Kay was amazing she took a rather dismal situation and turned it into a 5 star experience! Having had been to another location and had some of the laziest people ever do all they could to not have to help us I gave Kay a call she was knowledgeable, prompt, and very considerate! She was extremely understanding when I was emotional about the ring I was having to trade in and she found one that made both my husband and I very happy! All of the staff was so helpful and courteous! Thank you Mansfield zales team y’all are the best!!

Prices were decent and they had discounts on everything that I bought.The salesperson that assisted me was excellent. She smiled, greeted me and gave me solid guidance and advice once she knew why I was purchasing something.She was an excellent communicator and as usual, she offered to clean my jewelry.I didnt like that some guy came in to pick up something that he purchased with a gun on his waist but he did have a badge of some type and it is legal in Texas.

I just went here recently - I have been here numerous times. Every time has been wonderful. The ladies that work here are very helpful. My most recent experience was with Pamela. She was EXTREMELY patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. My fiance and I were looking at wedding bands and she was more than helpful. I will definitely continue to do business here. She spent a lot of time with us and she did not once make me feel like we were a burden.

I ordered an item from Zales online ship to store. The entire process was a mess and I ended up canceling the order due to an unrealistic time to delivery. However, the order was not canceled and I received a call from the Mansfield store to come pick the item up. When I arrived the first time the person helping me was polite and seemed to be helpful. However, a few days later my card was charged for the canceled order. I went to the store seeking help but was rudely referred to a 1 800 number. This was incredibly unhelpful. I recommend people spend their money elsewhere. I know I will.

We took my partners 1 ct ring in for the December inspection and cleaning and everything supposedly was fine and about 2 hours later one of the diamonds was missing ! I dont trust there so called inspection process anymore. I got the feeling they were trying to say we some how took out the diamond because the clerk who did the inspection emphasized everything was just fine like somehow we must of removed the diamond ! I feel like something was done to my ring to cause the diamond to fall out. I have had my ring inspected there for six years and never had a problem. They took way too long to clean it this time and now a diamond falls out ! Buyer be Ware !!!

Very comical...My boyfriend and I were very specific on what I wanted, a cushion cut diamond with a halo and split shank. The non-educated and obviously not very well trained employee had the audacity to tell us that cushion cut diamonds were garbage diamonds and thats why they dont carry them in stores. If you are truly serious about an engagement ring, do the right thing and go to Robbins Brothers, they carried a HUGE selection! And more specifically on cushion diamonds which shocked me, Zales didnt have one! And we were pleasantly surprised at the price range Robbins Brothers had. We were treated so good, didnt feel pressured or duped into trying to buy or look at anything else. At Zales, they kept pushing anything to get commission. I will never purchase anything from Zales.

Well last time I waited for pizza at papa Johns almost next door I ended up window shopping and buying some gold earings for my wife. I dont buy pizza often and today I did and waited 20 minutes so I stopped by to see what they had. Well went to get my pizza someone at zales called the cops cause I had a knife in my pocket. It was legal the police verified it.I dont think I will shop here anymore. I was waiting for a pizza and decided to see what they had. Next time I will not and will tell people to not go here as you cant carry even a knife. Just think of you carried a permitted carryGood luck

Well where to start went in picked out an engagement ring had to send it in to get resized, waited 2 weeks to to get it back. Got the call saying they had it on Christmas Eve. With my excitement I rushed to get it, got it went into the car and opened it looking forward to proposing on New Years Eve. Upon inspecting the ring I noticed one of the diamonds were different, having taking pictures from when I picked it out it was clear a rose diamond was inserted into the ring. Guessing it fell out when resizing and they carelessly just put something in its place. Well I had to send it back in to get it fixed! Keep in mind I was going to be proposing tonight I was told I would most likely not get my ring until January 6th 2017! I explained that I had a plan all figured out and paid for for tonight. I was told She will try and get a rush order on my ring! Low and behold I got a call yesterday saying the ring was done and is ready for pick up. I told her I would not be able to make it in time to get it yesterday and would be there at 6 pm tomorrow being New Years Eve asked if they would still be open for me to pick it up. Was told yes they would be open until 9pm, I go there at 6 pm to pick up my ring and guess what closed! Blacked out nobody there... now I spent money not only on the ring but paid money to make this a beautiful proposal for tonight and my plans/engagement is ruined because of this unprofessional company!!! I am more than mad and honestly think Im just going to get my money back! Thanks for ruining my engagement Zales!!!! This night was supposed to be memorable for her on such a great night and so much time put into planning on how/where/when. She will be expecting this tonight, on everything we are doing and I cant deliver because of this horrible company!!! I promise you will never get anymore business from me.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced.Shop anywhere but here and if youve already purchased from Zales you should never ever trust their repairs. Take your jewelery somewhere else.I took my engagement ring in because one of the prongs was bent. After the repair I picked up my ring and 6 DAYS later the diamond fell out without me knowing.Not only is Zales not taking responsibility for my loss, and their poor repairs. It took them nearly 3 months to come to that conclusion. Yes, 3 MONTHS of terrible customer service, no follow up, and having to call the corporate office to get any answers.My two year anniversary is Monday. Thank you Zales for the horrifying experience and terrible anniversary present.

Some of the rudest employees. You can stand at the counter for half an hour and they ignore you then a man walks in and gets helped the second he comes through the door while your still waiting. I will never buy from this store again.
