Im not one to leave reviews but felt compelled to do so after my first experience with Gandert Door Co. Had a dual spring failure last evening. Called before 8:15 this morning and the repair was complete just after noon. The technician was great. He included adjustments to the opener and lubricating. Well Done!

Great experience and outstanding customer service with competitive prices. They even honored a price they had mistakenly quoted me that was $40 cheaper even after I insisted it was okay, they are people of their word for sure.They do great work too, I would not hesitate to use them again. The gentleman who came to fix our garage door offered my wife to put our screen back in our sliding door for us (kids knocked it out). Very nice!

Great service and price. Called in the morning at 8:15 and technician was at the house before 9. Replaced spring and cable, which is what I called for, fixed a hinge on the other garage door, checked all hinges on both doors and oiled both doors, and installed and programmed a new keypad. Went above and beyond what I was expecting.I would definitely highly recommend!

Gandert door co replaced my garage door several years ago and did an excellent job. I recently had a spring break, they came the next day and replaced both springs at a very reasonable price.

Very disappointed in this company! Set up an appointment with them and agreed to meet them at appointment time—- waited and waited! They never showed — called to see what happened—- paperwork never got processed! Then they said they would be there and still no show! Called and canceled the appointment then with them! Going to use another door company... maybe someone who cares!

Called first thing in the morning about an issue with our garage door. They responded same day, shortly after noon. Fixed the problem, along with shoring up a couple other small problems they noticed. Out the door in under an hour, and everything was working well. Bill was much less than I expected.

Described the problem with my door over the phone, the operator was very knowledgeable, quoted a price, and it was fixed the next day.
