Wonderful store with a large selection! The staff are always helpful, and the atmosphere is great. I always spend way too much time in this store just looking at all of the new craft projects I could start.

I like the craft sections .Not as extensive as Hobby lobby but they carry some different items. So glad they still offer coupons. They also have such great seasonal kitchen towels (cute designs).

One of my favorite stores.

First of all it wasnt pleasant sales associates were not friendly and were quite contrary. As usual Jo-Anns has sale prices listed with a sign and on their coupons and then they wont honor the stay all that is on the coupon. And when they have a sign lets say for 70% off on everything in a row everything thats on the shelves everything is meth smart and there are things that they will not honor the sign on. This is a habit with them and quite aggravating. Not to mention the fact that they dont have a very wide selection at all. Great place to get fabric but not much else. I cant wait till they put a Michaels back in our town.

Every time I go there I can never use the coupons they texted to me the day before, and the cashiers wouldnt even do anything to make the situation right. I think that they should have least called manager upfront to rectify the situation and at least gave me another coupon cuz I showed him the coupons that they had sent me just the day before!

One of my wifes favorite places. Went there today to get some sort of jewelry stuff. I just drove and looked pretty. Anywho, seems to get a lot of coupons to use in regular priced and sale items so it isnt that bad on the numerous trips that get made. Large selection if seasonal items as well as woodworking crafts and fabrics.

I could spend hours here, so much to see and store is so clean and well organized. Needed a wreath for the cemetery, several beautiful wreaths to choose from. Bonus was they were 60% off, ended up with one for cemetery, one for home and sincerely think Ill get two more, the wreaths were $15.99 with the discount, plus husband was with me so didnt have much time to look through rest of the store, am sure there were plenty more deals. This is SO MUCH MORE than a fabric store!

Its a very nice store. My last trip there, I was looking for a little bag of tiny red bows (at Christmas time) and they didnt have any. I went somewhere else and found several bags to choose from. Their prices are pretty high unless you have a coupon or its on sale.

I took in some quilt ribbing to exchange just for a different color same size same everything but color and I had to pay $4 more because I didnt have my receipt even though it was an even exchange couldnt do that

Liked it didnt like the prices. A little pricier than I remember. I might stuck to Hobby Lobby or Michaels. An they didnt have any contact paper, I was hurt. They did have some great looking fabric if thats what you need and a wood burning kit for $100 thats definitely worth it. Thanks.

Always a great place to shop for craft items! Good prices and good coupons (when you can use them). The app is really great with getting you the best deals and it even has craft ideas you can search through, kinda like Pinterest. The app also has the weekly ad in it too which is always helpful. Love shopping here!

This JoAnn Fabrics is orderly, making it easier to find the section you want. They have a great selection of fabrics & many other items. The staff is very helpful & courteous. They have great sales often & have wonderful coupons.

I know nothing. My friend called this store and had them get what she needed. Had the items waiting at the front desk WITH her coupon discounts applied! I walked in. Went to the checkout. The items were retrieved; I paid, I left. Five minutes tops. I appreciate that they would help out like that.

There not much to say about Joanns. It has everything you need for crafts and such, a great art dept. and... Well, its where I go for anything art. Great place.

Joann Fabrics is overwhelming when you see just how much they have in selection. Im a yarn addict, and theres so much to choose from! They have an excellent range of prices, free craft sheets for the beginner up to super advanced, and so many different craft options to check out. I could easily spend hours in here!

Iv email them them and try to get of ahold of someone their about my order that they said world be here 4 weeks ago and i still have not at the package or have I been able to get ahold of somebody to figure out whats going on Ive emailed them several times Ive called and that does no good because it just tells you to email them and I emailed them. 3weeks ago 5 times and still nothing i will never order anything from them again........

Jo-Ann Fabrics! Picked up a few odds and ends and some threads. Mainly went to stop at The Sewing Center. To get parts for my Husqvarna Viking machine . Saw a new machine I would love to have the Epic 980!!!

Great selection of products. Definitely under staffed! Line for fabric cutting was lined out to the main isle. The checkout like was also wrapped around the front. If it is this bad now I dont want to be here on black Friday.

Friendly staff, pretty good selection. Prices are a little high compared to similar items at other places. Lines get pretty long at the check out and fabric cutting desk. Sometimes they call up someone to help them, sometimes they dont.

I have been to several Jo-Ann Fabrics but this one in particular has friendly and helpful staff. The shelves are always well stocked and organized. I have been to other stores where it looks like their shelves were ransacked and not restock. Ample amount of parking with good wheelchair access.

Very clean and well stocked, friendly staff, prices are ok(minus the sewing machines), lots of sales and new stuff all the time. Also have sewing classes. Just a generally excellent craft and hobby store with just about anything you could ever need. Much prefer it to Hobby Lobby.

This store has a bad reputation for a reason. Consistently poor customer service, specifically if getting fabric cut. Employees are shamefully rude and inept. Skip the attitude and go to Hobby Lobby or make the drive to many other options in Columbus where they want your business. I have a feeling this store is struggling and is scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees out of desperation. I dont know why else they would pay incompetent, ill-mannered people to chase away customers.

The store was clean no associates were around to help and the sewing area closed early. They do not carry normal sewing machine bags or totes
