These guys are AMAZING! I needed some custom patches in a relatively quick turn around for my service dogs vest and they were able to match the color and designs of the patches I already had.HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO NEEDS CUSTOM PATCHWORK!

I use them for my company shirts and hats. About to order some custom customer appreciation items as well. Prices are great and work is good.

I needed nine patches made (3 ea., of 2 patches [2 sets of one patch, 1 smaller and 1 larger]). I had an older, worn patch to copy and only a picture of the second patch I needed. I was having trouble finding someone who could replicate them until I found Custom Stitchez in Mansfield. Cathy explained how their process worked and answered all my questions. A week or so later, I was contacted to approve the patches and was amazed at the quality of their product. Both patches were flawless and exact reproductions of the original and the picture. After approval, they went on to complete my order ahead of time and all the patches turned out perfect. I highly recommend Custom Stitchez if you need any patches.

Custom Stitchez has great costumer service from the time you call until the time you pick up your merchandise. They were so professional I found myself thinking of what else I could get stitched. If you need any embroidery done this is the place you want to go.

Had my scrubs done initially; since I loved the work, went back and had a gift I gave to my MOH and her husband for their 1yr anniversary. Cathy was able to get them to me super quick and they were exactly what I wanted!! (We went through multiple colors/fonts/etc) Definitely going to get my custom stitching done here!!

The first thing you should know is that I am a mobile Diesel mechanic, Im always getting some sort of dirt on my uniforms. The ones Cathy and her company did for me look like they were stitched yesterday after 9 months of severe wear and abuse. I am going back now for some more shirts and WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND

I have been thoroughly disgusted with Custom Stitchez and would not recommend them to anyone.My first red flag should have been that I had to harass Cathy to get her interested in even creating the patches I desperately needed to deliver to customers. That alone took 7-10 days and two visits to her shop. Then, once I confirmed she was actually working on the patches, the process was rushed at best.On the day I expected them to be ready, I received a text from her of the patches laid out on a white background. In my mind, she was getting my approval before they were cut. I approved the image and AGAIN confirmed with her that the patches would be cut out. She agreed. Then I was told in order to receive these patches, I would have to pick them up before noon as she was leaving town for the long holiday weekend -- Presidents Day. What time did she inform me of this? 10:30 AM!!!!I get my husband to pick up said patches and am unaware there is a problem with them until I see them at 3pm. I immediately reached out to Cathy and my messages went ignored until three days later. Thus began a string of promises and fallacies on her end that have still not been resolved six weeks later. Ultimately I paid a set up fee and full price for patches with the intent of building a long-term working relationship with Custom Stitchez, and have yet to receive the correct item. Not only does this reflect badly on Custom Stitchez, it makes me hesitant to rely on any local vendors.
