We found 3D Flooring & Design on the BBB website and went to visit them the same day. Norman was so professional, took his time with me and my wife. They have a great showroom and encourage us to take samples home to make sure we are comfortable with our selection. He was able to call his manufacturers to get other samples with a similar type of flooring and color we wanted. He worked with us at our price point. We chose a porcelain wood look tile for our home. Norman was there providing support from beginning to end. The installers were very polite and careful and everything they did. Our floor looks amazing.

3D F&D and Russell exceeded our expectations at every point: price, transparency of costs, timely scheduling, faster-than-projected installation, and work space cleanliness (often overlooked but important). The gentlemen who removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet worked nearly-nonstop, and completed their work, even though it meant staying later into the day. They were helpful, courteous, and did an excellent job. They even carefully and thoughtfully put everything back! We didn’t ask them to—they just did. We are very pleased with the entire experience.

I cannot tell you enough how pleased I am with the floors from 3D Flooring & Design. I met with Norman to choose wood floors, tile and carpet. He is great to work with. Danny, Renee, Chance and Brian installed the wood floors throughout our 2 story home. They do exceptional work and were very courteous while doing this install. We also put tile in our small bathroom downstairs. Norman picked tile that matches our shower perfectly. You cannot tell it was not done at the same time. The tile installers were great as well. We chose a carpet runner to go down the stairs. It looks amazing. All installers were attentive to detail and made sure the area was cleaned before leaving each day. I will definitely use 3D Flooring & Design again and will recommend them to anyone needing floors.

Good company. Good price. Okay communication. Average Installation.Installation was a bit delayed due to COVID, and some final installation finishes were not 100% to our satisfaction. Final cost increased by ~$75 from original quote without explanation after work was completed. Overall, a good job and company. We would do business with them again.

3D Flooring installed over 2,000 sq. ft. of hardwood and porcelain tile replacing 20 year old hardwood, carpet and tile on our first floor. Normand was very helpful in assisting us in selecting the flooring and preparing us for the installation. The installers (Danny and Rene) were excellent. They arrived when they said that they would every day and kept us updated on their plans for each day. They were very careful moving and protecting furniture and finished within the two week time frame that they said it would take to complete the job. We could not be more pleased with our new floors and highly recommend 3D Flooring.

We have used 3D Flooring & Design twice now to purchase and install carpet. We have also used them to purchase hardwood flooring. They are very efficient, have a great selection, customer service, and do a great job with the installation of flooring.

I have had the pleasure of working with the 3D Flooring team twice in a year. The first time was hand scrapped hardwood which was masterfully done! I had hand scrapped hardwood in my dining and entry and the job was done so well that you could not tell the transition between the old floor and new floor. The second job, after I moved to a new home was engineered wood, in a similar situation, where I had some of the wood already installed. The contractor, Randy and his team, did an amazing job transitioning so that it was unnoticeable that it had been installed by two different companies at separate times, and they did it, including stairs, very very quickly, while working around my family moving in.Both occasions Kevin and the office team said what they were going to do, and did what they said. They are always nice, always professional and are always available to talk. I will never use another flooring company again!

Had an incredible experience with 3D Flooring and Design. We had nearly 1,200 sq.ft. of laminate installed with a massive amount of tile removal, and we had our fireplace surround redone at the same time. Exceptional service and support. We had a small issue on the first day of install and Norman from 3D flooring came right over to our house to check it out and get it fixed. He even followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied. They did an excellent job with top quality materials. I am already scheduling my next project!

3D Flooring and Design did a wonderful job on my medical office. Darin did extensive research on product selection and was always patient until the PERFECT flooring materials were chosen. He went out of his way to find the commercial-grade materials, with good warranties that not only fit my taste and the style of the building, but also with just a hint of coordinating colors. These guys were the best. When I did an overhaul on my home a few years ago out in South Lake they helped with everything from counter tops, custom cabinets, Kitchen/bathroom tile flooring. Wood flooring, and carpeting for the bedrooms. They talked me through the process, costs and made it easy. They even found ways to save me money where other contractors I consulted with overcharged.

I had a great experience working with Steve Ellish at 3D Flooring & Design. I wanted to select a product that was 100% waterproof and kid proof. Steve educated me on all the options and was patient with me as I struggled to make a decision. Right when they were getting ready to install the flooring I had selected, I changed my mind. Steve then went above and beyond to help me quickly find another option in the color I wanted. I ended up with COREtec Plus luxury vinyl plank and Im thrilled with my new flooring. I love the color and its holding up great to the wear and tear of two small kids. I greatly appreciated the focus on the customer experience which was outstanding from selection to installation.

3-D was recommended by our friend a builder. I have a husband in a wheel chair and our architect reccomended Vinyl Plank floor by Coretec. We looked at samples in the store, they came out and measured all the areas, gave an estimate of costs and time table to complete. It took me several weeks to decide on the color, they checked on me and never gave me a hard time. They started on time, each day left our house in a neat form. We had to remove all our tile through out the house. The job went as expected and the work was exceptional. We would use them again and easily reccomend them. So I started to put together a project idea for my bathrooms for my house late in 2014. During my personal planning process, my work needed a bathroom retile so I reached out to Norman at 3D Floors and he sent over to me Frank and his son. Norman helped me to select an excellent option for the bathroom tile at a very reasonable price and walked me through the installation materials. Frank showed up on time and did such an amazing job that I immediately hired him and his son to work on my house. Once again, I went to Norman and we worked through selecting the materials and products. The work started when it was supposed to and progressed pleasantly until it was complete. There were no hiccups or surprises that we couldnt already see coming. Frank and his son Matt were excellent professionals during the entire working process. They made note to keep my floors clean during the process. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They did not cut any corners and had such a remarkable eye to detail that the beauty of the bathroom tiles speak for themselves. Norman was available for questions I had and would regularly offer insightful advice on design ideas and color schemes. All of this service was for an incredibly decent rate. I cannot honestly recall the last time that I has professional services performed at or on my home or business and was left thinking that I received a great value. However, with 3D Floors, 3 months after the completion of my project, I remain so grateful to Normal, Frank and Matt for taking on my project so seriously. I highly encourage anyone who is consider a major or minor redo to reach out and get these guys to quote you.
