Went in with a 250 dollar budget on a giant balloon garland, wanted to go in person to see how theyd actually look in terms of color. I tried asking different questions and got short, snappy answers from the 2 women at the balloon counter. I guess the priority is fulfilling online orders, which I understand, but there are other customers you should be able to interact with too.

This party city is clean, orderly, well-kept and has very nice employees. We pretty much get all our balloons here. For my daughter’s 3rd birthday we had the large unicorn and some pink and purple plain latex balloons. Sometimes my hubby surprises my daughter with random balloons. When we purchased a few new Paw Patrol episodes, he got her a Paw Patrol balloon and some Paw Patrol cups so we could have a toddler version of a fun “movie” night one weekend.We also bring our daughter here to get stickers or other little things with her allowance.Very wheelchair accessible and easy to navigate.The balloons are very well organized and displayed.

We went to the balloon counter for last-minute balloons for my daughter’s wedding party, and Mariela was a great help. She knew where to find everything we needed, was patient with us in our frenzy, and even helped out with the non-helium balloons we purchased. Ok ... their balloon service can be confusing and ridiculous ... an online order for pickup but still have to go in to get certain balloons aired up BUT the person at the front was very friendly and helpful, the online process for all other supplies was great and the appointment time and pickup with text notifications was easy and hassle free. Just fix the balloon process ... if my order had 5 balloons already filled and that would have been brought out to me ... the other 12 balloons that came flat that I wanted to air up should not be a problem and seems very doable. 1 star off for balloon service ... service.

Walked in to the store and store manager looked me in the eye and looked straight down. I am in the customer service industry and we are taught to greet customers. I was looking for a yellow bandana but no employee asked if i needed help even though i passed up 3 different employees. Anyways, the cashier was friendly.

Placed a balloon order online, and as soon as I finished I realized I hadnt double checked the delivery day/time. Called this location after hours, and Emily answered. Bless her for taking my call! She quickly confirmed the day/time for my balloon pickup and was kind as can be while doing so. Kuddos to Emily for going above and beyond by taking my call when she could have let it ring since it was after closing time. Will be doing business with this location more in the future.

Didnt have what we were looking for, but that ok! The staff was super friendly and very helpful with any questions we asked! We went on a day before spring break so most of the items were gone. But that didnt bother us one bit! The staff gave us extra information about buying items online that we didnt see in the store.

This store has just about EVERYTHING you could ever need for any kind of party or celebration. I always come to Party City when I want a large bunch of helium filled balloons 🎈. They have a large selection of colors to choose from and they are huge, sturdy, beautiful balloons. When they are in a big bunch, they look fantastic! They are also very reasonably priced, which is a big seller for me. They also have every color of napkins, plates, cups, eating utensils, table cloths, streamers, and other celebratory decorations. They have items for birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, New Years, Halloween costumes & Deco, etc. They have an aisle full of greeting cards for every occasion. Wrapping paper, bows, ribbons, tissue paper, candles, balloon weights, and everything else. Its a fun store to browse through. I recommend this store 100% for any celebration that comes up! 🎉

I Purchased an adult sized lab coat on November 1st, at the Garland Party City (full price - not part of the Halloween 50% off sale) for my daughter’s play. It was too big so I went to return it at the Mansfield Party City, closer to where I live, and they refused to return it. They said I HAD to go back to the original store. NOTHING IN THEIR POLICY STATES THIS. Manager was rude with a line full of customers and one cashier. No other explanation was given, so I can only figure she did not want to mess with a return. Poorly managed store along with poor customer service. Under no circumstance will I be shopping at Party City anymore.

Agree with review that says spend your $ elsewhere. Called to see if they carry a certain party theme.--not even a specific item. The party expert I spoke with said: I dont really know what we carry you will have to come in the store. Her tone was nice but made it clear she wasnt interested in trying to help me. I call because I want some idea before I start driving all over town. Random browsing can be done on-line. When I call an expert I want advice.

RUDE cashiers! There was a long line and only 2 cashiers, I asked if there was some one that could help them, didnt ask rude and they completely ignored me and instead the two girls, decided to talk among themselves about my question, loudly enough that we could hear them mocking costumers.

Always a Halloween stop but this time the service was great. Natalie checked us out quickly and professionally. She went above and beyond by checking for a costume at another location for us too! Thanks for your help.

Great prices, especially on stuff thats on sale. Buy the sale stuff if you want to have a big party for cheaper. They have everything in like every color for party supplies! They also have wedding stuff and lots of bachlotte and bachlor party stuff! They keep up with the popular kids favs for character parties too!

Party city has the slowest service of all time. I am currently writing this review while I am STILL on hold for over 40 minutes now. If you can find supplies and balloons somewhere else, please do and save yourself the trouble of going through them. It is hell. This is consistent too because Ive been in situations similar or even worse than I am in now.

Worst store/people! I bought a package of 5 mylar balloons that came with free helium, a week and a half later took them up there around 1130 in the morning and the rude little girl blowing up balloons after 5 minutes of already waiting tried to walk off before asking if i need balloons blown up (no Ive just been standing here for fun, what a stupid question) i said yes politely. She proceeded to tell me there is a 30 minute wait i said i have 5 balloons it will take you 2 minutes. She replied Well theres a 30 minute wait Very rudely. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. I used to work at Kroger in floral doing balloon orders I ALWAYS stopped to blow up balloons for walk-in orders, thats just good customer service!!! Party City really needs to look at their employees. Not only that but they never have more than 1 cashier no matter how many people are waiting i stood in line for 20 minutes while the store manager literally watched the front door. This place is a JOKE.

I bought several balloons when I brought them home and took them out of the covering a few were deflated. My party started too soon to go back. Will not buy balloons here again.
