I had many questions, and they answered them fully. I also loved that I could call the office and pay by credit card for the projects. They said the windows are guaranteed not to leak or let anything in and they are solid looking lovely. I also really appreciate that these two windows have four latches and then two handles to gently pull the window out with a screen on each that is hooked in that can be unhooked. Escape is possible and the wooden frames that were rotting will no longer be a problem to let pests or water in!

We were very impressed with the crew from All Basements Windows. From start to finish the process was pleasure. They were timely, professional and willing to work with us on budget and scheduling priorities! The new windows and egress have totally transformed our space. All Basement installed 7 basement block windows within 5 hours, they left no mess or debris around the outside of the house and the installers worked around the stationary fixtures in my basement. I am in love with my new windows and the natural light that comes through my basement. Thanks!!
