RUDE.. My son got his ears done and she had a hard time with one of his ears.. WELL not even a week after it fell out!! I do understand that you have to bring in a piece of damaged jewelry but how are you supposed to bring it in when it literally fell out of his ear, it is harder than hell to even get the backs off of them because they are studs. Went back in there had to pay for another earring there is no way that it just fell out. I even have a Video of her, having a hard time doing it, AND SHE (had to get a new pair out) BULL..

The workers here need to participate in a professional development course. I purchased from here countless times and I think I will have to take my future business somewhere else. But I would like to point out that one of the ladies who work here decided to tell me that she purchased the only set of spongebob earrings they had...(my kid really wanted a pair) she could have kept that information to herself....its like she was trying to piss me off that day!

I had the best experience at Pagoda back in January of 2018 she was nice an sweet to my daughter she was scared to get her ears pierced an she helped me keep her calm and was so sweet to us. I just want to thank her for being so awesome.
