Clean, helpful employees & easy to find items. When I stop in to get my nose jewelry, occasionally having my children with me while shopping, theyre able to pick out a toy/ candy in the front & avoid seeing items that are not kid friendly because those items are kept in the back.Over all great 👍

Very nice store with a great selection of music, anime, and other miscellaneous items. The workers there are very helpful and will help you with whatever you need :). I will say this though, I do prefer the old Hot Topic. The new one has less metal band items and has replaced that stuff with Disney items. Despite that, its a very nice store to go to.

Not bad but its small or at least much smaller than others Ive been to. A lot of the store was empty due to either lack of inventory or no one wanted to stock the shelves. Store employees werent very helpful and seemed rude. I see this location closing along with every other store in this mall.

Favorite store in the world hottopic is one of the best stores.

This store has a little bit of everything for almost everyone. It seems to delve into the niches of peoples subliminal thoughts. Because they offer things that you dont normally think of, but as soon as you see whatever they are selling. Your mind starts thinking wow I havent thought about this in forever.

The absolute best customer service you could ever hope for. The only gal working there at the time was knowledge about all the clothing items and sizes in the store. She helped us find the perfect clothes for a sad occasion. She went out if her way to call other Hot Topics and actually went way out of her way and drove to one to pick up the shirts we needed at another store location in her way to work for us. The Hot Topic team has always impressed me no matter the store, Ohio, Nebraska, Georgia, but this level of caring and helpfulness was beyond outstanding. Thanks so very much for making our difficult time easier.

My son was not aloud in the store without a mask he is not wearing a mask because of his Asthma we was treated very poorly ill never spend money at hot topic again

Nothing like it used to be. They no longer regularly stock industrial or metal shirts or music. It is mostly Disney, pop culture or gaming. For a place that was All about the music, it does not seem so.

This place is way too expensive like two to three dollars an item more expensive than Walmart. I I have no idea how theyre able to stay in business or why people shop there. I go there on Last Resort to get a few items that I cant find anywhere else. It wont be long until the Buehler family go out of business charging the prices that they do.

Too often the young staff spends a lot of time chatting with friends instead of speeding them through the purchase when its busy. Theyre good people though . Lots of concert/band shirts to choose from.

Was kinda depressed when I got there, but felt just as depressed when I left. So all in all it was pretty amazing. Will recommend to all both of my friends!!!
