Got a guaranteed to start lawnmower “Toro” about 2 years ago now. Called and spoke to Ed in lawn and garden. He told me to bring it in and they will look at it. It still wouldn’t start so they went ahead and gave me a brand new one! 10 STARS if I could especially for Ed! You really helped me out soooo much! Thank you for your patience and excellent customer service!! Happy customer.

This is what you get when you purchase Home Depot Appliances and Spirit installs. Could have burned my house down. Home depot Mansfield never followed up on the matter or responded to my emails. I visit many Home Depot locations throughout the region for different projects. This store is up there as one of the cleanest and best organized. Staff are pleasant to interact with too.

Asked the associate in electrical for a simple 125v twist lock plug and had no idea what I was talking about. He said he would help me and look it up on the computer when he was done with the current customer. Mind you I had been waiting to speak with him and he took two other customers before me that were not waiting to speak with him prior to me. Did some other shopping in the store to realize 30 minutes later he was still with the same customer looking up what she wanted on the computer. Poorly knowledge staff. Stick to Lowe’s!

I certainly hope Home Depot of Mansfield praises and recognize their employees. Today I had the most pleasant and helpful shopping experience I’ve ever had at a retail location. John (plumbing) helped me each of the 4 times I was in today. He did not hesitate to politely ask if I needed assistance as well as extending his problem solving on an impossibly tedious adapter situation other store employees would have given up on. I hope they pay him well, this man deserves a raise! Thank you for all your help!

Brought in an old vinyl window shade to have a new one cut. Watching the guy try to measure the cutter (even though he had my old one right there) was painful. Then, you were out of stock for anything below $30. Left. Went to the OTHER place, where I will go to from now on. Face it. Hiring just anyone is a problem.

Went recently to get a few items. I asked for help on a variety of topics and no one seemed to know the answer. After speaking to 3-4 reps, another customer walked passed me who happened to overhear my conversation with a rep and he stepped in to talk to me, told me what to do, and where to go.I also went with my friend, and we were sent through the lumber department to find someone to help after they were called. After being told someone would meet us, we are walking through the aisle looking confused and were passed by multiple reps who looked right through us. One in particularly asked a white man behind us if he needed help, but ignored the two of us. No one ever came to help us. Luckily, we were able to figure it out on our own.I will be making sure I go to ACE from now on, because I never have these issues there - they are knowledgeable, experts at what they do, inclusive and helpful.

The home depot is pretty much the same everywhere. Kind of messy. Lazy staff that just send you to the other side of the store 9 times out of 10. The basic big retail experience.

Home depot in Mansfield is a great place conveniently located off 495 and rte 95 a full size fully stocked location with great staff as most home depots they had items i could not find at there competitors letting me complete my project today !

I visited the Home Depot because I saw something online I wanted to buy, but in order to get my 10% veterans discount, I had to go into the store and order it through customer service. I ended up getting a great deal on a set of end tables. Customer service person was very friendly professional and helpful. I wish Home Depot would come up with a way (much like Lowes) to establish veterans status so you could receive your discount at checkout online.

An employee came up to me when he saw me looking up and down the same isle, and asked if he could help me find something. I told him the several items I was in search of and he directed me to the exact location

Great place to get all of your hardware and remodeling needs for a excellent price. I must say their lumber department is the cleanest and most well stocked lumber department I have been to yet. Strongly suggest this place.

I just went to Home Depot to order new cabinet doors and it was not a good experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment to meet with a cabinet specialist (Tong) last week and when I arrived I waited by her desk because she was with another customer. She did not acknowledge me and walked away with the customers who did not have an appointment. Another associate asked me if I needed help and he had to track Tong down. I told her that I wanted to order cabinet doors and she told me that I couldnt. This is false and absolutely ridiculous. You can go on Home Depots website and order the doors from Hampton Bay Now you would think a cabinet specialist would know this. She told me that I cant do that. She then tried to tell me that I need Home Depot to come out and do the project and I needed new cabinets. I was trying to compare Home Depots prices with Lowes but Tong may it very easy for me to make the choice of Lowes. I also intend to order new appliances so Home Depot just lost out on a sale of about 8,000 dollars because of one ill-informed associate.

