We purchased our boat 4 years ago from Charles Mill Marina. Since then the service we have received from John and his crew has been excellent. Nice area & staff is great. The only issue I had was we got a pontoon boat that had A LOT of animal hair in it. They should really be cleaning the boats out in-between customers. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Charles Mill Marina provides great service for what they sell and a good range of boats for sale at fair prices. The facility has been improved over the years so that it is a great place to do business and access Charles Mill Lake.

We rented a pontoon boat for four hrs. The boat was clean and well maintained. It was completely furnished all required safety equipment and floatation devices. There was easy parking, close to the rental boat. The rental payment was was easy and fast. The dock hand got us underway after a safety briefing. Of one important missing information during the safety talk was a good explanation of the map provided to us of the lake. The dock hand did NOT do a good job explaining the lay of the lake. He drew some lines on the map and told us not to go into the shaded areas, but didnt explain where the areas were. As far as the lake goes, the average depth is about 7 ft and water is muddy. The dock hand told us fishing is not good at the lake. We didnt catch a thing. Overall our experience was good, but I doubt we return to Charlies Mills in the future.

Nice camper lots, everything looks new in this area of park. Many different areas to relax, fish, boat etc.

This is one of the nicest campgrounds I have stayed at as I do a lot of traveling for work and stay at a lot of campgrounds keep up the good work

We love this place, we’ve gone three or four times now and rented a boat here for the day. The staff are extremely kind and professional, the boats are really nice and in great shape and the store is fully stocked!We have had great experience after great experience here! The lake is quiet and clean, this is a fantastic way to spend the day!

Go rent a boat or bring your boat. If you enjoy fun, swimming, cookouts, camping or just relax on the boat, this is the lake. Greatest time. Prices affordable, staff friendly. Awe man I don’t even know where to begin! I had a blast on their boats. Very good price and I got a brand new rental so it was like straight out the wrapper also enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker system built into the boat. Great place I got the boat on a Saturday and got rained out so I called a few days later and they helped me get the boat again. If you are thinking about rentals or even buying a boat this is the place for sure!

Enjoyed our day our at Charles Mill Lake but we had trouble getting the boat we paid for. (Hence the 4 stars). First the guy put us on one boat, and we got all our stuff on there and he said its the wrong boat and put us on the next. We got all out stuff on and set off for the day and noticed the sign on the boat said 9 passenger capacity and we had 10 passengers. So we toyed with the idea of going back and saying something but figured it would waste our time. I had paid for an 11 passenger boat which was annoying. Anyway, It was a decent boat and did the job but it was way to small. So when we got back I went in and spoke to the guy at the counter. He said yeah you got the wrong boat. He said what they did was actually illegal to send that many passengers out on the boat we were on. The guy obviously didnt know what he was doing. In the end, they refunded the difference in the 2 boats and we had a fun day so all good! Its a nice spot and the Marina is well kept. The boats were newer boats which was a plus.

We came here for half a day !! Staff was very friendly, prices were great and the boat we rented was a 2021! Could not have asked for a better experience. The water and docks were beautiful. We will be returning ! Love that they had an area to anchor boat down and enjoy swimming ! Tubes were great and at an awesome price ! Highly recommend

We were very fortunate, in this day of inventory shortages, to be able to purchase a new pontoon boat from Charles Mill just a few weeks ago. The boat was listed as coming soon on their website. I called and was able to purchase the boat sight-unseen. Since then, nothing but extreme satisfaction with Charles Mill Marina - from a great sales experience (Mike) on-time delivery in time for the July 4th weekend (thanks, Danny) to great post sale service (John and Ken), we have loved our experience dealing with them. We strongly and heartily endorse and recommend them.

Great price! It was only 4 of us, myself fiance and my 2 kids. We had a blast! Took a cooler and drinks, snacks and some blow up water toys and just had a great time. The process was quick and easy, we paid in advance, filled out the waiver online before we got there and then just got our boat number and went out. The staff is amazing, we will be back asap to go out again maybe this time just adults lol 😁 10 stars!

Very friendly, accommodating staff. We rented a 25 person pontoon as well as an 8 person one and spent a lovely afternoon exploring the expanse of lake. Perfect summer day activity for a family!

Great experience with the sales team and also Danny who brought out the boat. He showed me everything I needed to know about the boat. He was both fun to talk with but also very professional. A little bit of rain did not bother him either!!

I can’t thank Jacob and Bradly enough for coming to my rescue the other day. Upon discovering that my boat battery was dead, I called the marina hoping that they might have someone that could help. Within five minutes these two guys came to the dock and jumped my battery! Courteous staff. Well stocked inventory of boating essentials, snacks and advice. Very reasonable prices for everything. I bought my depth finder here and was cheaper than Amazon. They also provide all the services you would expect from a marina, such as boat repairs, putting your private dock in and out if you have one on the lake, boat storage and maintenance. Indispensable resource.

We rented a platoon boat from Pleasant Hill Marina last weekend and had an awesome time! The boat was brand new, clean and had Bluetooth ! The marina staff was outstanding through the whole process. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. The manager was proud of her crew, and and in particular Chelsea and Logan did an awesome job in helping us.

We have been at eagle point since Friday we have a good time would come back again

We spent Father’s Day 2021 on the boats. By far the best trip ever, we had so much fun!! This is our 3rd year renting boats at the marina and every year is better than the last. The staff goes above and beyond every time!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, marina has just about everything youll need, and the lake is beautiful!

