Jeff, the owner is great guy. He is not rude. He is a little shy maybe, but not rude, as someone stated. The help is NOT high either. Good pipe and tobacco shop. Experience counts.

Great selection of cigars & pipe tobacco.

It was awesome, the sales lady was very nice to myself & my service puppy. She was very knowledgeable about the tobacco & filters within the store.. Just wish that you were willing to do deliver service to our apartment building which is not even a block away. Though when use a cane or walker or even if youre in a wheelchair that less than a block away feels like a mile.

The guy there was NO HELP AT ALL! HE IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE IHAVE EVER SAW

Excellent tobacco shop. Jeff (owner) is the Man when it comes to cigars, pipes etc. Hes very knowledgeable and will answer any question you have with a smile. Definitely recommend!!

I have to say, I really like Tobacco Road. Im not a smoker myself, but theyre always friendly and usually have what I need for my boyfriend. Also, just a heads up, if you have your 4 legged friend with you, they are a pet friendly establishment.

Lots to see here! I went in for pipe supplies, and him being a second generation pipe repair/ maker, there were a lot of nice pipes and lots of different tobacco blends. Everyone was very friendly.

I love their huge pipe tobacco selection they also have a great selection of pipes.