I have been looking for yard tools I bought pole saw weed wacker not the ones I saw on line they sold out so now looking for lawn mower same problem made 3 trips still nothing got in touch with Bill manger most helpful I know will continue to shop my HD in Mansfield Ma thank u Bill ur help

Love coming here as its local to me and never have any issues. But to the guy in lumber who cut a sheet of plywood for me yesterday, I asked for a 6x3 cut and you made it 5x3. How do you mess up a simple measurement? Easily couldve asked me to double check.

Its home depot, they have everything you keep for your projects/ jobs. Lumber is severely overpriced which makes building projects near impossible unless youre a millionaire. Absolutely ridiculous on how much its gone up in the last year.

This particular store, doesnt have a lot of people working. But youre in and out quick if you know what youre doing. Clean, courteous, and all together good experiences

Wanted some big hardware items delivered but they wanted $76 for delivery 2 miles away. I declined the quote. Also a few items I was looking for were out of stock.

Fairly average location. Slightly harder to find things, perhaps due to its age? Had some race car carriages, both kinds (flatbed and cart). Getting into the parking lot from 140 northbound is a real pain, but other than that it is close to 495.

My fridge broke on Tuesday 6/23 I ordered a fridge. I wanted to take it with me but they dont keep very many fridges in stock. They said it would be delivered on Saturday 6/27 ok I could manage to wait a few days by mid morning on Saturday I called and they said they had to reschedule my delivery to 7/11 there is no way I can wait that long for a fridge why didnt some one call to inform me?w did I have to call to find out? It is going to take 3 to 5 business day before I get a refund so it looks like I will be without a fridge for the next 7 days. Meanwhile best buy has the fridge and I can pickup it up within the hour if home depot would just give me a proper refund.

My experience at Home Depot was great. The personnel working there were very helpful. I was able to find everything I needed to help me repair my toliet. I got great advice to repair the inside parts to make my repair easier. I went to Lowes first but didnt get the help I needed let alone the advice. There is an associate who works the plumbing department who always comes up to you and asks if there is anything that he can help you with and he always does help you until you can accomplish the task you want to complete. I wish I had his name. He has I believe red hair and wears glasses. He works in the Mansfield store

Ordered an airconditioner yesterday and showed up at a random time today to pick it up.After we pulled up to the product pick-up area we went to the website and told them we were there and which spot. 10 minutes later a very nice young man brought it out and carefully placed it in our vehicle.These guys are on their game!

Home Depot is my go to store for many of my projects. They offer a wide variety of goods and services for the everyday fixer, gardener and professional. They have a knowledgable staff eager to assist you in the journey to obtain your goal. You will find the answers you need to know whether you asked the question or not. Home Depot is a supermarket for any project I could ever imagine.

Very poor customer service. We placed an order Friday for six battery operated screwdrivers. The guy from Home Dept said that he couldnt fill the order Friday but could have it for Saturday. We said no problem, we didnt want to come until Monday. Guy said no problem, it will be pulled waiting at the pickup desk. I went today to get my order and they said my order was not picked yet. Really? So over the weekend someone could have bought the items I paid for Friday and came to get today as promised. Thats not good business. Dont blame the current situation. You have had plenty of time to adjust your business plan. I have adjusted my company several times to accommodate the changing times.The two stars are for the actual product. It deserves all five but the depot ruined that.

It is a competent Home Depot. Theyll help you find it and answer your questions...usually. Today I was in the garden center. There were several associates milling around but no one seemed interested in helping me even though I was clearly looking and not finding. But fortunately thats the exception here...not the rule.

Carol in the appliance department went above and beyond expected customer service in assisting me to find the major and incidental products I was inquiring about. She went so far as to walk me to another part of the store just so I could find a toilet paper spool after spending enormous time and patience with me recommending and explaining features of stoves, ovens, and more. Because of her professional treatmentI am making these major appliances. Thank you Carol! I shall return again.

The Depots good for everything. They let me park my truck there on my lunch break to do some shopping. Once you know your way around these big box stores, you get to know you can find everything you need. You just have to know where to look for it. I find their downloadable app useful, because it is location specific and tells you the location of the product and if it is in stock at that particular store.

The store is set up neatly and the item that I went to purchase was easy to find and it was in stock.