Though we do not dock there, we go over there almost daily for treats. The staff there is more customer focused than I have seen in some time!! From Karie, to her band of merry youngsters, Chelsea, Anna, Aiden, Carter, Adam, Miles, Logan, Adam, and Steve...they are the best! It would serve you well to go and visit them!!!!!

Such a great place to visit. I camped at Eagle Point from the time I was a baby until I was a preteen then a few times as an adult. The owner is really nice.

Charles Mill Lake is nearby and my go to place when I want to get out on the water for a bit. The folks at the marina have always been very helpful. They carry an extensive selection of items the boater or camper could need during their time at the park.

Nice ride on the motorcycle down RT.42 to 603 south from Berea. No highway. Stop at Ginos for lunch and The End Zone in Mifflin for a cold one. Its up the hill from Charles mills lake on 603. Then cruise around the lake. Pick a spot and watch the pontoon boats putzing along and the fish jump.Lol.

Recently purchased a used Procraft bass boat from here. This is my first bass boat and I really couldnt be more excited. I was never blessed with a ton of money. Between staying a 1 income family in order to homeschool our girls, and then helping them with college expenses... Getting myself a boat just always seemed to be on a distant radar. The guys at Charles Mill changed that for me and I couldnt be more thankful. They worked with me to get it priced to where I could afford it, and when it came time to pick it up I cant even tell you how over and beyond they went for me! I had a ton of questions and left there very comfortable with new knowledge and a feeling that they would be there for me should I need it later. There were a few mechanical problems they found the day before my pickup day and they were kind enough to call and reschedule so they could make the repairs. 1 week after purchase I found another mechanical issue and called about it... Talked to their mechanic and hes taking care of me again. Im blessed and thankful. Highly recommend!

My family had a great time on the Tiki Pontoon boat. Only problem that arose was the people ahead of us brought the boat back late so we only had 3.5 hours even though we paid for 4 hours.

Grew up fishing Mifflin lake and Charles Mill dam used to be pretty much top notch fishing there but it seems the lake has regressed and fishing isnt that good there anymore to me but the people at the marina are very friendly helpful and then all around good place to be

You can’t find a better place to buy a boat! I’ve bought 3 new boats and dozens of new cars over the years—this was hands-down the best major transaction I’ve ever enjoyed. First of all, I called Mike, didn’t have to negotiate and got a super price. Other dealers quote without freight and dealer prep which can be well over $1,000. Mike’s advertised Internet price included EVERYTHING I needed from life jackets to anchor. My entire deal was done over the phone quickly and with no hassle. Charles Mill Marina didn’t try to sell me any extras—indeed, when I went in to pay they said: “by the way, you also get $150 worth of any merchandise in the store at no charge!” They arranged delivery in just six days many miles away. But wait! It gets better! Danny delivered the boat at the arranged time, spent almost two hours explaining everything and showing me tips and tricks and was an all-around neat guy to get to know—even provided a full tank of gas. Did I remember to tell you that Charles Mills’ price seemed to be better than any other dealer’s? I did all my shopping on the Internet and Charles Mills’ had the boat I wanted at a very good price and when I called requesting a 9.9 motor rather than the 25 h.p. motor quoted the price dropped almost $2,000.00. No, I’m not married to Mike’s daughter and never met these folks before—I’m just a guy who knows good service and I got the best I have ever received anywhere.

Marina was great. Rented a pontoon boat. Get the propeller insurance. There are many low spots. Large bass jumping around us, couldnt catch a one.Very peaceful and relaxing. Was a wonderful day all in all.

I needed a capacity plate for a used boat I purchased. After research I found I needed to contact Charles Mill Marina. I received a response the same day asking if I wanted to stop by or have it mailed. I opted to have it mailed it arrived a few short days later at no charge. Great customer service I would bet they do everything with the same attitude.

Just went to pick up our boat that we put a down payment on, was told that the motor was being worked on over the weekend and it would be running great when we came to get it. The boat was not ready, the tail light on the NEW trailer was broken (when we first looked at the boat it was not like that), and they spent about 5-6 minutes trying to start the motor and it started but only ran for about 10 seconds and shut off. I told the salesman that this doesnt look good for us we want a refund of our down payment and we are walking I never got an apology, or anything. I am not going back to this dealer for anything.! Sadly disappointed.

We just purchased a pontoon boat here and leased a dock for the summer. These folks are incredibly accommodating. They bend over backwards to make you happy and be of assistance. If you have never been here, the entrance area is a bit confusing. The lady at the camp grounds entrance booth is very rude and not helpful. All the other staff was great. Camping is crowded, especially during holidays. The Marina is nice, but high priced for boat rental. The boats are all disappointingly slow, but the lake area is very large. Not sure if I would return.

I recieved a post card from there about their boat show and I looked them up and saw a used pontoon boat I was interested in. After driving 2 hrs to look at their inventory, I was unable to finance the boat. After I went home and started researching the said boat and looking it up on NADA, the boat was priced about $3000 too much. I also contacted my insurance provider and they wouldnt cover the replacement cost because my insurance agent also stated it was $2700 over the book value. The salesman dropped another $600 off the package but it was still way over the value of the boat.
