Restoring a 1974 JD 110 mower and parts department always gets me what I need quickly and if they cant get it because its obsolete provides me with dealers that may still have it......cant ask for more!

The staff there was quite helpful I worked with a sales person name Katie she is a wonderful sales person very professional and extremely knowledgeable and went completely out of her way to help me find what I was looking for I would recommend her any day

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. These guys know their stuff. Never a bad experience in the many times weve been there. The only thing Id change is to add a bench or a chair or two for the elderly to rest on while waiting in line. The waits arent for long, but the seats sure would be nice!

Very disappointed! this will be my eighth garden tractor and compact tractor i have purchased from local john deere dealers, first time ever they would not deliver my new purchase without a delivery charge! Thanks corporate greed! And charge me a prep fee. tires had little to no air in them, engine oil was low, had to contact dealer to tell them i was to get a pull behind cart with my purchase. O we forgot! we will bring that rite out. REALLY! GREAT JOB BIG BUSINESS!

Friendly staff ! excellent service ! But if you need a couple tires changed extremely long wait times to have new tires put on rims backlog for days !

Sucks !!! 2 parts guys 9 people waiting in line / didnt have a simple part. 4 salesman setn in their offices with feet on there desk ...get more parts people who know how to help u like Jeff !!and stock some freakn parts ...its a joke there anymore

Biggest crooks in business, quote one thing charge another. A $35 part i found online they wanted to charge over $ 500. Then i go to pick it up after two weeks when they call, saying it is ready, get there and now they say it wont start( the reason why i took it there i the first place) I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGITIVE STAR REVIEW I WOULD!!!!!!!My 97 year old grandmother took her John Deere lawn mower in for service complaining that it wouldnt go up a hill they picked it up took it in changed a few belts and took it back totaling almost $600. I live in Florida and I came to see her and she told me that it still will not go up a hill after the service I went up told them they need to make it right they said ok (keep in mind the guy behind the service desk is a smart a** the whole time) they picked it up and 4 days later we go down to ask why we havent heard anything smart a** behind service desk says oh I forgot to call but it needs a new transmission and it will cost around $800. Now I dont know about you but this seems like abuse of the elderly to me.
